Ordered a new electric range. It was showing as a backorder with a January delivery date at most stores. I decided to use my employers Abenity account to see if I could better dealing directly with the manufacturer...and get a discount. Sure enough they were showing a January availability as well, but I ordered it because the price was better than any of the Black Friday sales and I wasn't in a rush. Two days later I get an email stating XPO Logistics should have it Friday, November 26th and will call to schedule delivery on Saturday, November 27th. Friday night I got a text stating delivery would be between 8 AM and noon and the driver would call 30 minutes prior to delivery. I always hope for the best (close to 8 AM), but plan for the worst (get the call at 11:59)...and I got that call at 8 AM! Delivery was early, the XPO delivery guys were professional and very careful. They brought it into the house and, even though I didn't pay for installation, they walked me through the process to ensure I got it done correctly the first time. XPO Logistics ROCKS! read more

XPO Logistics, Inc. I want to give a big shout out to the team that delivered my washer and dryer today in Apopka, FL. Long story - I get so much spam that i have my phone set to silence incoming calls from unknown numbers. I did set a contact for XPO but the delivery team didn't call from that number. We live in a gated community that requires an access code to operate the gates. By chance i took the dog out for a walk and i noticed a truck parked at our entrance. These poor guys had called me numerous times trying to make their delivery and i was oblivious. I am so fortunate that they were so patient and professional. We had a replacement mattress delivered and the service was excellent. We received advance notice of the delivery date and time frame.
