My car stopped working in the middle of the freeway. I took it to various different shops and they told me that the battery needed to be replaced and it would cost me $5k to get it working again. I was very disappointed and depressed after hearing the news but ended up contacting to Xpress Auto service to ask for a quote. I came into the shop and got my car checked, in the span of a few hours I was able to learn that my battery was perfectly fine and the other auto shops were trying to rip me off. I got so happy that I almost started crying; I couldn't believe that Xpress Auto was able to get my car fixed. The best part was their honesty and transparency when it came to the repairs. I kid you not...hands down the best service I have EVER gotten at an auto shop. I am NEVER going anywhere else for my auto repairs. They were able to get my car worked on ASAP and provided me a transparent price that was a fraction of what I was being quoted at other places. I recently had my brother take in my car for a very much needed oil change. Service is great & everyone is super respectful. However, I don't appreciate the fact that people here lie about maintenance the car needs. I have a very trusted mechanic I usually take my car to but I needed an oil change asap. The technicians here gave me a list of maintenance my car "needed". When I took the list to my regular mechanic, I was told the car did not need everything listed. THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM. DAVID HAS ZERO INTEGRITY. DO NOT COME HERE. I usually take my car to a dealership for repairs but decided I would take it to a local shop this time so my money was going to a small business...WHAT A MISTAKE. David is an absolute SCAMMER and I really learned my lesson. I've had my car for 4 years and unfortunately, had the same issue pop up almost yearly; the turbo charger and coolant tank. Luckily, I have the CarMax warranty so it's never been a problem. Took it to ProAuto Service, explained the issue, gave them my warranty info and in a few days got a call that the car was good to go and "driving great." At this time, I also asked to have the oil changed since it needed it, and of course this would be at my expense. No problem says David. We pick up the car the next day and all is well. David mentions several times that Carmax didn't cover the entirety of the repair, which is weird because it always has, but he's such a nice guy he won't charge us the difference. Sorry to hear it but appreciate the honesty; or so we thought, lol. The next day, the "change engine oil" notification pops up. Weird I think, but sometimes they forget to reset it. Then, I see it shows I have 0% oil; weirder but by this time, the turbo and coolant issue arose again so looks like we're going back to David and I'll ask him about it then. Well, I don't think I got to mention it to David because our second time going in, we explain the same issue occurred again and after disappearing for a bit, he returns to tell us that since CarMax didn't pay for the full repair, they will only honor the manufacturer warranty for the coolant tank but we would have to pay for the diagnostic and repair (again) out of pocket. Obviously, thats bullshit. David then proceeds to loudly speak over me the entire time and when my husband tells him to shut up and let me speak, he proceeded to escalate the situation, tried to instigate my husband to become violent, and screamed over the top of me while I attempted to understand and find a solution to the issue. Obviously, we left. While that whole interaction was massively unprofessional, it became more clear over the next days that David didn't do any of the work he was paid for. After speaking with Carmax and the dealership where the repair is now being done, David couldn't even change the turbo as the part is a dealership exclusive part. The dealer mechanic even pulled out the dipstick to show me and he DIDN'T EVEN CHANGE THE OIL. The oil was dark, grainy, and low. Even with my limited car knowledge it was obvious the oil hadn't been changed. Literally did ZERO work and then charged us, said it was all good, and when we confronted him about it after he tried to scam us a second time, got obscene and completely out of control. Sucks because I'm sure there are many great shops out there, but David and shops like his will make me never returns to a local mechanic again. I took my car in for a smog check. They found several things not related to smog equipment that they said needed to repaired. David, the manager claimed that my engine was leaking coolant (could not show me any signs or water), claimed that my front and rear brakes needed new pads, air and cabin filters were dirty, and that my car should not be driven to avoid catastrophic engine failure. I knew that was all fiction. I had replaced the brake pads less than 3300 miles ago. I took my car back to the dealer and asked them to do a FULL inspection specifically focus on David's "findings." What the dealer found and reported was that a radiator overflow cap was missing, the rubber boots on the right front drive shaft was torn, and that the brakes were well within normal limits and had been replaced 3300 miles ago. I checked the Bureau of Automotive repairs and found three different actions against this shop and the most recent one specifically mentions David by name. I filed a complaint with the state today: Summation: -Xpert Auto Service has been cited and had their repair license suspended multiple times. In the last action (Case 77/22-6972) in the order effective October 3, 2023 one of the conditions of probation is to display a BAR provided sign advising the public of the suspension and reason of their license suspension. There is no sign visible to the public. -XAS falsely, and fraudulently stated that Front Brake Pads needed to be replaced. -XAS falsely, and fraudulently stated that Rear Brake Pads needed to be replaced. -XAS falsely, and fraudulently stated that "Customer was advised to discontinue vehicle use to avoid catastrophic engine failure due to coolant loss." -XAS falsely, and fraudulently stated that the Engine air filter was dirty and needed to be replaced. -XAS falsely, and fraudulently stated that the Cabin air filter was dirty and needed to be replaced. Follow the advice of all of the bad reviews here and drive past this place. read more

