I arrived and was greeted by Miguel, behind the desk. Told him I was there due to the excellent reviews his shop had received. He took a look at the tire, determined it could be repaired, and had someone begin the repair right away. $20 and 30 minutes later my tire had been removed and patched, and I was on my way! Based on my experience, and positive reviews, I will definitely return for car care as the need arises.

That conversation was a month ago so very impressed that he retained all the information. This is a garage where truly skilled, old school mechanically capable men work. However the wait is 1.5 hour before they can serve us. I call around all reputable tire place got the same results. So I call the local own tire place, they are available immediately. He spent a lot of time on his phone and barely acknowledged my questions or concerns about my car. As a customer, I expect at least basic attention and communication, especially when it comes to something as important as vehicle safety. Instead, I felt like my concerns didn't matter and that I didn't have a voice during the interaction. I hope management sees this and reminds their staff how important customer service is. People come in trusting you with their vehicles and deserve to feel heard and respected.
