    Donkatsu Spicy Chewy Noodle

Stopped by Saturday night with a group of 4 and there was certainly a long wait (maybe waited close to 30-40mins) due to the seating inside the restaurant very limited. Once it was our turn though, the server greeted us and we ordered quickly on the kiosk. The food comes out nicely and the portion sizes are quite generous. I think it was great value for the price and their katsu is so delicious. I loved the spicy chewy noodles too. Can't wait to come back!

I was craving for katsu and decided to give this place a try. I ordered the spicy pork katsu which came with miso soup, salad, pickles, kimchi, and sauce. The katsu was crispy, juicy, not overcooked. Everything tagged good. And the sides complemented the meal well.

This place has been on my list for a while, and I'm glad I checked it out! I came here for a quick dinner on a weeknight, and was shocked to see it fully packed. It is a relatively smaller restaurant with about 8 tables or so. Our server was incredibly nice and attentive, and checking in periodically to make sure our waters are filled and we're enjoying the food. I like how the katsu includes a variety of sauces/pairings to enhance the flavor! The curry was delicious and I really enjoyed the pork tonkatsu (part of the assorted plate). I'd come back here to try more items on their menu. Parking is easy! It's located in a shopping plaza so plenty of parking spaces in an open lot.

Service is really good: friendly, attentive, fast and fast. I like the big katsu, it's so tasty. Soba is yummy too. Pork Katsu is delicious. Parking is easy. Nice, clean store. Will come again

First time trying this place and chose it since we were craving something different than the normal places we eat. When I was in Japan, we went to restaurants that specializes in katsu mainly. We ordered on our table with the self help monitor- Pork Katsu and chicken katsu with curry. Food was nicely presented with daikon, Kim chee and miso soup and a cabbage salad. Overall, we enjoyed our meals and my wife seemed to like my pork a bit more than her chicken . Still 5 stars for both. Service- the gentleman manager with the #1 dad hat was very nice and checked on us. Easy and relaxing place to eat. We can on a Saturday at 2 pm and the place was close to full and we got lucky we got a table. Max capacity says 38 people. Would definitely come again when craving for katsu!

Found this place when looking for a place to eat after seeing a nearby movie. It's a smaller restaurant that was pretty busy for a weeknight dinner. Ordering is done through a tablet and I went with a chicken katsu curry udon. The flavors of the chicken and udon were pretty solid and the curry wasn't really spicy, but it had some hints of heat. It comes with some side dishes but I only really liked the miso soup.

Yumee Katsu absolutely delivered. Everything we ordered was solid, satisfying, and genuinely delicious. The standout for me was the katsu curry. The katsu was perfectly crispy on the outside while staying tender inside, and the curry was rich, flavorful, and completely addictive. I kept going back for another bite even when I was already getting full. The udon noodle soup was comforting and well-balanced, while the cold soba noodles were refreshing and nicely textured. I also loved the chewy spicy cold noodles--they had a great bite and just the right amount of spice, making them surprisingly memorable. Portions here are incredibly generous. Even after eating until I was stuffed, my plate still looked full. Definitely great value for the amount of food you get. The meal also comes with kimchi and yellow radish sides, which were the perfect complement. Their freshness and acidity helped cut through the richness of the fried dishes and tied everything together nicely. Overall, a delicious meal with generous portions and plenty of variety. I'd happily come back to try more of the menu. Highly recommend if you're craving quality katsu and comforting noodle dishes.

Overall food was good and service was friendly. The portion size looks a bit less than the pictures on the menu. You can ask for more radish which we didn't know about until the waiter ask us. Not really suitable for large parties as most tables are for 4 people.

Stumbled on this place when me and my fam were looking for a place to have a late lunch after shopping at the outlets. I love me a good curry katsu plate, and appreciated how they also offer noodles with their katsu, as my bf prefers that instead of rice. We were shocked to notice the spicy noodles come out cold (we absolutely love cold noodles) since not many places offer that. We were so impressed at how tasty literally everything we ordered was. The staff were also so nice and welcoming, and inside was pretty spacious with many filled tables. This will definitely be our new go-to spot to come by after a shopping day at the outlets!