I recently went to get a smog check and like any other place you go to that profits of fixing cars and making recommendations, ironically the recommendations they made have now triggered my car. I have had no issues with my car what so ever, but now I do after having them do a smog check but they took it upon themselves to look into my car and want to charge me $1,000.00 worth of repairs. My transmission light just triggered today. Tell that isn't suspicious? How convenient for my financial burden for them to f&?! My car up. Getting a second opinion from a true and honest mechanic and will send my car to Carmax because my car is under warranty and I have their insurance thankfully. THE WORST place. I was there for smog. I wanted to ask the technician to skip the multi point inspection because I was in a hurry. Couldn't find him so I made two stepped into the work area to tell him that. The owner came out yelling at me that inspection is part of the smog etc. I said I just don't want multipoint inspection because I have to be somewhere. He gave me a super nasty look. Buyer Beware, I will proudly provide a 2nd star for how slick the gentleman was. I found this auto shop through a warranty program from a dealership. (All the way sketch) After picking up the Sedan I brought through the warranty program, the pickup truck that I have had since new with a healthy 200k, I dropped off. 1st I got intial call regarding inspection. I was told pickup truck needed flushing, brakes, rotors, oil pressure switch, plus spark plugs. I decided to have Xpress Auto complete 4/5 task. Which my instinct was skeptical knowing what the issue was at that point. Danny and I come to agreement and he offered to add a complimentary flush service plus oil change. Danny was more than pushy to get my confirmation via phone call, and proceed. Pickup truck was ready within 48 hours impressive... maybe not. Was told the truck is ready then Danny did mention the front caliber made a noise but it is safe enough. Driving South hearing the noise. Appreciate you. After leaving Xpress Auto I called Danny he told me to bring it in. At this point I am not comfortable bringing my vehicle to this Auto shop. So as it sits now -$1,700 history - I am unsure if the oil change was complete, still has my previous oil sticker. I never wanted them to touch my oil 1st place is was not necessary. Danny said it was complete though along with the bootleg receipt. -Pickup truck makes a noise like nails. Danny said its the front caliber. (As he stated when I was leaving with pickup truck from his Auto shop) *new noise to me So I got a replaced oil pressure switch. Also: Engine performance has decreased since picking up the pickup fron there Auto shop. Also my Mpg for whichever reason has decreased 15%. Danny offered to fix but I rather just take the lost as-is then have Xpress Auto complete any further task on my pickup truck. Came in for an oil change, burnt out tail light, & smog check. For the year of my car (1998) I need a special diagnostic to get a smock check. I authorized the to do the diagnostic with David and after they "finished". I was told they was $3,000 more work/ parts I needed in order to pass smog. I decided to take my car to another mechanic to get a 2nd opinion. He pulled my dipstick for my oil and I had dirty oil. Hmm, ok so it was changed, check engine light went away. Just passed smog... Xpress Auto did a very nice job completely re-sealing my engine and transmission on a 1994 Corvette. They removed my transmission and replaced all of the seals, repaired the u-joints, the drive shaft balancer, and re-did a portion of my exhaust system, all for reasonable price. They had the car for 10 days and when I got it back it was clean, in great shape and in perfect running condition. There is not a drop of oil or transmission fluid on my driveway since I got it back. Hanna and his crew were very professional, very nice. They've done work for me before and if I still had a problem they were more than willing to get the problem fixed and did. I decided to go here because there was a 29.99 coupon for a smog check. I came in for a smog check and got guilt tripped to do a bunch of other services. I did not ask them to touch my cabin air filters. They took it out and said it was dirty and also bent it in half. I had no choice but agree with getting it replaced because they basically broke it when taking it out. They also pushed me to do an oil change and all these other things that I needed. I felt like they were holding my car hostage until I said yes to the services. When I finally said yes, that's when they stopped bothering me. I do not recommend going here. I was expecting to pay 29.99 and left paying more than 200 dollars for a bunch of services I was planning to get with my regular mechanic. You have been warned. read more

