I have gone full circle with Kia of Danbury, but lately I am not feeling the love…read more I brought my 2019 Sorento in on May 22nd, 2026, because I was experiencing some loss of power during acceleration. I was told it would be best for me to leave it. I did not hear back from them all day, but I realized that might be a possibility. They held the car through the entire Memorial Day Weekend, which I still understood. On May 26th I called and I wasn't expecting it to be repaired, but at least I was hoping for a diagnosis after four days. I will not reveal the young lady's name who was asssigned to my case, but I will say she seemed indifferent. No calls from her... No updates... The only answer I kept getting from her was "It may be a transmission problem... We need to hear back from corporate." Finally on May 27th, I called and asked if they had heard back from corporate and the young lady answered "No." I asked to speak to a manager and she informed me she was in a meeting. Being frustrated from the lack of service and lack of response I informed the person I would be coming in to pick up the car. When I arrived, the young lady asked me if I wanted to speak with the manager. I told her I am no longer interested in dealing with Kia. She informed me that if I drive it past the 100K miles, it will not be fixed under the warranty. My response to her was, "It's not being fixed anyway!" I took the car to my local mechanic, and he made the repairs. It turned out the problem was not the transmission at all. I may be incorrect, but I believe Kia was ghosting me so I would become frustrated and not compel them to make the repairs under the warranty that I paid into for nearly five years! I only owe $3,000 more on this car, and I will soon be in the market for another, but with the frustration I have experienced, I will not likely buy another Kia again... People should be aware that their corporate headquarters only had 2.2 stars... That should be a red flag for anyone.

The dealership contines to lie on here. Which isn't surprising given they lied in person to us…read more After wasting a day with their games. We went to a reputable Kia dealership the next day and got essentially the same deal (including the trade-in). It took half the time and we were never accused of trying to "scam them." The sales manager at Danbury Kia should be fired.

When we saw online that they had a used Audi A3 diesel, my husband was excited because he's always liked those. We checked it out on a Sunday when the dealership was closed and could see it was very nice. Based on the Carfax report, it had also been well maintained. He contacted the dealer the next week and we made an appointment to test drive the car. Our sales rep was very nice and low pressure. We drove the car and liked it but had a set price in mind that they couldn't quite meet at the time, so we parted as friends and left it at that. A couple of days later, we got a call and they were able to get closer to our price and it seemed reasonable, so we went ahead and said "let's buy it". We were able to do most everything remotely, so we signed the purchase contract and sent the payment all via the internet. The only thing left to do was to pick up the car and sign the paperwork to get the registration/title paperwork done. It was fast and easy! I'm not sure how fast but I know that I didn't get to the train station in Brewster until 5:35 and then we drove to Danbury and signed the papers and were driving off in the car by 6:01, so that was pretty fast. Loved that there was no pressure for add-ons or being trapped in the room with some finance guy. Really a pleasant experience. The staff at the dealership was nice and they always have very interesting cars (I would have loved the BMW convertible but that was out of our price range!). We recommend Weeks Pre-Owned.

I highly recommend this dealership...especially if you get to work with Derick…read more Smith! He is a salesman who listens . We lost a very exact Q3 by waiting a few days to make a decision and Derick called to say he has the same car(but even better equipped) the next day! Most salesman don't care as much as Derick.
