I am very happy with the work Yankee Custom did on installing a Curt hitch onto my Audi. On my last car I had a no name hitch installed by a U-Haul. The hitch was functional but started to rust good deal. This time I did a lot of research and liked the quality of the Curt hitch. In calling local Curt Dealers I was surprised at the wide range of estimates on how long the installation would take and prices quoted. Yankee Custom was very honest and told me it would be a fairly easy install. The price quoted for the work reflected this--- the job took about one hour. If I could give Zero stars that would be more accurate. I Bought a replacement cover for my truck. They had to order it and got the wrong one. Had to go back when they got the right one in. When they were putting it on I heard lots and lots of banging....I looked at what he was doing...He had a rubber mallet and screw drive and he was smashing the rails instead of taking the rails off like you suppose to do. The rails are all scratched, the cover is on cocked and one of the snaps is messed up.... NEVER AGAIN.... read more

I was going to make an appointment to have a $500 tonneau cover installed, waited 20 min to be waited on. The customer service rep who waited on me couldn't be anymore uninterested in selling me a cover, he was very dismissive. They lost a customer who would of spend more than $700 in truck accessories. I guest customer service is not that important. read more

Wow! If you've never been to this store I highly recommend it. I went there with my new truck(my first truck), I didn't no there were so many things I could do. When I walked in I was greeted with a happy face (these days that's not always given) I told them this was my first truck and I didn't no what's out there, but I new I wanted a cover. "John" had so much knowledge of his store and products. I was explained in detail about the options of covers , and I selected the Lorado ...its been great. John showed me my options of step .... gosh there are so many. After looking at them all I picked the stainless one because they have a longer life, they wont rust. I also new I wanted floor mats, weather tech... they are a perfect fit. The technician was super as well, he took the time with me to make sure I could open and close the cover with ease. These days its such a pleasant experience to find a location where I was treated with the most respect and given so much knowledge of all sorts of products and things about my truck in general. After going there I've decided to get a few other things as well and I will DEFINETLY be going back there to get those items in a few weeks. Price was great cant beat it any where. When I left there I felt like I've known them forever, I was told to call back with any question's I had and not to hesitate. If your going there as a first time truck owner or someone that's had trucks there entire life this is the place to go, I tell everyone about the impeccable service and how clean the installation was and this is the place to go. :) read more