I had to come to this shop to get a repair done because it's a "preferred shop" for my crappy warranty. My car was here for almost 3 weeks, though it was mostly due to the warranty company taking forever to approve the claims. The one decent thing I can say about this place is that Adrian was really good about keeping in touch with me, and I think he appreciated that I was patient during the process. He called me with updates about the claim status and was overall helpful. But that's where the good things end. I was suspicious when I got a call from David, claiming that I needed new brakes all around, new front brake rotors (he said there were hairline fractures all over them??), and a brake fluid flush. He quoted me over $900 for that. I immediately called my trusted repair shop and got a quote for the same work, which was 30% less than what David quoted me. David said he could "beat the quote" but never called me back about that. A few days later he called and said I also needed new spark plugs. At that point I didn't want them touching anything that wasn't covered by my warranty. I would never come here if I didn't absolutely have to. Then I did some digging on this shop. I'd invite you all to go to the state website for auto mechanic disciplinary action. The legal documents are very clear-- this shop is currently in a probationary period, operating on a restricted license until 2024. Why, you ask? Well 2 things: First, they were caught performing fraudulent smog checks. Next, they were caught by an undercover agent for fraud, specifically because David (who is named in the documents) lied and said the vehicle needed excessive repairs when it only needed a single spark plug replaced. He even charged them for work that wasn't ever performed. So once I read those documents, I made sure to stay extra polite so they wouldn't retaliate while they still had my car. Within days of picking up my vehicle, I took it to my trusted shop and had them look over my car to see if what David recommended was valid. Turns out it wasn't. David said I needed new brakes all around and that they were "critical" but I only needed rear brakes, and they were not critical yet. David said I needed new FRONT rotors because of "hairline fractures" all over them, but I actually needed REAR brake rotors and I was told there weren't any hairline fractures. David said I needed a brake fluid flush, but that was also untrue. David said I needed new spark plugs, and that was yet ANOTHER lie. Really scammy behavior coming from a shop that's one infraction away from losing its license permanently!! Do yourself a favor and find another shop. And if anyone from the shop is reading this: Scamming customers and assuming they're none the wiser is no way to do business. If y'all were honest and did good work, your yelp page wouldn't look so awful. Do better. read more

Back over a year later and it's still avoid this place at all cost David tried to scam me again for the second year straight .. my car went out again in October took it back to the shop because it was the same problem that brought there so I had a a warranty on all the work that was done previous year.. took it in in to David he called me back the next day and said my whole engine was blown and I needed a completely new engine .. told me he could get me a engine for 10k.. calls back 30 minutes later and said he found a higher mileage engine for 8500 and could do the job cheaper then the 10k he quoted me originally .. once he told me that I told him no I'm good I'll come pick my car so he charged me 150 for the diagnostic.. After picking my car I took it for a second opinion my mechanic put it on the reader machine and the only code that came up was a spark plug misfire which David changed last year which should be fixed under the previous repair warranty .. changed my the spark plug out and my car is running like new.. so where is the engine blown and where does a spark plug change cost 10k? I received a coupon in the mail stating that a smog check was $19.99 and thought to myself, "Wow! That's pretty cheap and I'm in need of one." Visted Xpress and they told me there was a car in front of me and the wait was going to be around 45 minutes. No problem since I live nearby and walked home and informed them to call me when it is done. They called me an hour later and informed me that my car did not pass smog and one of my airtubing was cracked. Big hispanic guy who works there told me that they can replace that tubing and clean the inside and it should pass the smog check the second time. $250. I paid the $20 for the failed test. I told them let me go home and think about it...when I got into my car I realized my gear shift lever, the little knob on it was missing! I went back inside the store and asked them what happened to my gear shift lever and where is the little knob?! They told me that the knob was already broken on the lever and it was like that already and they meant to write me a note to say it was broken. Seriously?! The knob and the lever was perfectly fine when I dropped off the car! This is some unprofessional and shady business I thought to myself. They handed me the knob and I went home and super glue it back on the lever and took my car to my usual mechanic. My mechanic replaced the tubing and cleaned everything for $70! Then referred me 2 shops down to get a smog check for $30. It passed. Cost me $100 flat! Unbelievable. My advice is do not go here! read more

