The service was excellent -- friendly, attentive, and on point all night. The craft beer selection had some real creativity on tap. We were disappointed to hear the mango brew had run out -- that one sounded like a winner -- but the Mexican and lime brew more than made up for it. Bright, flavorful, and refreshing, it was a great pour that kept us coming back for more. But the real showstopper of the night? Drifting Back. This four-piece band was absolutely exceptional -- tight, talented, and packed with great tunes. They had the room in the palm of their hands all night. If you ever see them on the schedule here, don't miss it. A minor gripe about the sold-out mango brew aside, this was a fantastic night out at Lions Roar. We'll absolutely be back.

Close to other restaurants. Parking can be challenging . I had to pay and park few minutes walk . Ambience is good . They had live bands some days . Lots of seats to sit and drink. There are both indoor and outdoor seating . In summer outdoor seating could have insects / mosquitoes and hence we had to move to inside seating . IPA was too good ! Love the fresh taste of hazy IPA. Service can be better . IPA closer about 10$ which is slightly expensive than other sports bars . First time . I didn't know we can bring our own food. . Went there and had nothing to eat and ordered a peanut packet . Lots of others got pizzas and other food from neighborhood, which is a great option. Good experience overall . 4 stars

He rudely told me "NO," and then followed up with "Would you walk into a refrigerator in a restaurant?" Honestly, if the refrigerator was in the middle of where the party was being held, then yes, I probably would--especially if there was no signage saying it was off-limits. Only after this encounter did he put up an "Employees Only" sign, which tells me it wasn't clearly marked before. This could have been handled in a much more respectful and professional manner. The owner's attitude was unnecessarily rude and confrontational. If he expects people not to go in, proper signage should be in place before the event begins, not after making guests feel unwelcome.

They brew their stuff there and they encase the drinks there with a little machine. We ordered 2 sets of flights so the four of us can try all the flavors. Some weren't to out taste and a couple were so it's nice we can have this experience. We ended up taking a bug can home to enjoy later.

This place has chill brewery vibes as you can see their production area and it's pretty spacey and I love how they are in an old post office building. I truly love breweries and this is a great one!…read more I've been to hundreds of breweries all across the USA and New Jersey has some of the best ones. I've been wanting to come here for a while now but didn't get the chance to until last week. It's in a great location and the brewery itself is open and vibey as can be. We got there about an hour before closing so we didn't end up getting to listen to the music that was playing as they were packing up as we came. I hope we get there earlier next time as we love listening to live music as we sip excellent beers. The beers were spectacular. I had the Local IPA and my gf had the Sour City: POG. The server was very welcoming and friendly. There was probably 8-10 people there when we came and everyone was happy, smiling, and enjoying themselves and their beers. This is one of my favorite breweries to kick back and relax. I love coming here when they have bands playing but we were here too early so we didn't get to enjoy that on said day. We ordered: Me - Gourd N Gecko (5 stars) GF- Mango Contango (5 Stars) My gf wanted the Blackberry Bonus but the keg was empty and the worker was going to change it but I said don't worry about it right now. The owners son hosted us at the bar and took great care of us treating us like family and engaging us in conversation all night even staying open a little later as we finished up our evening. We enjoyed some drinks which he excelled with and then tried the chefs special which was a chicken Parmesan sandwich. The sandwich was great and exactly what we needed in that moment. We will definitely be back to check out their brick oven pizzas. Highly recommend for a night out with girls/guys or even a nice date as intimate setting as well.
