Well here I am, 6 or 7 visits later and 3 sensors replaced and I still have 1 bad sensor and now the sensors aren't even reading the correct tires. According to them, every time I came back, a new sensor went bad. Seems like a really big coincidence. Every time I go in there, they keep my truck all day to figure out a tire sensor issue. Would have rather them just told me it's not in their wheelhouse then make me spend unnecessary money. Good luck with tires if you go there.

I arrived and was greeted by Miguel, behind the desk. Told him I was there due to the excellent reviews his shop had received. He took a look at the tire, determined it could be repaired, and had someone begin the repair right away. $20 and 30 minutes later my tire had been removed and patched, and I was on my way! Based on my experience, and positive reviews, I will definitely return for car care as the need arises.

That conversation was a month ago so very impressed that he retained all the information. This is a garage where truly skilled, old school mechanically capable men work. It took me an hour using google, google maps, and my URL history to find Just Tires again. Like the last time there was no wait time. The tech was polite, efficient, and fast! Same for the office staff. They completed a tire plug in minutes for under the cost of a Big Mac at McDonalds. I'm keeping a record so I'll be able to take all of my tire repair needs to Just Tires in the future.

He spent a lot of time on his phone and barely acknowledged my questions or concerns about my car. As a customer, I expect at least basic attention and communication, especially when it comes to something as important as vehicle safety. Instead, I felt like my concerns didn't matter and that I didn't have a voice during the interaction. I hope management sees this and reminds their staff how important customer service is. People come in trusting you with their vehicles and deserve to feel heard and respected.

Why wasn't I told this when I first booked or checked into store? Guess what, I had an alignment at the same store when I got new tires less than 6 weeks ago. My biggest issue was that we had a 9AM appointment for a tire repair and after a brief discussion we elected to put on four news tires. They were very helpful and explained thoroughly why we needed a complete new set of four and he was completely correct. My biggest issue was that we started at 9:00 and the car was completed at 1:15. That's a long wait and we had a long drive ahead of us. I felt better knowing that we were now safer but... It was a long wait, happily... they gave us a Lyft ride home and picked us up to get the car. That is a nice perk of doing business here. KUDOs to the team at Pep Boys.
