I think their main shop is located elsewhere. I had a small crack on my windshield. The crack occurred in the morning and I was able to get an appointment in the afternoon. The process was super easy. Just drive up, fill a quick form, and someone takes your car about 50 feet up next to a small shack and works on the crack(s). A single small crack gets fixed relatively quick - maybe 15-30 minutes. The technician was friendly and professional. Customer service rep over the phone was also polite and professional. Since my insurance covered the cost 100 percent, I did not have to pull out my credit card or anything. I didn't have to pay my insurance or worry about my premium going up either.
