Hamachi Carpaccio

Now matter how busy this team is, or what type of day they are having, I never get shut down for my medically specific food substitutions. The staff is friendly, the music is great and the best part is my No-Rice sushi rolls are always tasty and very well put together. Thank you so much for always being able to make our visits memorable and delicious.

The service and food is always good here. Everyone is super friendly and we are always able to get a table. The sushi is good they have a good variety. They also have the option to do grill for big groups. If you have come here more than once they always remember you and what you like. Our go to place as it's consistent and the service is always very good. Parking is always available. We always get a mix or rolls and protein it's a good size for the beef teriyaki plate and cooked perfect. I have been coming here for years and they always very accommodating.

My local gem in my village community the ambiance is casual and clean no frills but great for a group celebration. The service is wonderful it's like you are family when you walk in and are seated We choose the hibachi this time around and enjoyed every minute of it, the chef was entertaining and generous with the portions. We ordered the filet mignon & lobster combo & the lobster & shrimp combo with a side of egg fried rice, mix tempura & fried oysters all cooked to perfection and delicious., topped it off with the house Cabernet & plum wine. Can't wait to try again.

12 pc sashimi combo
Irena S.

Came here on a Thursday night, party of 2, kind of unintentionally (we were trying to get sushi and went to two other Sushi places in Dublin but everything was randomly closed for 4th of July week). My order: 12 pc sashimi combo ($26 ish) with a salmon handroll ($7 ish). I had been to a similarly named establishment in SLO that I think had the same menu before so I was like, okay maybe this will be good? This place is randomly also tapenyaki. Pros: - pretty huge chunks of sashimi in the sashimi combo, and they give you a good variety of 4-5 different kinds of fish (I got 4 pc salmon, and then 2 pieces each of 4 other different kinds of fish, which I didn't mind because I do like salmon alot). Tasted fresh, was pretty good. - The hot tea was pretty tasty - Reasonably priced - there was a $31 deal where you get an 8 pc nigiri set AND it comes with a roll of choice from a selection of maybe 8 different rolls - that seemed like such a steal that I wish I was hungrier so I could order it haha - lots of available parking in the nearby area - it kind of almost looks like a residential area but there are spaces if you keep driving around the restaurant - I'm grateful it was open on a holiday week lol - they gave us free edamame at the beginning and free ice cream at the end of the meal - Very enthusiastic waitress singing the birthday song for guests and they turn off the lights and sing with a tambourine lol - Really pretty plating and presentation Cons: - the deal I mentioned above sounds great - but what was interesting was that the special menu also had an 8 pc omakase nigiri set for the same price? I tried asking the waitress if it's different but they couldn't answer partly due to a language barrier (which isn't her fault, but I thought that kind of pricing was interesting). - The service was really really slow (we sat down around 7:25 but didn't get our food until around 8:05pm) - I don't want to blame the wait staff because they were all running around and trying their best - it felt like there just weren't enough people working. When I walked in there was nobody at the host booth area, and it took a long time to get menus, tea, water, etc. - the restaurant has an interesting layout with walls where it can make it hard to flag down a server to help you TLDR: solid fish, I wouldn't mind coming back because it seems like a well-loved local place, but the service was so slow the day we went, I sincerely hope that was just an off day.

Birthday dessert
Karen W.

Our first time here and it was a belated birthday celebration for a group of 8. This restaurant is located in a shopping strip mall and the entrance isn't apparent. We parked in front of the restaurant but had to go around to the back to get into the restaurant. We sat in a nice comfortable spot as our 2 year grandson can be restless and he was enchanted with the ducks hung up on the wall. He loves animals so the ducks kept him somewhat entertained. Everyone ordered their own dish but we had tempura appetizer to start. I ordered the 3 item dinner combo with salmon teriyaki, shortribs and beef teriyaki and the portions were generous and tasty. We were celebrating a belated birthday for my daughter and I and the server brought out an ice cream dessert with a candle for us to share. It was a nice touch to celebrate with the fam bam!

