I was extremely disappointed with how our reservation for the FIFA match was handled. We had been communicating with the host for over a week, confirming our reservation multiple times and updating our guest count from four to six. Each time, we were assured everything was taken care of. When we arrived at 11:37 AM with my senior mother and a friend who had traveled from Colorado for the event, we were told our table had been given away because we were allegedly late. The host claimed there was an 11:30 AM arrival cutoff, but that information was never communicated in any of our messages. When I tried to show the host the text conversation proving no such warning had been sent, he refused to review it and instead repeatedly called me "rude" and "difficult." Rather than addressing the communication failure, he placed the blame entirely on us. After over a week of planning and communication for a major FIFA match, having our table given away after only seven minutes was incredibly frustrating. The lack of accountability and dismissive treatment from the host left us scrambling for another place to watch the game and completely disrupted our plans. read more

Watch your tab! I should have asked to speak to a manager but it was too chaotic. We had a reserved table for a World Cup watch party. I asked waitress if there were any drink specials and she handed me the drink menu also there were QR codes that went to the same drink menu. We saw hard seltzer were $10 or 5 cans for $40 so we ordered several of the 5 can deals. When closing out tab they charged $10 each, no 5 for $40. I brought this up to the server and she said that's only for night time not FIFA..... why would they advertise that every where then with no mention of this only being a nighttime special! read more

Zero stars if possible. The "security " guy should be arrested for assault. His hands didn't need to go there if you understand what I'm saying. I wasn't hiding a weapon there. And not apologetic in the least. Actually very intentional and rude and aggressive. So glad we won't be having any more $3000 birthday celebrations here. Oh and more than a few people in our "VIP" section were displaying symptoms of being "roofied". Very diabolical. Hard pass! read more

Came here for the first time for the $2 shots & free girls entry promo! Decent parking lots/parallel in the area! If you come early-ish, the lines aren't long, we got in pretty fast! I don't usually write reviews, but this place really deserves it. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is attentive without being overbearing, and everything feels thoughtfully put together. I got the name of one of the bartenders Robyn she was great very fast , great multitasker !! Not to mention how sweet she was , I've been here more than once now, and each visit has been just as good as the last. Definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the area--you won't be disappointed. read more

OVER PRICED STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! IF I COULD RATE NEGATIVE 10 I WOULD bottle service minimum 450 for Champagne that you can buy for $30 plus table fee $40 plus 20% service fee and your don't get full service all night if you tip your bottle girl!!! I'm from Cali and VIP gets treated as such cuz we paying for a SERVICE. Walk down to MUSE they will treat you better. Music and service will be better and they have a variety of liquor not 90% over charge Former customer of Xtadium who would spend 1000 night moving to a new venue!!! read more

Stay away from this place. The bartender Nakia stole my money when she charged me $127 for a BMF that I never got and gave me 5 drinks while I was there by myself and I asked why she gave me the drinks and that their must be a mistake "NEVER TOUCHED THE CUPS" the girl looks at me and says "what does that have to do with me. Management didn't cared and called security security ripped my shirt and tried to KEEP me in the building and literally held me in a corner. I've included a photo of the girl who can't understand English and can't even bartend correctly as she's all over their instagram page. I would file legal charges but seeing as I'm visiting I wouldnt be able to show up for the court dates. Stay away from this place !!!!! read more

I can't recommend Xtadium enough. Every time I visit, I feel welcome and know I'm in for a night I won't regret. The atmosphere is lively, the music is diverse, and the vibe is 10/10. The highlight though, is how well the owner takes care of everyone, especially regulars like myself. Amir and his team go above and beyond to make sure we have the best experience possible, every time. Xtadium is on top of my list for Seattle bar and lounge. The atmosphere is great, friendly staff, excellent drinks and food Menu and is one of the safest places to hangout. Their venue is unmatched and I will be back soon. I recommend you go check them out for nightlife or game day. read more

Pretty nice club! I was out of town and visited on a Thursday and this was the only club out of 3 places that had a vibe! DJ was great, nice crowd, no cover and drinks were about $12-15 depending what you get. I'd be back for sure! read more

