Purchased the first class pedicure ($70 USD), in my experience and opinion- this was a $20 pedi at best. Was placed in a massage chair that was peeling and stained then told to soak my feet in a bucket of cold water. The nail technician Jennifer was obviously inexperienced but was doing her best to be thorough and accommodating. The store supervisor interrupted my technician at least three times during my service to have her check out other customers and to scold her for spilling water from the foot soak bucket. I hope the young nail tech finds a new job as she shouldn't be stuck with an employer that berates and belittles her in front of customers. I hope other travelers find a different spa experience in another terminal.

Massages during layovers?! Just take my money!

If you've been traveling since last night and have another flight ahead of you, treat yourself to a massage. It's pricey, I chose a 20 minute foot massage for $50, but I definitely enjoyed the pampering, and rested in my reclined massage chair for another 30 minutes. It's a nice way to make the layover time go by.

It's so convenient to be able to get a pedicure in between flights! Too often I run out of time to go to the nail salon before a trip... I was excited to see my flight left out of D25, just 3 gates away from this mini salon. Tracy was the BEST! So friendly, funny, and made my toes shiny as ever. She is WONDERFUL! I knocked off a star because, like everything at an airport, the prices are a little inflated. It's to be expected, sure, but that makes this pedicure "four star" to me. Even though Tracy is a 5-star technician. : ) I can't wait to see these toes in the sand in a few hours!

My weary feet, now worlds better!

I had a fantastic foot massage here this weekend during my 2 hour layover between La Guardia and Phx in Terminal A. I had walked past it earlier and didn't think they had foot massages but a closer look of their menu showed they did. Prices varied on the amount of time and were pretty up there (30min cost me $55, minus 1 star), but, hell, my feet were so weary from walking Manhattan for 5 days, I just didn't care. The gal I had was super sweet and friendly and did mild chit-chat with me until I closed my eyes and she just continued to work away.. I was seated in a massage recliner which worked wonders on my back and neck while she worked on my feet. She used a hot towel, then plenty of lotion and would inquire if pressure was good every so often...I asked her to work certain muscles on my calves which she did perfectly. I was sooooo relaxed here. Great massage, friendly staff, relaxing music (you forget you're in a very busy airport) and a true treat - would recommend!

Horrible pedicure. Look at the cuticle work and crooked nail trimmings. After three days the polish is wearing off.

$50 for a "manicure" that only includes nail shape and paint -- no cleaning if the cuticle, nothing.. such a rip-off

I felt…read moreit was very overpriced for what you received and although Bebe is a very social lady, she left me feeling like i will never come here again. Let me start off by saying, i called ahead to book a relaxing spa package for a full facial and semi massage. Over the phone everything was fine although i found it weird i had to zelle the full amount before arriving. I get facials constantly and have only ever been asked to give a deposit, but i paid the full amount. I get there the ladies were nice to offer me some cheese and champagne but i waited 20 minutes before being seen and there was literally no other clients there. I told Bebe i had some makeup that i need to remove and she made a huge stink about it. Why did i come with makeup? I said its easily removed i am getting a facial so cleansing is part of that.... Well according to her i should keep the makeup on because she would never have clients remove makeup. So weird!!!! I went to the bathroom anyways and removed it because im not about to have a mask and products placed over makeup! What was she trying to do, clog my pores?! Then she mentions it's a full massage and semi facial. When i said nooo i booked a semi massage and full facial, she made that a problem. Insisting her specialty is massaging and that's what the relaxation package is for. I gave in since clearly this lady is the persistent type and i was exhausted from traveling all day. She mentioned several times through the service how i need to feel Relaxed, this is going to be relaxing, jus relax but it's very difficult to relax when you keep mentioning it and talking. She made a lot of noise, either dropping things, forgetting things outside the room or mentioning what a big deal she is several times. So the last thing i felt was relaxed. The full service was about 90 min and about 45 min of that was me just laying there by myself with a bright light over my face. Not even goggles to protect my eyes. The music was abysmal. From nice spa music, to club music, to rap music at some point. It felt all over the place. I will say the massage was great. Her hands are a blessing but it was unfortunate that the ambience ruined the experience, the facial was basic and for a whopping $220 + $45 tip i was ripped off. I didn't complain or make a fuss i honestly jus wanted to get out of there actually relax in my hotel room. Luckily i will never have to come back.

They do have a steam room and a sauna, 2 lounge areas (one just for women and they other is for all genders) and a zero gravity chair relaxation room. I got a massage treatment which was okay. The add ons treatments are not worth it. I only say that because if you have a 50 min massage and you get a collagen face mask and a foot scrub, 20 mins of your 50 min massage are on your treatments. Your time doesnt get adjusted to include the add-ons which I dont like since the price is already high. Overall we had excellent service! The spa was very clean and full of your basic necessities should you forget them at home (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair spray, mouth wash, hair brush, combs, disposable razors, and hair dryer). Facial: My facial was with Jaqueline and she was AMAZING! She was very gentle, and thoroughly cleansed my skin. The products that she used were decent quality (Dr. Dennis Gross Some were for professionals only). After my facial, I was left GLOWING. Massage: Zary was my massage therapist, and let me tell you, she cracked things on my back, arms, and legs that I didn't know need to be cracked! I felt like a brand new person afterwards! I stayed with the Greenleaf resort on August 25th 2015. The staff were friendly and thoughtful -…read morethey even remember me from my last stay and greeted me by name on arrival! Upon check-in, I found a note from one of the nice maids inviting me to enjoy my stay and feel free to use the amenities. I did notice the customary chocolate was absent but this is a minor quibble. After some time enjoying the facility, I decided to avail myself of the on-site dining options and chose the lasagna with garlic bread. Because my assistant and I were seated with a view of the kitchen area, I glimpsed an interaction between the manager and two of the chefs during dinner preparation that was surprising. It seemed one of the chefs had burned the garlic bread. The senior chef and the manger got into a bit of a row and the senior chef threatened to quit as the poor chef who'd burned the garlic bread hurriedly prepared a new serving...WITH the help of the manager! It seems the manager really didn't want to have the senior chef walk out on him hah! Dinner was delicious and quite filling, I wasn't even able to finish the portion they gave me and I split it with my assistant. Note that on the way to dinner, I noticed one of the poor cabana boys passed out on a lounge. They work them so hard that I couldn't even rouse the boy when I tried. He did appear later in the evening and accompanied us on the shuttle to local shopping and told several very funny jokes. The missing chocolate upon check in and the silverware at dinner being somewhat plain (I was expecting sterling silver cutlery in an establishment of this class) were really the only negatives. My assistant did not care for the art work - specifically the paintings - hung in the entry way and stated this as we exited. Definitely recommend a stay with this place!
