I drove over 2 hours to see her because I was unhappy with previous microblading that I had done and knew that she could fix it. One of my eyebrows was too rounded and the other had my ideal shape. I explained my concerns to her and rather than trying to convince me that, "it looked fine," she spent extra time mapping my brows to give me a perfect shape. My appointment with Julie was almost a year ago and I am still very happy with my brows. I would highly recommend her to anyone, and will continue to drive to her for any touch ups that I may need in the future.

I found her on Yelp and saw 4-5 stars not realizing a majority was for microblading and not lashes. I called and she took me in an hour later at her home which seemed "normal" to me because of COVID-19. She did state she works from home and not her salon because of her fear for COVID-19 which I totally understood. The process took about an hour. When I saw it I was so happy because it looked very nice. I was looking at my lashes on my way home and touched them ever so lightly and that's when I felt this hardness all across my lids. When I got home I looked in the mirror and I saw so much glue. More than 50% of the lash extensions were glued crookedly over my lashes. The most I found was she glued 1 extension over 4 of my natural lashes. It's so disappointing because I entrusted her and it was only to ruin my natural lashes. The glue was so thick and just poorly placed. Come to think of it, I don't remember feeling or hearing her separate my natural lashes as I did when I would go to my usual lash lady.(my usual lash lady wasn't available).

Definitely worth the money! I heard from other services that their process usually requires a few days to heal. This one doesn't need that! She gave me the option of talking me through each step or just letting me relax. Since it was my very first facial, I asked her to explain what she was doing. I remember Christina explaining what she was doing. I think I remember her saying something about exfoliating and a few other things, but honestly, I can't remember the rest. I just remember all these relaxing things happening to my face, and I kept falling asleep, waking up, and falling asleep again. I think I woke up for the massage, and oh my goodness! Even if the facial hadn't included the massage, I was already completely relaxed. It was just that peaceful. It's been two weeks since my appointment, and I still catch myself stopping in front of the mirror to look at my skin. It's glowing, unbelievably soft, and still feels amazing. I keep catching myself touching my face because I can't believe how smooth it is. Then I have to remind myself to stop touching my face. Then, to top it all off, I got my brows done at the end. I did the brow sculpting for my first visiting and waxing ever since and they've never looked so good. They're located in the Newpark Mall in the Phenix Salon. If it's your first time there, the instructions they give are thorough and extremely accurate. There is a ton of parking and making an appointment is easy. Their office is super cute and Mireya is very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Not only that, but she was hygienic throughout the whole procedure. During the procedure, however, she started off by putting numbing cream on my eyelids for 20 minutes. Then drew the liners to make sure I liked the size and shape. During the process, she was super efficient and thorough. She made me feel comfortable and at ease with the level of care and attention she put into. Afterwards, she cleaned me up and used a special ointment on my eyelids. Although my eyelids were sore right after, as well as swollen the next morning, it wasn't too bad. This picture is of me the morning after the procedure.
