I hired the groutsmith to repair and seal my grout after my new shower installation (which had less…read morethan desirable results). Groutsmith came out and evaluated the condition of my shower and scheduled a technician come out and perform the work. The color match was essentially 1:1 and while the grout install made it more finicky - requiring multiple visits, I was satisfied with the outcome. Groutsmith's technicians are very professional, clean up after themselves and pride themselves on good work. It was not the cheapest option, but I think it was money well spent and in general I can rest easy because they stand by their work and if it isn't up to par - they'll rectify it to the best of their ability. They wanted to get 100% payment without completing the job and cleaning up their mess. Watch out for these con artists pretending to be professional tile grout, painters, etc.? Regretful and disappointed in giving these guys a chance for work. To all homeowners or contractors, don't even consider hiring these guys for any work at all. Total waste of time and aggravation.