I've been here several times before for a couple of my vehicles. They typically try and up sell you service when you get an oil change. A few months ago, I brought in my 20 year old SL500 which only has 83K miles and has been well cared for and loved. I needed a smog certificate. I had been having problems with the gas cap as it was the original and the seal was wearing out. It did not pass smog - I asked if the gas cap could be the problem? They replied "No, absolutely not. If you pay $150 we can tell you what the problem is" I then asked if I buy a new gas cap, can you please do the smog test again? He told me that wasn't the problem and he would charge me another $45 to rerun the smog! Long story short; purchased new gas cap for $30 and my car is perfect! I decided to visit this business because I got a coupon in the mail. When I got there they weren't able to give me any discount because of the type of oil my car needed which is fine. The work was done quickly and I was pleased with the results of my oil change which was completed my the manager, David. Two days later, I took my car to another shop to get a different piece replaced when they asked me if I recently had an oil change. Surprised, I said yes and asked how he knew. He said that the cap of my oil tank was missing. He even showed me the hole where the cap would be and that oil was shooting everywhere. I immediately called back to express auto service when David said that couldn't be true but to come by anyway. David again took my car and within a few minutes give it back to me saying that the oil cover "wasn't tightened enough" and that's why the oil was shooting everywhere. He cleaned it up and I left. The manager of the store looked me in my eye and lied to me about his work. Install job scheduled for this morning, arrived service tech didn't know who we were, didn't have the device to be installed, asked for tracking number we provided it, device would arrive at 10:30 today and then stated they cannot perform service bc device isn't there and they no longer want us as customers. I do not like that they were not prepared nor do I like that they were unwilling to do the install job that they agreed upon and have notes on from Friday where they acknowledged that the device was coming at 10:30 on Monday. This whole experience was upsetting and frustrating. They need to work on communication skills. read more

I'm not one to normally write reviews but I have to these guys are hacks. I have a real good friend who brought his truck in for a parasitic drain (battery drain) he drops it off MARS says it's the battery he guarantees it, AAA says can't replace cause it's not bad. So he had these guys replace the battery so he said when the battery dies on Monday what happens, he said they guarantee their work and he promises it's the battery. Sure enough Monday morning batt is dead he so he brings it back to shop after the battery is dead again, they "diagnose" it and say it's his gauge cluster and they need to take apart the dash so they started doing that. then they say it's his alarm system (common issue decent guess) they rip the whole alarm system, okay problem fixed that will be 750$. But it wasn't fixed then they said it was the fuse box and the whole engine wiring from engine to dash they wanted 4000$ to fix the wiring...what a scam.. He vents to me I complain to him about not asking me (someone who knows what they're doing) earlier blah blah blah. I live in a different state but was coming to California in a week so he installed a little kill switch. I show up on a Thursday at 10 pm he drops the truck off at my family's house. My wife and everyone goes to bed around 11:00. I use my garbage 6.99$ harbor freight volt meter. By 11:05 I have figured out his .50ma parasitic drain as the gauge cluster. .2ma drain was modules, when they turn off drain is .001ma no matter what you do, wiggling harness messing with fuse box stays at .001 all night tell I wake up in the morning .001 wiggle harness no change. The next morning I get the parts to repair it for the time being. Parts costing 14.99$. Total of about 15 minutes of my time and 22$ to fix it. It took me 5 minutes to diagnose what these fools couldn't diag in a week. Absolutely horrible, if you don't know what you're doing at least tell your customer, instead of charging them for bs guessing on fixes and ripping their nice alarm system out, all cause you have no idea what you are doing. This is honestly beginner diag like this is very simple and easy stuff to figure out. College kids in auto tech school can figure this stuff out not rocket science. They were close to figuring it out, they had one guess correct being the gauge cluster. But they didn't know that the "intermittent" part of the drain was the damn cluster itself. How you gonna say it's the battery, the gauge cluster, the alarm, the wiring. Get out of here you guys have no idea what you are doing. Stay away from this shop, coming from an auto tech who fixed their work in 5 minutes, stay away, there are much better shops out there who actually know what they are doing. I wouldn't take my car here to fill up my tires.. stay away.... Wish I could give negative stars, you guys give techs a bad name, stick to oil changes. read more

