The skin was a little thicker than what I prefer for a soup dumplings but overall it was delicious. Today, they were out of the pork soup dumplings so we tried the beef. For us, we prefer pork because the beef was a bit tough compared to pork and flavour-wise, not what we're used to. The mini soup dumplings were a bite-sized Burt's of flavour. Nice amount of soup inside. One of our favourites was the fried tofu. It came out freshly fried and crispy. The sauce was sweet and sour (vinegar) with chillies. The sauce at the bottom made it for us! We really liked the chewy texture of the noodles in the Dan Dan noodles. It wasn't too spiced so the kids were able to enjoy it as well.