When we arrived on a Saturday night, we got seated right away. We're a party of 2. We ordered the Yumee Katsu and the Chicken Katsu Curry Rice which were both delicious. The katsu were very juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The restaurant was very quiet overall with diners chatting within their tables so this is a great restaurant if you're looking for something quiet. I would come back here again.

Absolutely delicious! I completely understand why the wait is so long, because my taste buds were having a blast! I came on a weekend and even at the odd hours of 2:30pm, we had to wait 45ish minutes. I loved that the katsu didn't taste like oil. The service was efficient. While the place is quite small, it is well maintained. Can't wait to come back!

This place is sooooo good. Both times that I have been there I didn't have to wait but i've been told that there could be a line and it could be very busy. You order from an ipad - i wish there were more descriptions on the food. DonKatsu Spicy Chewy Noodle - It has such a good umami? Sesame? flavor that compliments the spicy so well. I don't do spice well but this was easy for me to handle. The noodles ARE CHEWY, i asked for scissors so i could cut the noodles to make it to easier to eat (def recommend doing this). The katsu was fried perfectly, crispy, juicy, delicious. Sides are unlimited - soup, cabbage, side dishes: kimchi, yellow daikon. I mixed the cabbage into the noodles to give it a flavor change in the middle of my meal. I think about this dish often haha Assorted Katsu - It's good everything is fried well the cheese isn't so heavy that it overpowers the meat. It does get a bit boring after awhile with just katsu and rice but its good. Katsu Curry Udon - My friend got this one and she loves it. She loves the deep curry flavor with the crispy katsu and chewy udon. Topokki Katsu - Can get a bit spicy - i tried some rice cake and fish cake it was so good. I wonder if their rice cake is homemade - it tasted different from ones you get at the store. Mixed cabbage into it so it'd be less spicy.

First time here was dinner and it was packed and had to wait awhile for both a table and then food. Second experience was lunch on a weekday and wasnt busy at all and food came. My favorite dish is the spicy chewy noodle with katsu. I think I just prefer their normal katsu, it's so perfectly cooked and tasty on its own. The cheese katsu is also good but they scoop out almost all the meat and it's basically a mozzarella stick. Portions are huge and I always have significant leftovers, it doesn't hurt that it comes with many side dishes. Order at the tablet attached to your table. Parking is easy in the big lot in front of it.

The sushi chefs were tucked in a small corner adjacent to the one coed restroom. Ordering is quite interesting where a QR code was used. You made your choices and submitted it to the kitchen. One major issue is that there is no way to tell when our order was coming. After about a 25 minute wait (as I said busy meal time) our order started to arrive. We ordered a Hamachi Kama, Dragon Roll, Orange Ocean Roll, cheesecake and black sesame ice cream. Everything was tasty and very nice. The prices were very reasonable compared to other restaurants. First of all, Yelp should do something about restaurants begging customers for reviews. People come here based on those ratings, spend a lot of money, and end up with an experience like this. I genuinely don't understand how this place has such high reviews. Normally, even at a bad restaurant, there's at least one dish that's decent. Here, there wasn't a single item I would order again. The nigiri was served at room temperature, which immediately raised concerns. The sushi rolls had an unpleasantly sticky rice texture that completely ruined the bite. Almost every appetizer tasted like frozen, pre-packaged food, and even those weren't prepared well. The shrimp tempura was overcooked and the shrimp was tough. The takoyaki had no flavor at all. The fried dumplings were soggy instead of crispy. The kappa roll and avocado roll looked nothing like the photos. They were ridiculously oversized, almost as if they were trying to fill people up with rice instead of making good ingredients. They honestly looked unappetizing before I even took a bite. The udon was simply bad. The soba was even worse--it had a sour, spoiled taste. I took one sip of the broth and immediately spat it out. The service issue wasn't the server's fault. The restaurant had only one server handling an all-you-can-eat operation, so every dish took forever to arrive, and even getting the check took an incredibly long time. Finally, the restroom smelled so terrible that it completely killed what little appetite I had left. It was difficult to even walk inside because of the odor. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. It wasn't just disappointing--it was a complete waste of money.
