We also squeezed some lemon on the dips to brighten them up. Yemeni hummus is more tahini-rich than some other variations, which I finds benefits from some lemon splash. Of course they gave us more pita when our mains arrived :) The manager was a really nice man! We felt welcomed and our business valued-- really was one of my favorite things about the restaurant.
