They're located on First Street on the right hand side of 7-11 with plenty accessible parking out front, and a cute little snack bar inside if you were to wait. The workers are so friendly; they also have new owners so they're trying to get the word out about their growing business. They gave great customer service, when I walked in they sat me right away and while I was getting my pedicure the offered fresh cold bottled water. The workers were very attentive, kind and accommodating all while managing great conversation. I had Anne and she was very sweet and patient with me when I was indecisive on a few things and she had great attention to detail when shaping my full set! Ann, Holly, and Tammy are very kind, efficient and provide services in a timely manner! Each time I have gone into Xpro Nails, I have been greeted and welcomed in such a way that makes me feel like a valued customer. They always listen to what I ask for and exceed my expectations each time. If I am not content with the color I have picked or with the shape, they take the time to fix it until I am happy. I'm not sure what magic this place is holding but every nail tech I've been to here so far has been AMAZING. They're all so sweet, they really listen to what you want, they're GOOD at their job and very detailed. I've been about 6 times now and every time I've gotten someone different, which as anyone who gets their nails done would know can be nerve-wracking, but every single one has been SO GOOD. I get almond but I like it skinny, like a cross between almond and stiletto, and they always shape is so perfect! And they don't make the acrylic so thick like some other places. I went to Xpro Nails for a "coconut pedicure " today for $55 without gel. My heels always feel like baby's feet after and I wanted to treat myself. Upon arrival I was greeted by Kim and she did a wonderful job with my pedicure and finger cuticle trim. The pedicure included paraffin wax and 15 minute massage; it was all lovely. I highly recommend this nail bar. It's very clean, modern and upscale inside. The techs are friendly. In my opinion they offer the best pedicure options in the Gilroy- from quick and simple . The lady who did my nails in the picture, has short hair but I am unsure of her name, was doing everything she could to make sure I walked out of there happy!! First time at this place and I'm so impressed. Customer service is amazing as soon as you walk in. Ann did my nails and she is so incredible. She sees every detail and fixes anything before I even have a chance to say something. I'm super picky but she went above and beyond to make sure my nails were perfect. And if all this isn't enough I also added a 15min massage for only $10 and she is so good at that too. I felt so relaxed and taken care of. I have been coming to xPro Nails for about two years. It's been my go to place since moving to San Jose. Hien is definitely the person to go to for very specific nail designs. You can tell that the other ladies are not as skilled for acrylic nails but they are good at pedicures. I recently started coming here and it's honestly one of the best places that I have been to! I usually stick with a gel manicure because every time that I have gotten acrylics in the past my nails would end up being really sore or whatnot but I was feeling spontaneous and got acrylics here for my first visit. Tow technicians worked on me simultaneously. This was my first time visiting and it was so relaxing. I got the coconut pedicure (I think that's what it's called) with gel. I loved all of the details of the service, especially the scrub with the lemons and roses. My nail tech was super nice and paid a lot of attention to the details.