Baked Green Mussels
Aletta A.

Tried this place via Door Dash delivery. I think if I give them a try again, I'll order sushi, because the baked items I ordered were not it. The baked green mussels were not creamy at all. It's like there was just melted cheese on them. This did not satisfy my craving. I also ordered the dynamite thinking it would resemble a sushi bake. This was also lacking the slight creaminess it was supposed to have, because I think it was over baked.

84. Any 3 Different Items Dinner Combination Combination - pick a roll + 7 piece nigiri
Veerawan T.

I've only been here for hot foods and sushi because it's so close to my house. But it's amazing! All of the sushi rolls that I've tried so far are unique, fresh, and good size. I'd recommend asking for spicy Mayo and eel sauce to dip along with it. Definitely their price is affordable and this seems like a family business which makes me want to support this place even more. We also ordered the dinner combo (3) where you can choose any 3 items from their menu of the dinner. We got the Katsu, beef teriyaki, and ribs. - always served with salad and miso soup as well. Katsu were crispy (okay amount of chicken, more breading but so delicious) ribs were great (hint of sweetness!) beef was cooked well (eel sauce is lil sweet) but overall try it out! There was another combo where you choose one sushi and it comes with 7 pieces of nigiri (perfect for 2 ppl) but it was yummy. :) Service is great, you're always greeted and sat with a bowl of edamame. The place itself is big, it's split between tables and sections for teppanyaki.

Sake and my lightsaber chop sticks!
Boy R.

If you are a fan of unique rolls of high quality and taste, this is a great find if you have not been here before. Recommendations on rolls would be the Hot Night, Happy Bunny, and the Crazy Girl. Staff is beyond friendly and remember their return customers. Don't forget to have sake! They have a diverse selection of great cold sake. Also give the Heart Attack appetizer a try, its beyond good.

The yummy roll we all shared.
Denise R.

This was our 1st time dining and the service was friendly and quick although they were short-staffed. They have a nice selection of sake and beer and we ordered both and Shirley Temples for the kids. The selection of sushi was a nice surprise since we were there only for the cooking table. My son ordered a long roll and it was so fresh and enough for all five of us. The chef was fun and cooked our entrées beautifully while entertaining us. We also ordered the Tempura as an appetizer and it did not disappoint..however it came out as our dinner was ready so that's why only 4 stars. We look forward to going back.

We saw another table waiting to be serviced by him as well. Multiple workers walked by and just eyed each table but never offered help to the poor guy, therefore a few tables grew impatient. Cons: Soon as we walked in we were told it was going to be a 20-30 minute wait, not a problem. We gave them our phone number to alert us when our table was ready, so we found an area at the bar and sat down and waited. 45 minutes passed someone from our party wanted to see how much longer it would be. When asked how much longer, the host said they "didn't have our number to contact us". (Didn't make sense because we gave it to them soon as they asked us to have a seat to wait) They didn't bother to call for us like they were calling other people waiting for a table, they didn't want to walk around to find our party either. When they finally sat us down at a table, we noticed majority of the restaurant was empty (literally only 6-8 tables). Took us about 10 minutes to just get water for everyone (We were a table of 5 btw). Took over 20 minutes to take our order, took almost 30 minutes to get our order. Waited 15 minutes to get to go boxes and the tab. We came in around 7pm left around 9:45ish just to give an estimate of how long we were there for. As someone who had came here several times as they were a kid, to come as an adult for a quick visit to reminisce, it was a disappointment to say the least. Maybe next time I would go to another location to see if the service gets better.