I don't know if it's different when it turns into a club at night, but I would avoid going here before a Seahawks game. It was a bit sketchy as far as the pricing goes. They charged a 30-something percent tax on one shot of whiskey. It was $13 for a shot and they charged us a little over four dollars in tax and then wanted a tip as well. (We did leave a tip). And to top that off, they literally had two choices of whiskey...Jamison or Jim Beam. The bartenders were really nice, but it just had a weird vibe. It didn't seem like a bar that belongs in Seattle, more like the douchiest spots that you can find in LA. read more

Anytime I want to have a good night out, Xtadium is always the place. No cover is required, sometimes a line but goes fast. Cute photo-booth area for the gram pics! Good food, music, and drinks. Met the owner who is sweet and is very attentive to the scene and makes sure everyone is having a great time. By far one of my fav clubs in Seattle! Didnt even make it inside. The bouncer not only checked my small over the shoulder purse, but reached in it and grabbed things shining his flashlight on it. Go here if you want your privacy invaded. This review is for the Ugly Sweater Yelp event held at Xtadium. Staff was super friendly and attentive. They also had a lot of tasty food items to try out which are on the regular menu at Xtadium. The steak, ahi tuna and popcorn shrimp were solid highlights of the night. The steak bites were tender and very flavorful with a teriyaki sauce. Though I haven't been to Xtadium before, the venue was pretty spacious and I thought it was a nice place to hold a casual event/ team / company outing (since it's an elevated sports bar). I'd come back to try Xtadium when it's not a Yelp event. read more

I don't often go out dancing, especially to anywhere you need to dress up, but it was 90's night at Xtadium! My friends and I came here to dance to our old school faves and had a blast! Xtadium is located in Pioneer Square and has a large space, with several TVs. In fact, it's one of the most popular places in the neighborhood to watch sports because of the TVs. (But I had a pretty fun time visiting during a Saturday night for the music.) Booths everywhere with VIP and bottle service, which are the best seats in the house. There is a big bar here, so on busy nights, I'd recommend ordering directly at the bar versus waiting for service. We had a table and service wasn't the best because of how cray it was. Also, who eats at sports bars or night clubs? Xtadium proves that the food doesn't have to be shitty despite it being both those kind of places. I ordered the burger here and the beef quality was on point. I was not expecting that. All my friends were raving about the food here. Overall, I would come back to Xtadium. It's a fun place regardless of the bros here; which if I have to be honest, this place is SO not my scene. But I'm glad it proved me wrong. This is the upscale lounge bar Seattle needs. It has all sorts of lights, sounds and smoke to boot! Loved the shrimp masala with crostini as well as the fries. The fries are cooked to crispness to the point it is even great when cold! The steak is also on point and it shows especially since their chef is from the Metropolitan Grill. Filet mignon steak pieces we're so tender and rivals El Gaucho. The bartenders were very friendly as well. read more

They have lovely, creative drinks. I got a pineapple tequila smokey cocktail and it was SO good! Drinks run about $20, but this seems more standard in seattle these days. They also have a lovely happy hour that we just barely missed, but would definitely come back to try. Such a great spot for casual conversation, good drinks, and a breathtaking view. Something about watching the boats and planes and the waves is just gorgeous. Note- the 20% tip is pre-loaded onto the bill, so any tip you add is on top of that 20%!

Our bartender was friendly and awesome and the bar is dog-friendly (check out all the polaroids of past doggo guests - it's the cutest!). There's some bar seating downstairs and a super cute living room space upstairs. I love this place so much and can't wait to come back!

I completely understand and respect that policy. Unfortunately, my interaction with the bartender before speaking with the manager was the complete opposite. As I tried to get her attention, I felt like she repeatedly looked at me with annoyance and made me feel unwelcome. Rather than simply explaining the reservation policy herself, she went to get the manager instead. She had a problem with Hispanics. She refused to engaged at all. The way I was treated left me feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed, especially as someone who was genuinely excited to visit. A beautiful venue can only go so far when the hospitality doesn't match. I would have happily accepted that reservations were required if I had simply been treated with basic kindness and respect from the start. I truly hope this was an isolated incident because the location itself is stunning, and the manager handled the situation professionally. Unfortunately, because of my interaction with the bartender I've added in the photos, I don't see myself returning. Sadly they have a Prejudice bartender.

