This place is more than just a trampoline park. Such a clean place with patient and courteous staff. Not a place for toddlers though but young kids, teenagers, adults can all enjoy the place equally. Other than trampolines it has foam pits, rock climbing walls, obstacle area etc. They have some good online ticket deals too. Kids will have good time here. read more

This place is awesome! We took our 1.5 year old and 6 year old on a Sunday. Our kids could do everything. I saw some others Complaining about kids not being able to play due to their age and that's inaccurate. Our 1 year old did have to stop jumping at 6 pm which is completely understandable. What an awesome place!! The owner and team here did an absolute fabulous job with the setup and number of attractions or things kids as adults can do. Dodgeball, trampolines, basketball and a ninja course. The kids and I love it!!! It's on the back right side of Publix. We had a great time here. It's the perfect activity for a hot summer day. It's very cool inside and has a fun vibe with music and lights. They have a snack bar with lots of choices and we found the place to be very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Two stars because we already had the appropriate socks and they insisted we buy their branded socks even though they were no different t from the ones the kids had on. Person behind the counter claimed insurance restrictions. I get it if we had normal socks on but we didn't, and to add insult to injury he offers us 1.00 for our socks to buy his. Worst places for kids ever. ... My experience in this facility was nothing but despicable and horrific. To redeem my Groupon voucher we had to do it all online. My Groupon voucher was buggy and I was having a difficult time processing this so I went to the front desk for some assistance. The manager name Martha and staff behind the register was rude and kept running me back on forth and when I had enough and asked Martha the manager to help and stop pushing toward the computer and actually do her job. She became very belligerent and even said what the f*** under her breath just enough for me to hear it. She started to catch a bad attitude saying no she can't help because everything has to be done online and this was not her job.When I asked to speak to the manager, she said she's the manager and basically runs the place. I asked to speak with the owner. she then said" go online to their website and write an email. And hopefully, someone will read it". This place is a total garbage. The whole staff here is all 14- 15 years old and the RUDE entitled Manager who was behind the register with the bad attitude was no less than 18 years old. Martha's head is so stuck up in the clouds with her job title MANAGER. I can't believe a facility like this would have such poor staff. THIS FACILITY ALSO HAS NO ONE ATTENDING THE FOOD BAR. AMAZING! We had two parties at XTremeHopp this weekend! One Friday night for 9 years old boys and another party for 11 year old boys on Saturday night! Both parties were a success! The boys LOVED IT!!! They loved the variety of things they could do! The staff is Awesome, Food is great and the place is very CLEAN and NEW!!! I even encouraged my two teenage boys to bring there friends to go! It's a perfect place for all ages!!! We will definitely be going back for more good times!!! read more

I am not impressed with XtremeHopp. I had planned a children's birthday party at this location recently. As a parent, not being able to bring in additional beverages (and not soda or sugary drinks) for the children and parents was extremely frustrating. Only one bottle of water per child is provided as part of the part package. You can purchase additional water or beverage for parents who choose to stay while their child plays. This is not acceptable and just shows that they want to get as much money as possible out of parents. I will not plan nor attend a party at this location, and I will not bring my children here to play again. There are plenty of other fun and active options in the area that truly understand the cost of planning a birthday party and how thirsty people can get when being active. read more

Overall was ok. Park is clean and fun and has everything you would expect at a trampoline park. Seems like the staff is trained to enforce the rules they've laid out - to the point that it can become unpleasant for the customer. If it's safety related I get it - but by rules I mean having us remove a 2 year old out of the play area because the 'party time' was over (we were there to attend a party and they had the play area from 3-530). 535 hit and we were told to leave. I get it - the party reserved 2.5 hrs so they were right to do it - but the play area wasn't crowded and they could have let it slide (seemed a bit asinine). Felt like the staff was patrolling the area trying to catch people breaking rules. A little judgement would have been nice. read more

I went here to have fun with a group of friends and was sorely disappointed when the cooks here had the audacity to have my pizza smell like the musk of cigarette smoke. I couldn't eat this discrimination to all pizza lovers. To add on the fruit to tased like a unhealthy forest and theirs chicken nuggets are poorly made. My friend had to walk up and ask for her food when the rest of us got it handled to us. After a little bit of jumping around and falling, you get tried and bored, but other than than that, I had fun. read more

HORRIBLE!! I was there over the weekend on Sat 8/18 with 7 kids. We were there over 45 minutes just trying to go through the check in process! We had issues with your tablets freezing up. Then, when we went to the front I was told because I was using a Groupon I should have bought my tickets online ahead of time and that I should have known that because it was in the fine print. Then, I asked the boy since I had a groupon for 8 and only 7 kids, could I use the extra ticket for some socks; he said yes. Then I was passed over to another person and she asked the boy about the socks and he denied our whole conversation. I demanded at this point to see a manager and was told that the person I was talking to was the manager (Martha Santos). She was extremely immature and condescending and was reiterating that had I read the fine print I would have known. I was getting really upset at this point and asked for who was above her. She said that it was just her and the owner. When I asked for the owners name, she said she wasn't giving me that information and smiled a condescending grin. I will never come back there and will be sure to tell EVERYONE I know (which is a LOT of people) not to come there! They are rude and act like they do not care at ALL about their customers!!! I complained to them via facebook and their response was that they stand behind their staff. They are the worst! Go to Get Air, Skyzone, Launch, or any other trampoline park.
