Zaalouk (Eggplant & Tomato Salad), Beef Kefta Meatball Tajine, Moroccan Mint Tea, Coffee
    Angela Y.

The decor was very cute with great ambience and evoked very Mediterranean vibes. It was empty when we arrived and we ordered at a little kiosk. It took awhile for the food to come out but it was kinda nice to sit in that ambience. We got zaalouk (~$4)and beef kefta- meatballs tajine (~$14). They were both quite yummy though I will say that the beef kefta was essentially glorified tiny meatballs with eggs but that doesn't mean it wasn't yummy. We dipped the free bread into the zaalouk and beef which was very fun. I enjoyed the meal! We also got Moroccan coffee which was very suit and tasted like a chai coffee as well as a Moroccan mint tea which I think was too bitter. They might've added too many leaves for the amount of water because even adding sugar didn't get rid of it.

I love trying new flavors. I don't usually eat goat or lamb. My husband had the lamb which came with artichokes and peas. My daughter had the goat which was made with chick peas and golden raisins. My stew was a little too salty but the pita and round loaf bread were a perfect pair. The hummus went well with the bread too. You order and pay at the kiosk and then be seated. It took about 15 minutes to be served. My daughter said the last time she was there they served the mint tea in a pot. When she asked if we could have it that way again, they said they are no longer serving it that way. Bummer. However, the many mint leaves really made the tea burst with flavor! I enjoyed the cobalt blue walls with the art. Plus the Moroccan side tables really added to the ambiance and restaurant theme.

Such a cute place with delicious, Moroccan food! This place is great for a casual meal as you place your order at the counter, with a restaurant setting and detailed decor. There is a shared parking lot with ample places to park. Both the restaurant and restrooms were really clean. It's hard to find chicken bastilla, and this was so goodIf you want the chicken bastilla (pictured), call ahead so they can prepare it. It is made fresh and is a work of art. We had the Morrocan bread, Zaalouk, lemon chicken, and bastilla. They also have sandwiches, couscous, kabobs, and vegetarian options. Everything I've ever had here is amazing. The owners are very kind and the atmosphere is really calm and relaxing.

The food is fresh and amazing!! The best calamari in town. Their lemon chicken is to die for! Everything was delicious. Good prices, service and the best morrocan food. La comida es fresca y sorprendente!! Los mejores calamares de la ciudad. ¡Su pollo al limón es para morirse! Todo estuvo delicioso. Buenos precios, servicio y la mejor comida marroquí.

All I can say is...WOW. My mouth and stomach (and wallet) are so happy to be able to have food like this in Orlando. The flavors are so complex with a variety of textures. I am now used to paying $20-$30 per entree at places like Bosphorous (not the same cuisine of course but has common elements), but this is so reasonably priced in comparison, and honestly better (I've had dishes at bosphorous that are on the dry side ngl). It will satisfy a large appetite, or treat small to average appetites with leftovers to look forward to later! We of course had to try a tagine so went with the beef. It was the weekend so we opted for a lamb couscous dish as well. Topped it off with a side of soup. Everything was incredibly delicious. The meat was tender, like fall-off-the-bone and of course we didn't neglect to extract the delicious marrow from the bones. There was a good amount of vegetables in the couscous for a bit of fiber. For two people with average appetites, it was a large amount of food, and I ended up taking home some and eating it as part of 3 more meals. It is located in an unassuming strip mall with a good amount of parking, although there seems to be an international grocery store opening soon so that might make the place get busier. The decor is very cute and I love all the colorful dishware they use. The workers are very nice but there's a self-order kiosk if you prefer no-contact ordering. Can't wait to go back and try more dishes!

Bean stew, beef tajine, vegetarian plate, hot lemon mint tea , pita bread

First time here , Food is fresh and Delicious!! Beautifully plated! Portions are good . Nice lady who took our order very friendly! Decor very pretty - Moroccan. We ordered too much food but wanted to get a good sampling and it did not disappoint! We also ordered the lamb Tajine - not pictured because we started eating it .. lol. Beef Tajine w/ prunes , Loubia bean stew , vegetarian plate- zaalouk-eggplant, Moroccan salad - cucumbers/onion/ tomatoes, pita and Moroccan bread. Took leftovers home ! Drank hot lemon mint tea .. good and strong , next time will get the iced version. Will definitely come back !

