Brisket, burnt ends, slaw, potato salad.

Top end BBQ in Centerton!! I'm a big fan of great smoked meats. I smoke my own on the Egg and have eaten at the best BBQ houses in Texas and Kansas City and therefore the world. While visiting two of the five granddaughters in the thriving metropolis of Centerton, we decided to eat dinner together. The positive reviews of Woo Pig Mooie made me overcome my skepticism about finding good food in a strip mall. I am SO GLAD we tried it! Woo Pig Mooie compares very favorably with this country's best BBQ, vis a vie Franklin's or Oklahoma Joes. I had brisket and burnt ends with tangy slaw and killer potato salad. Then I ordered more burnt ends and ate every single one! Everything was melt-in-your-mouth tender, perfectly juicy, and full of world-class smoked flavor. The folks were friendly, the service attentive, and the prices fair. If you like BBQ, this place checks all the boxes for great food and great service. You will love it!

Visited this little restaurant for dinner last night. 2 meat 2 side combo. A bit pricey for the size of portion received. Brisket: had a good Smokey flavor but was dry. Pulled pork: very good, still moist, a lot of skin which I love. Mac n cheese: good flavor but soggy noodles Baked potato salad: oh so so good. The homemade sauce was great. Dry rub on ribs is Smokey and a bit spicy- fantastic. The staff was the real highlight everyone was super nice and accommodating. I'll give it another try.

Stopped by friday around 5:30 pm. Super friendly staff and the explained menu to me. The smoked sausage is off the chart. The baby back ribs have a dry rub and the meat falls off the bone. Pulled pork is tender and has great taste. The bbq beans are good and has lots of meat. I really like garlic and beans definitely had a good bit of garlic in them. Compared to other places food and service is top notch

Well, as you can see, I am giving Conifer a 5-star review. So, it obviously wasn't an issue. In fact, to the contrary: If we would've canceled our reservation, we would've missed out on a fantastic meal and an absolutely lovely experience! The atmosphere is open and modern, but it also manages to feel warm, cozy and subdued. The chairs at the tables are super comfortable, and it's easy to carry on a quiet conversation throughout the meal. The cocktail selection is high-end and fabulous. We sat at the bar to wait for our table to be ready, and that is a well-run show. We both loved our drinks. Our server was excellent: informed, accessible and spent just the right amount of time with us at every turn. We had the cheddar biscuits and this flavored butter situation, the likes of which I've never experienced (and believe me, I've had a lot of butter in my time!). My husband said a couple days later, that he's still convinced there was accidentally gluten in those biscuits. There was NOT -- he just can't account for why they were so good. We both got fantastic entrees, and here is my only critique of the evening. Our roasted/grilled meats were absolutely DELISH, and they both came with sauce and nuts. Way, way too many nuts! For budgetary purposes alone, I'd think the chef wouldn't want to serve that many pine nuts to someone (but the pine nut chili crisp was unique and amazing). I shoved about half the nuts to the side and still had plenty. My husband's dish had the same issue, but with almonds. We figured between our plates, we had about $20 worth of nuts alone, lol. For dessert, we got the ice creams, and holy goodness! They stopped us in our tracks, they were so good. Creamy as all get-out and lusciously flavored. So, if you have a gluten intolerance or allergy, go to Conifer. If you can eat anything in the world, also go to Conifer!

Great spot for tasty, interesting food that feels upscale but unstuffy. The parking situation is...not great. But that's true for every business in the area. I'd suggest Ubering or arriving early with time to find parking.

I wish I could enumerate the amazing dishes we tried but I didn't take notes. Everything we ate was delicious. Unfortunately, while the service and ambiance were very good, the food and portion sizes left us disappointed. There were four of us, and we each had an alcoholic drink, all of which were good. We started with two appetizers: the guacamole and the burrata. The guacamole was tasty, but the portion was surprisingly small. The burrata dish was very salty--not just from the prosciutto that was part of the dish, but overall. We were celebrating a couple of birthdays, and the restaurant kindly brought us two complimentary appetizers, charred carrots and a gem lettuce salad. We appreciated the gesture, and both were tasty. Unfortunately, the charred carrots were also quite salty. All four of our entrees tasted good, but the portion sizes ranged from small to extremely small. My blackened salmon was approximately 1¼ inches wide and 3 1/2 inches long. I initially thought part of my entree had been left off the plate but I eventually found the quinoa underneath the salmon--but there was literally less than a tablespoon of it. The other three entrees had somewhat better portions, but all three were also noticeably oversalted. My wife, who adds salt to just about everything, even commented that her dish was too salty, which says something. Our bill was approximately $300 for the four of us before tax and tip. At that price point, I expect significantly better execution, more reasonable portions, and better value. Overall, the service was good, the atmosphere was attractive, and we appreciated the complimentary birthday appetizers. Unfortunately, the food was simply too salty and the portions were far too small for the price. I had been looking forward to this restaurant, but based on this experience, I left mostly disappointed and would not recommend it.

Well the egg is fried which I was not expecting, due to the egg being fried it was over cooked, the deviled part was bland and the bacon was "hundred dollar bacon" at best. For our entree we got the bbq for two, the chicken tasted like they tried too hard to get the smoke flavor, the baked beans were just straight up bad - I don't think they used the right beans, the slaw was not slaw-ing, the pulled pork was ok if you changed your mindset to it being a roast, the ribs weren't memorable. Now this is coming from someone who grew up in Memphis and knows about good bbq so maybe I'm being too harsh and it's my fault that I order bbq from a non bbq restaurant, but imo if you're gonna serve it, do it right or take it off the menu.
