I told him I gave it to him the same way each time and he wanted to argue with me that his screen only showed he did my number once. That's because that was the first time he put it in correctly. Then he charged me $8.59 for putting the screen on. I never paid to have them put it on before and he told me they stated charging a fee since this January. That wasn't part of the plan when I bought it a few years ago!!! Don't buy any plans with Best Buy and don't let Lucas try to help. He told another customer he was a manager at chipotle's. I can guess why he isn't anymore!!! Customer Service is the worst I've ever experienced.