We walked in with smiles, and we were seated in an excluded area where it felt very intimate. The ambience was dim so I gave it that romantic feel. We were greeted by our server, Kathy. She was all smiles and very detailed about the menu and drinks. We ordered the appetizers, which was the calamari and the prawns and the spring rolls. The drinks came up first which was nice and then our fresh platter which was nicely presented came out. What can I say? It was a burst of flavors all over this platter! Compliments to chef! After we were done eating, our amazing server came back to take our order. She was so kind and polite very detailed. She was interested in what we were celebrating and talking about it which I thought was really unique. We had told her we were there celebrating me finishing school and finishing up the year teaching. Then we went to order our main entrée which was the steak and lobster tail with the mashed potatoes. We also got an order of the asparagus and mac & cheese. When I say the food came out popping hot, it came out hot and ready. Once we were able to dig in, it was some of the best lobster main tail melted in my mouth I have ever had. The steak was cooked perfectly. It was so soft and delightful with the fluffy mashed potatoes. The mac & cheese burst it with flavors one of my favorite mac & cheese yet. I have had mini mac & cheese and this one was incredible! This area was cooked perfectly and it was soft but had a crunch still to it. My hats off for this chef! The chef here can really cook and they have a unique presentation, which is very professional and mind blowing! Then it was time for dessert which we had the blueberry cheesecake and the chocolate lava cake! They were both also yummy and had caramel drizzle, and the chocolate lava cake was oozing with chocolate. We loved every minute of this experience it was such a good way to build a core memory. Kathy was the best server yet. I would highly recommend asking for her when coming to the steakhouse for her service. Also, I would like to give five stars to the chef. This place is truly blessed with an amazing chef. He's probably definitely the backbone of this restaurant. We will definitely come back, and we want to thank Forbes for such a great experience. A Place I Keep Coming Back To…read more I've been to Texas Roadhouse many times over the years--I just never remembered to take photos until this visit. For me, Texas Roadhouse isn't about finding the most expensive or most luxurious steak. It's about getting together with family or friends, enjoying a cold beer, sharing great appetizers, and having a relaxed meal without breaking the bank. The atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from a classic American steakhouse. It's lively, energetic, and always feels welcoming. I also love the open kitchen and the hand-cut steak display when you walk in. Watching the staff prepare fresh steaks adds to the whole experience. One thing I miss is the old bucket of complimentary peanuts. They now come in individual bags, which is definitely cleaner and more hygienic, but I do miss that old-school Texas Roadhouse tradition. The warm fresh-baked rolls with cinnamon butter are still incredible. Honestly, I could probably eat an entire basket before my entrée arrives. My must-order items every single visit: Steak The steaks are consistently good. Are they premium steakhouse quality? No. But they're cooked well, seasoned properly, and offer excellent value for the price. That's exactly why I keep coming back. Cactus Blossom (The Giant Onion Appetizer) This is an absolute MUST. It's surprisingly difficult to find restaurants that serve an onion appetizer this size anymore. Most places either offer onion rings or a much smaller blooming onion. Texas Roadhouse's Cactus Blossom is enormous, beautifully presented, and fried to a perfect golden crisp. Every petal stays crunchy while the onion inside remains sweet and tender. Pair it with their signature dipping sauce, and it's the perfect appetizer to share over drinks. If you're visiting for the first time, don't skip it. It has become one of the signature dishes that keeps me ordering it every visit. Fried Catfish Another item I highly recommend. Crispy on the outside, moist and flaky inside, and surprisingly light. It goes perfectly with a cold beer and good conversation. Loaded Baked Potato Simple but done right--loaded with sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and butter. Comfort food at its best. One thing that deserves special recognition is the service. Every visit, the servers have been friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Drinks are refilled before you even have to ask, and they frequently check in without being intrusive. Great service makes a huge difference, and the staff here consistently delivers. They're absolutely the kind of servers who deserve a generous tip. At the end of the day, Texas Roadhouse isn't trying to compete with high-end steakhouses--and that's perfectly fine. It knows exactly what it is: a fun, casual American steakhouse where people gather to enjoy good food, cold beer, and great company. The steak is consistently good, the portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, the service is excellent, and the overall experience keeps me coming back. I'll definitely be back again. Highly recommended.
