As I was going to do this, an employee (long beard, heavier-set, piercing in at least the left ear, didn't catch his name) came out and started arguing with me saying I couldn't do that and I couldn't "just get a discounted month every time I came in." I was entirely caught off-guard because I had never received this, the system offered it, and he was unbearably rude to me in front of my kids. It was off-putting enough for me not to want to go back to this location again. Horrible and offensive customer service.

I can say that the staff at Bob and Kay's are helpful but having nobody outside guiding u into the wash is a bit odd...though it works fairly well. The wash itself is maybe a tad below their competition but still gets the job done. The vacuums are also a bit weak and I think they need a little maintenance to get then sucking better again. All-in-all, a decent value and I will keep coming back!

Now I have over $60 on my credit card,(the one I paid off and tried to stop), plus the interest rate of 22.9% in which I'm having to pay for all of these months. I've tried calling, I've sent email and nothing is being done. The only reason I gave one star is because you have to. Next step is to get a lawyer.

I've even gone through and they had me go thru again when I was too dirty. Clean towels and windex ( in the warmer months) but towels always to do a dry yourself and then vacuum for free. They give you a nice "dash wipe" cloth when you go through and the employees are respectful and courteous. I am always tempted to pull up blaring "at the carwash" on my stereo to see if we can all break out into song and dance....but so far I haven't taken the initiative.
