All the instructors make it enjoyable, particularly Penney, who is an amazing instructor and her classes are super fun.

Every class is great for first timers and experienced people, and everything in between. They have shoes for rent if you don't have your own. Studio is always very clean and there are bathrooms. Unfortunately this location doesn't have showers like some others do. The parking lot can get packed cuz of the in-n-out.

Front desk girl was extremely friendly and she was informative on the packages. If I were to join I think the unlimited is the most bang for your buck. I did a free first ride for Jenna's 5:30am class and it was a vibe. I love a good theme and it was Kendrick, J. Cole and Drake. Her energy on the podium was on point and definitely had us working through the strength class which is 3 songs with an arm weighted bar. They do provide free shoes on your first class but do acquire a charge for future classes. The studio is a pretty solid size and they have a ton of theme rides which I recommend checking out socials or website for information. Otherwise, only ding is I got bit several times by a mosquito or some type of bug during the class which ended up being a pretty uncomfortable few days later as my bites swelled up. However, I am sure this was a one off experience but bummed it was me!

I'm a big fan of Club Studio and have been going for years now. Here's why I love it:…read more* The Gym is well lit, has all the equipment you'd need, and is never too crowded (or empty) to help us stay motivated to work out. * The Studios have great marked spots for each person, with instructors who bring the energy and fun to their classes. Plus, I appreciate that every class starts on time. I personally can't get enough of the Hot Yoga with Sandi! * The amenities are plentiful with towels, hairdryers, lockers and plenty of spaces throughout with everything we need. * The service is great. The Club Manager, Ricky, excels at taking care of the members. * And, there's plenty of free parking so you're never stressed looking for a place for your car or bike. This is a fantastic facility. Check it out!

I was on the waitlist for a 7:30 PM class and was only added at 7:00 PM--giving me just 30 minutes' notice. That evening, I came down with a fever. Wanting to be considerate and avoid getting other members sick, I had my partner go to the front desk in person to explain the situation and cancel. Despite this, I was charged a $10 cancellation fee. When I followed up, I was told they have a strict 'zero exceptions' policy. While I understand having rules around attendance, penalizing members for acting responsibly when ill, especially after being added from a waitlist on such short notice, is poor customer service. The facility and classes are great but this really rubbed me the wrong way.

Okay bestie, sit DOWN because we need to talk about Chuze Fitness Cypress…read more I toured MULTIPLE gyms in this area before committing (yes, I made them all work for it, I'm a gym girlie with standards ) and let me tell you... Chuze Cypress said "you may stop looking" and I said okuuuuuurt. This gym is not just clean, it is IMMACULATE. The kind of clean that makes you want to wear your cutest workout fit just to match the energy. And the STAFF? They greet you like you're a regular at your favorite brunch spot. Every. Single. Time. No attitude, no ignoring you while scrolling on their phone...just genuine "welcome, we see you, we're happy you're here" energy. It's giving hospitality. It's giving excellence. It's giving "this is how customer service should ALWAYS be." I genuinely look forward to training here, which is a WHOLE testimony because I do not hype gyms up for fun. Now let's talk about the recovery room because I need everyone to understand: this is not a perk, this is a LIFESTYLE. The air chairs? Sat down and ascended. The compression boots? I have had full-on spiritual experiences in those boots. The sauna? I walk in stressed, I walk out reborn. I have genuinely had to be talked out of moving my mattress in there. 10/10 peace, 0/10 desire to leave. To everyone in Cypress or repping the 562 area...RUN, don't walk. Dis gym is DA ONE and I will not be entertaining alternative opinions at this time. Massive shoutout to Jadyn and the whole management team: y'all run a TIGHT, polished, welcoming ship and it truly shows in every single interaction. You built a staff culture that feels like a warm hug with a side of "let's get you stronger," and that is HARD to do. Chuze Cypress, you didn't just earn a member. You earned a whole hype woman.

Yes, it's a gym.... Yes it has new equipment but it feels run down for 2 big reasons…read more 1.) for the last year I have been paying extra for the add on of the recovery room, in which Chuze shows commercials all the time advertising HYDRO THERAPY. These machines are great, very popular and everyone who pays extra wants this item and this item only. Nothing else..... nobody wants to wrap their legs in gigantic compression boots.... But yet they have 4 of these machines. They never break because nobody uses them. Everyone pays for the hydro therapy but yet they only have 2 of them and 1 is always broken.... The reason, is because this is all people want out of the recovery room. But yet 1 of the Hydro machines is always broken, never fixed . instead of using membership fees to buy a new one they rely on a repair man who never shows up, and when he does, only has it fixed for a day. What's the point of having a recovery studio if the only thing people want, (HYDRO THERAPY) is never available? 2.) everyone likes to use the stair masters. It's popular now, nobody really uses elliptical's, except older people who can't be hard on their bodies. So what does Chuze do???? They have 17 ellipticals which only ever 3 are being used and 6 stair masters of which one is always broken and all 5 are always in use. A manager with his finger on the pulse of his building should see this, and rotate out unused equipment and replacing it with what's needed more of,..... like the stair masters there's always a wait for.... For months now. This should be the nicest gym out there.... That's why I joined. They are busy with members.... where is all the money going?