I am a rebel with a food cause and opted to dine at The Loupe Lounge on my layover. Well, that was the master plan but coming from Maui, there were delays and my little mission was diverted. Abort? Being a SUPER optimistic about everything in life, I rushed to make a 5:30 p.m. reservation at 7:00 p.m. I know, it was pushing it but for $150 a person I did not want this opportunity to go to waste. We arrived at The Space Needle and were whisked up to The Loupe Lounge. The host was not sure if they could still serve us so she rushed to get the manager. She must have gone back to NYC Fashion Week because here comes the manager looking like a whole GQ model, super trendy manager in the house! Well, he accommodated us, very cool of him. You're an Angel cause we were starving! The food was packaged to go, it was so delicious I'm super bummed that we didn't get to experience this in person. It was pretty in a box can't imagine what it would have been like in person! Beggars can't be choosers! The meal was fantastic! Caviar was packaged with ice! How accommodating and it passed TSA. Drinks were amazing and Andrea was the BEST waitress! Lucky we had her! Overall, if I'm back in Seattle this is back on my to-do list! Very cool experience and worth every penny! Honestly pretty cheap considering all you get! The drinks alone were worth it!

The Broccolini I am not sure how it was defined as broccolini because the 5 pieces that came on the plate were huge. While packed with flavors of lemon and Parmesan they had a very tree like feel and were a bit on the harder side. The El Diablo pizza, to be straight forward was by far the best part of the stop. The crust could have been a little more well done, but that's just me splitting hairs. I ate more of that than anyone else. Probably could have finished it myself if I hadn't stopped for a lobster roll beforehand. Either way, great service, good drinks and legit pizzas!

Unlike other speakeasies that feel truly hidden, you actually just walk into Tavern Law, check in with the hostess, and let them know you have a reservation. They then guide you to a telephone where you repeat your reservation name before being let upstairs. It's a fun concept, but not especially secretive, and they're pretty strict about not letting you up early unless it's very empty. Once seated, we actually waited almost 20 minutes before being served with no acknowledgement. We ended up having to flag down the manager just to bring attention to our table, which was disappointing given the experience they're aiming for. The waitress asks a series of questions about your preferences--likes, dislikes, and flavor inspirations--so the bartenders can create custom cocktails for you. If you're knowledgeable about alcohol, this is probably a dream. If you're not (like me), it can feel a little intimidating, but our waitress was patient and did her best to guide us through it. The drinks themselves were excellent. Even the shots were customized, which was a nice touch. The vibe upstairs is chill and relatively quiet, making it a great place to relax and talk. Food is the same menu as downstairs at Tavern Law, so nothing new there. The only downside--and unfortunately a noticeable one--was an interaction with the female bartender (not our waitress). Based on the questions we were asked, my friend gave a mix of savory and sweet preferences, since we were told these were just inspirations. However, the female bartender came over sounding visibly annoyed and said, "So do you want savory or sweet? You're giving contradicting answers." The tone felt unnecessarily rude, especially since we were just following the process as it was explained to us. Overall, the drinks were great and the concept is unique, but between the delayed service and that negative interaction, it definitely put a damper on the experience.

I'm kind of forgetting what they served, but it seemed like pot stickers were maybe on the menu, along with maybe 5 other items. The place was about 3/4 full on a Friday. The ladies co-ordinated with the event location and when I walked up the stairs to the event space I was dumbfounded (in a good way!). The tables were set with festive settings and were right within the theme of the evening. To make matters even better they planned games/contests which resulted in small gifts for the winners. Everyone walked away with something to mark the evening but the lasting memory will be an event that was efficiently run, very entertaining and well timed. There was none of those awkward moments where everyone is sitting around staring at each other. I learned a valuable lesson that I should stick with what I know best (running my business) and let the pro's at Elite handle my corporate functions. It was far easier on me personally and also resulted in a great corporate event that in no way would I the bandwidth to plan. Bravo ladies!