First of all this place is a rip off... they always try to sell you their overcharge services to get your car fixed there. I got a smog check and failed usually places would offer a complimentary recheck but this place didn't allow that unless you got your whole car fixed for a ridiculous price they quote. Also, if you're looking for a place to calibrate your car after DUI do not go here. Unfortunately we did not do our research and didn't know we could be paying 3 times less for it at a place down the street. We only went here because it was near our house and thought they are honest and have competitive pricing. They make up their own fees that is triple the competitive price. Pretty nice people... somehow it feels like a used car lot. I didn't like the impression I was left with today when I told one of the managers I wouldn't be changing my radiator today. Then I was asked 2-3 more times. Then offered financing. I didn't say I couldn't pay for it today. Just said I didn't want to today. If you keep pushing, you're more likely to get a no instead of forcing me to do it.... what I also don't like is I feel like there's always a new problem with my car. I don't know why it wasn't diagnosed the first time I came :( bad impression... not sure I'll be coming back. Another auto shop I went to in Irvine I felt was pretty honest and upfront. They told me my brakes were low but said they wouldn't change it yet if it was their car and they would monitor it for me. I wish I felt repair shops were more transparent and honest feeling I lied... I had to come back because they messed up my belts when they were fixed the first time. They also changed my brakes. Guess what? The brakes make noises and I asked them to check when they fixed the belt that they didn't properly install last time... yup brakes still squeaking. Maybe that's normal for them but I don't believe it should take twice to fix something on your car each time. I'll just pay another auto shop to fix the brakes now. Don't want them touching it and ruining it again... terrible! I wish I could give less than a star. Do NOT go here!!! I was discriminated as a female and they tried to guilt me into paying for unnecessary work in order to cover up a faulty job they did previously by telling me my car was "unsafe" to drive and that my brakes were metal on metal when the pads were perfectly fine and brakes making absolutely no noise! (see pics below) I went to Xpress Auto because my driver side front wheel bearing was making noise. Xpress Auto replaced this less than 2 years ago. Before I went I called and they said they would take a look and could replace it for free if it was still under warranty or if they could not find a cause for it going bad so quickly (should last 10+ yrs). When I got there, they immediately told me that the warranty for the wheel bearing was only 1 year or 12,000 miles and I was outside of that (not what they said on the phone). They asked me to pay $150 for a diagnostic fee to invest the wheel bearing. I left my car and within 5 minutes, I got a call saying they couldn't drive my car because it had no gas.... it had at least 1/8th of a tank and the light wasn't even on yet. I drove to the shop no problem. I received a call 5 minutes later saying my breaks were metal on metal and that they couldn't investigate the wheel bearing until my brakes were fixed??? They told me the brakes were what were making the noise I was hearing... this makes no sense. The noise I was hearing was when I was accelerating, not braking!!!! I went back to the shop and asked them to show me the metal on metal brakes. I looked at the brake pads and they were fine! (see pics below). My brakes were not making any noise. If I was metal on metal, I would heard it! They then claimed that I had to look at the inside brake pad to see the metal on metal when they first tried to show me the outside pad. WHAT?! The last I checked, 99% of the time brake pads wear down at an even rate and you tried to show me the metal on metal on the outside pad (my guess they figured I didn't know what normal brake pads look like and I caught them in their lie). They tried to claim that the "heat" from the brakes being "metal on metal" caused the wheel bearing to go bad, even though they continued to refuse to perform the diagnostic on the wheel bearing I originally asked them to do. I asked to not pay the $150 diagnostic fee because they refused to do the diagnostic I asked and they refused. I was then told that they "Googled" what causes a wheel bearing to go bad. I can do this myself, I don't need a mechanic for that, super concerning! They then told me my vehicle was unsafe to drive because of the brakes and wheel bearing (even they didn't look at the wheel bearing) and recommended I have it towed. Bogus!!! They told me my car was in "bad shape" and that I didn't take care of it. I have over 250,000 miles on my car and it is still going strong. I find it hard to believe I don't take good care of my car and it has continued to run great for this long. My theory is that they didn't want to take responsibility for their wheel bearing they installed less than 2 years ago and tried to come up with an excuse on why it was my fault so I would pay even more money to have my brakes unnecessarily replaced. They also quoted me $2500 to replace BOTH wheel bearings, stating that the parts come in pairs and you need to replace both at the same time, again NOT TRUE! And how can you suggest a replacement when you never did a diagnostic??? After I left and PAID (which I will be disputing this charge), I immediately took my car to another mechanic. They confirmed my brakes were excellent, no need to replace. They drove the car with me in the car, no brake noise, but did confirm the wheel bearing noise on the driver front side. They replaced my wheel bearing for $320. Xpress Auto