I was looking for a 70 trail clone and the " lady" if you could call her that working there is the rudest person I have ever encountered spent 10 minutes bitching about coming in the back door witch was wide open and where there parking is located. Buyer beware. I should have done my research. These people are a joke, the ridiculous lady the front counter is a rude condescending piece of garbage. She will blame the client at every turn. I have paid out over $400 for a carburetor replacement and it still doesn't run right. We took the bike in for a tube replacement on the rear tire and to have them adjust the carb after sitting over winter. The tire was just too hard for them to do and was told it would be $150 to change (young will do it for $35) but the carburetor, well they don't fix them they just replace them, well ok so I had them replace it after already paying their $125 min shop fee figuring $75 for the carb when I pick it up, nope $216 more for some other parts and another hour labor, asked the moron at the front counter (supposedly and owner) took the bike outside and tried to start the bike to get it started, would not run, could make it run for 1-2 seconds with starting fluid, so took it back in and said I'm not taking a non running bike when you said it was fixed, she immediately stated passing blame, "well I don't start the bikes" ok whatever but I have paid for a repair and want the bike running so I left it again, went back after the holiday to pick it up and was demanded I pay another $338 bill for repairs I did not authorize and what should have been paid for with the initial repair. We had words and she played the victim of course. I paid the fraudulent charge so I could get the bike out of their to never return. These people are absolute criminals who don't know how to repair a bike. I would recommend staying as far away from this place as you can. read more

BUYER BEWARE I purchased 2 four wheelers during the Easter Holiday and put money down to hold them. I purchased Helmets and paid cash for them. The rest of the money I owed on the ATV vehicles was paid with a credit card. Now three months later XTM Motor sports in Roy withdrew another $300.00 dollars from my credit card account without my permission saying I still owed them money and that their salesman didn't add the bill up correctly and they had made a mistake on their end of the sale. REMEMBER THEIR POLICY SAYS: all sales are final no refunds, no exchanges and no returns, this is unless they make a mistake on their end then you pay again. These guys took the money from my account 3 months later with no regards as to if I had the funds to pay. If you want XTM Motor sports getting in your credit card account and taking money at any time give them your credit card number they will do it. They can't add or subtract but they sure know how to get in your bank account months after the fact. Bad business! read more

Customer service so bad, I was actually embarrassed for her. Bought a RZR clone for our son, a very special gift. Reviews of the product were good enough, and decided to support a Utah business by driving an hour to purchase one here. The display model was a little beat, and a simple inquiry about replacing the nets was met with immediate hostility. Really? You'd risk losing a $3000 sale over $25? I sucked it up and made a deposit anyways. The guy who works up front (her brother?) actually made it right, and we were pretty happy on pickup the next day. Except it wouldn't start. He added a little gas, and got it running, just.So that evening, no start. Charged battery, no start. Jumped it off a booster to get it going, with a rough idle. It will take 2-3 minutes of cranking to turn over without a booster. Checked voltage across the battery, under 12v fully charged. This is motor 101 stuff guys. Called up Gretchen 25 hours after the sale and asked her for solutions. After a little struggle, she offered to put a battery in the mail and send it to us - this was good! However, I had no reason to believe the replacement would be any better, also, her batteries sell for $75. I didn't want her shop to be out $75, when I could get a decent replacement in Utah county for $35. I said I'd send her a copy of the receipt, and she could put it back on my card. This generous offer didn't fly with her, as she fixated on her own quoted price. Exaggerations and accusations flew, to the point where I was worried I'd have to listen to her have a nervous breakdown.I'm not sure what her deal is, the products are as good as anything you'd buy from a faceless Internet retailer. If someone takes the time to visit your business, you should show a little appreciation. In reality, we spent $250 dollars more (not counting a new battery on my dollar) by visiting XTM. I have no expectation of any sort of after sales service, warranty or not.After some discussion, we decided to keep the UTV, and let the CC payment go through. However, I will take the time to share this story on every venue I can find. Buy wisely fellow shoppers, this is one hassle you don't need.Further, if you decide to purchase one of these buggies online, I have an excellent garage and tools available. Their scooters are cheap and problematic. I bought one a month ago and already have taken it back twice to have issues fixed. I'm sure more will come up. The man working is very impolite and does not care to help. I called to ask about an issue and he was extremely rude and hung up on me when I asked when I could bring it in to get fixed. Even though it's under warranty they still act like it's not their responsibility to fix it. Don't buy and of these cheap vehicles here read more
