tldr; Mike assured me they could fix a leak, so I paid them $850. After three attempts to fix the leak (still leaking in the same spot) workers said they couldnt do anything to fix it, so I called Mike to see what he had to say and he said he would call me back and never called me back. I had water leaking into my house in Jan, so I called One Roofing Company. Mike came out and looked out my celling in the house and the roof. He gave me a quote of $850 to fix the leak and assured me it would be taken care of. Then the next rain came a few weeks later and it was still leaking in the same spot, so they sent someone out again to fix the problem. Then the next rain came a few weeks later and it was still leaking in the same spot, so they sent someone out again, but this time they told me that they couldn't fix the leak. So now I have paid them $850 dollars to fix a leak that did not get fixed and I have had additional water damage to my house and celling (two more times since it is still not fixed) because of them. I called the office to speak to Mike and see what he had to say about this or if he would do anything to try to make it right, and he said he had to talk to his employee and would call me back and never returned my call. I keep calling and leaving messages with them and Mike has yet to return my call still and it looks like he never will. read more

No email. I learned about it because I called them the day before with some questions. They didn't prioritize my reschedule either. "Someone will call you". They gave me a quote without going on the roof. A flat fee, they say. How is that possible? I canceled and called another company. The new company checked the whole roof, found more issues than the one I called for, and will fix everything for LESS than the "flat fee" this people had given me... thanks God they removed me from their work schedule. read more

0 stars if I could, I wanted to avoid this but I would not recommend this company, EVERYONE beware, this company quoted me one price and when the job was complete the did a bait and switch for 6k more. They claimed to do work that no one approved. Not only that they sub contracted the roof to another company which was Xtreme roofing, there was a lack of communication, I had to call them to confirm the job and if they would collect a down payment. The only time a representative contacted me was to sign the contact and for payment. The day of payment the representative showed up with a clear invoice indicating two charges that no one approved and different than the contract. The company was aware of the mess up and breach of contract and contacted me to settle for half of the money. I disagreed with Mike who stated he would talk to his team to write it off, a day later I received an email from Mike for a threat to send the bill to collections. I will be contacting the contracting board and will settle this in court. Typical company going after the small guy. They were true professionals - added some solar tubes and some nice touches. They cleaned up every day after work and left my yard better than they found it. I had a leak in my roof, and its the original roof on a house built in 1989, so 33 years old. I had 3 bids done and One Roofing was the one I went with. They were the middle bid and I selected them mainly because Gino, who came to do the bid, talked TO me, not above me, not below me, but to me, I asked questions and he seemed very knowledgeable, honest and genuine. Gino gave me bids for a raise and reset and for a whole new roof. I accepted the bid for a whole new roof and the work was completed in 3 days. It would have probably been done in 2 but one of the days was cut short because of wind and rain. The workers were very nice and courteous, they cleaned up after themselves, there were no issues or complaints. Called around for quotes and if youre in the market youll realize how difficult it is to find a reputable roofer in Las Vegas. Price not being an issue because youre not a roofer and have no idea what a repair or new roof costs. After calling three different companies. I would definitely book this company again! One company wanted $6k to do a patch on my flat roof, another wanted $17k for a full roof replacement and one roofing company said theyd do it all for $3,6k. I didnt go with them because they were the most cost effective. i went with them because they were the most competent. $6k guy told me to kick rocks when I said youre price is higher than it is to get a new roof installed. $17,k guy ( nevada contractors) rolls up in a eacalade with no ladder to do an estimate and didnt have a license. meanwhile one roofing showed up on time with a ladder and gave me good advice. After a few rainstorms and snow passed i finally had them come out. They were done in a day and even put down a higher end roof than I requested. Ive been stress free since. I have wanted to do an updated review for a while. I was reminded by Mother Nature to do it this last rain. After paying 10k for my roof, my roof stopped leaking for a while. Then it started leaking again. :( I called one roofing every time instead of working on it myself because I didn't want to void the 10 year warranty. They had told me that if any work is done on the roof by anyone but them it voids it. After coming out a couple of times they told me they could no longer continue to come out because my flat roof is connected to other flat roofs. It's a townhome community and they believed someone else's roof was leaking and the water was trailing into my place. This past rain storm, after the rain, I took down my ceiling to see if I get a better look at the leak. I have leaks coming in from nails that go straight through the wood. Also in one part there is literally no wood, just that asphalt patch stuff as a barrier. After tearing down the ceiling and insulation from inside and seeing that I feel a ripped off. I no longer feel angry enough to argue with them about my leaking roof and lack of warranty (which they guaranteed) in part because at this point I am planning on building a skylight with an internal pull down ladder that goes to a rooftop garden and I know that would void a warranty for sure. I wanted to write an update just so I have a free conscious that my review doesn't screw over someone like me, poor with a leaking roof who just wants it to stop. If you have a connected roof, they will go back on the warranty, and unless you have unlimited time and court money, consider other contractors, just because they are expensive doesn't mean they are better. read more

Each time, Mike has been excellent with explaining what the job would entail and he answers questions thoroughly. Our roof was in dire need of a replacement (it hadn't been replaced since our home was built in '78). We called One Roofing and they responded quickly and came out for a quote. The gentleman Mike was very professional and made us feel comfortable working with him. We quickly received a quote, and honestly agreed to go with the company because the price was very affordable, and the customer service was refreshing. My husband and I called a number of different companies prior to One Roofing and seriously nothing was comparable. It's hard to find a company you can actually feel like you can trust. Their team came out early in the morning, and was gone by mid day, it only took a couple of days and we are in love with the results!! We called several different roofing companies in the last couple months and didn't find any of them worth "our" time , most took days to come then days to give a price. We even had one no show no call. But then I saw One Roofing on my neighborhood watch app. by someone who had used them for a repair. We called on a Friday afternoon right at the start of the corona virus , our appointment was set for Monday morning. They called twice during the weekend to verify our appointment and on Monday Mike showed up. It only took him about 20 mins. I had bad wind damage to a flat roof over a retail location. It flooded 3 store fronts. After going through the arduous process of getting insurance to cover the damages on multiple fronts. I decided to go with ONE roofing due to their competitive pricing. At first things seemed to go well. They came on time, and finished on time. Took pictures of their completed work for me. But within the first rain after their work, all 3 store fronts showed signs of small water leaks. Which only got worse with each rain. My handyman went up on the roof, and found the new portions of roof that ONE roofing installed, were not well bonded to the old roof materials. By the 3rd rain, this past weekend. I've got two flooded store fronts out of the 3 this company worked on. I called this company to explain my situation. They were extremely quick to defend their work, and claim no responsibility unless they replaced the whole roof. They even admitted this was highly probable when replacing only portions of the roof. Yet they did not mention this when they first gave us an estimate. I called when the leaks were still small, and they refused to even come out and assess the roof condition. Now I've got major damage again. Avoid this company if you'd like a company that stands behind their work. These guys are not it. I've learned an expensive lesson. read more