wanted to charge me $2500 PLUS $600 for brakes!!! SCAMMERS!!! Icing on the cake, they did an oil change while my car was there (Before I figured out what they were up to) and did not fill my windshield wiper fluid even though the light was on and they documented "add windshield wiper fluid" on my receipt. Very dissapionting. I called before coming in to get some work done, drove 2 hours since they told me my insurance covered it. Was told one thing over the phone when I showed up they wanted to charge me a $175 fee for inspection? Why did he not say that over the phone? ....no problem though, I told him that I will be taking it elsewhere for work, I did not even make a fuss. Once I said this "David" was his name, insisted I leave the car that he would wave the fee and find a way for me not to be charged for it and get the work done to leave the car from Friday to Tuesday so they can get an inspector in?? I should not have left my car there.... I took an Uber home and get a call later in the day saying that if I payed the $175 he can allow me to pick up my car and take it home until the "inspector comes in"??? and that I would be refunded when the work is done, what the? WHY did he not say that to me when I was there?? I refused I said keep the car I'll pick it up on tuesday when the work is done, I'm already home and payed for uber to bring me back. 30 min later he calls back and says the insurance doesnt cover it and that I still have to pay the $175 if I want my car back......I show up and his service changed completely, I was asking him questions about the diagnostic and what was spoken with the insurance and he literally was yelling "do you want your car back or not?" "if you want your car back your gonna have to pay $175" I had no work done on my car, I reminded him about what he said about waving the fee. I was duped into leaving my car there after I said I'd be taking it elswhere. I payed the guy, didn't argue even though he was on edge (because I'm assuming he does this alot and expected me to be rude) and took off. I know better than to argue with someone in possesion of your goods. This guy coerced me twice once to leave the car the second to get it out. This was not right. in 1 day including UBER I spent over 260 dllars for them to "diagnose" my car with what I already told them was wrong with it........for them not to do anything and sitll charge their $175 which I clearly said i was ok with doing it elsewhere. My car needed an oil change and I came in near closing. I was told that it normally took 30 mins, however, they had the whole team perform the oil change and it was done in what seems like 5 mins. They were quick responsive, professional and the price was fair. I would definitely be back when I need my next oil change! read more

Got a coupon in the mail for a $29.99 smog check which was perfect because my car needed a smog check. It was down the street too which was convenient. I arrive and all I needed to give them was my vehicle information and the mileage. Got inside and they said it'll be around 40 minutes. It was finished pretty fast probably around 25-30 minutes. They did try to sell me other services though but I just denied it. Overall got my smog done and workers were nice. read more

This is a dishonest shop. They send out smog check coupon for $19.99 I called them and told them i have a bmw and have the coupon at that time i called. They tell me OK come in. Ali and David are really awesome! They have amazing customer service plus gave me the best deal they possible could. They know how stressful car issues already are without having to make a huge payment so I was glad I went to them instead of someone who could have totally jacked up the prices. This place charges customers very expensive, even though you have a coupon. On Friday 10/01/2021 I came to this place for Smoke Check The tall and big man, he told me: He Smoke Check my car with the price nearly $80 Dollars including my coupon. I know i've been scammed with this coupon. So, I went to another shop for smoke check only $45 that mean I save $34 Dollars. Their trick is send the coupons to make people come to their shop. And then they charge customers expensive almost double. Some people they don't know, they think they save money with the coupon. But it is not, this place is taking more of your money for coupon and ads. I recommend: Don't come to this shop. Many Smoke Check places cheaper than this place and you don't need coupon. read more

5 stars because overall this was the most helpful and informative oil change I've received over the many years compared to going to the usual franchise companies. I was on a time limit and was more than pleased with how Xpress Auto Service delivered. Manager on site David was honest with me about all my questions and gave me some tips. Main reason I decided to write this review was what might be a small detail to some but really stood out to me was the lobby/waiting room! I've been to the usual Jiffy Lube and Valvoline franchises in the past, I always felt uncomfortable in the waiting room and was counting the minutes until my car is ready. Mostly because it isn't inviting or clean, and grease covered mechanics coming in and out. Xpress Auto was by far the cleanest waiting room I've been to and there was plenty of seating! Also the owner was greeting everyone and I could tell he was trying his best to accommodate all customers genuinely. Prices were reasonable, at the end of they day they are professionals and I had no problem trusting them with their recommendations.