Nice moroccan faire. We dined in. We tried the dip sampler, and ordered a pair of entrees. The hummus and baba ganoush dips were good. The chicken and shrimp proteins from our entrees were alright, but the meatballs were outstanding. The harissa and garlic sauces were excellent too. We'll definitely come back, but we'll probably order pickup because service was kinda slow, and the chairs weren't super comfortable. We did love the decor though.

This place was immaculate, the service was amazing the owners were there and gave us the history of the restaurant and the food they served. My cup of mint tea never went empty. The vibrant decor and the delicious food made my dining experience highly memorable.

Food is excellent. My wife and I shared Lamb Couscous. Raisins and cinnamon touch on the couscous mixed with potato, veggies, and onions. Kabob menu and ready within minutes! Adding pictures to see the ambiance and the layout. The Blue City part of the North of Morocco. Enjoy! PS: Mohammed is an amazing host. Excellent customer service!

Moroccan mint tea and almond briwate

Our first time eating Moroccan food and it was very good! We loved the aesthetic of the restaurant and the staff were very friendly. After explaining the various options to us, of course, we had to try the traditional clay pot dishes. I ordered the lemon chicken tajine and my wife ordered the vegetable tajine. Mine was very flavorful; the vegetable dish was a bit one note, but we both enjoyed the fluffy Moroccan bread. It was also recommended to get the mint tea and almond briwat (pastries with almonds and honey). Both were excellent!! Looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes.

Not authentic enough, rice was undercooked and meat was dry, bread was not fresh. Service is mediocre and not much of ambience.

I loved the hummus and it came with a great portion to share. The tagine also tasted lovely-- savory and sweet-- but 1/4 of it was fat. The leaner pieces were tender and I loved the apricots! Perfect with the bread. As for the tiramisu it had me feeling weird since it was obviously currently defrosting as we ate it... apologies for the photo of it haha but we found it quite difficult to eat since it was frozen. The beef tagine was delicious but be wary of the desserts :3

It felt cozy and I really liked the overall atmosphere. I wish they had a few seats set up at the bar for a quick appetizer or tea, but there was plenty of other seating in the large booths. The service was a huge highlight here. Sure, the restaurant wasn't very crowded when we went, but I've been in similar situations where the staff wasn't as attentive so it was still very much appreciated. We didn't wait long between appetizer and the main meal but also did not feel rushed at all. The food, and the entire dining experience, was very authentic. They had a beautiful tea set for our mint tea. The tagine came in traditional clay bowls. Everything we ordered was delicious. The hummus was as tasty as it looks, I loved the olive oil and olives it came with, everything tasted so fresh. The tagines we ordered exceeded expectations! The flavors incorporated into my lemon chicken dish were incredible and the meat fell off the bone like butter! The kefta egg tagine was super filling and tasty as well. I don't know which one to recommend more! Thank you to the staff and kitchen for making our experience so lovely. We will be back!

It's set far from the road in a nondescript stucco two story. Windows are darkened so you can't see in. But reviews on yelp looked promising. Food was very good. I am not knowledgeable of Moroccan cuisine but seemed authentic and freshly made. Service - extremely friendly and personable. But I was alone, there were only three other tables occupied, and I had water, one course, and dessert...and I was there for 90 minutes. Again everything seemed freshly made so that may just be what's needed but it was a little long to sit alone Decor is initially impressive, colorful and on theme. But on closer inspection the tablecloths are thick vinyl - mine had what appeared to be a cigarette hole burned into it - and the clear glass vases had cheap fake plastic flowers in them. I was seated in the center with standard chairs but tables along the walls had banquets with overstuffed Moroccan pillows and velvet upholstery. One table had a pair of beautiful green velvet Chesterfield sofas. There's a little shop in the back but had I not read about it in a review I wouldn't have noticed as it was behind one of the tables and from a distance just looked like more decor. There's a stage with a video screen which showed music videos while I was there but assume live music must be available certain nights. There's a hookah lounge attached but seemed independent and no mention of it was made.
