Not only that, but she was hygienic throughout the whole procedure. During the procedure, however, she started off by putting numbing cream on my eyelids for 20 minutes. Then drew the liners to make sure I liked the size and shape. During the process, she was super efficient and thorough. She made me feel comfortable and at ease with the level of care and attention she put into. Afterwards, she cleaned me up and used a special ointment on my eyelids. Although my eyelids were sore right after, as well as swollen the next morning, it wasn't too bad. This picture is of me the morning after the procedure. It may be expensive, but it's well worth it. 10/10, would recommend.

When she went through the process, she shared with me what she looks for to see what my colors are, what jewelry color I should go for, hair color, patterns, and neckline (for clothes). Once I secured an appointment date with her she sends out a consent form that you have to fill in before going to your appointment and pre-appointment instructions. It's imperative that you follow these - i.e no caffeine on day of appt or no alcohol 24 hrs before etc. I decided to do the ombre powder brow. During my appointment, Holie really took the time (this was actually where most of my 3 hrs appt was spent) doing her mapping technique and hand-drawn lines using this string apparatus for accuracy. She was so detail oriented and really took every opportunity to quadruple check how it looks. Most importantly, she will get my feedback on how I feel about it. She explains how the initial color will be dark and will constantly say not to freak out. After we both felt comfortable on the shape, she gets to work. She explains every process on my eyebrow progress, that she's doing the shaving, or now she's doing the outline, whether she will apply numbing cream, and now she's doing the shading or what the possible sting level might be. Very thorough and so easy to talk to, Holie made the experience bearable and enjoyable and I left with a very defined brow and super excited that I won't have to draw my brows every damn morning! On the morning of my appointment 10 minutes before I was going to leave, Victoria Garcia the owner texted me that she was with her daughter all night in emergency and that she felt bad possibly pushing my appointment out later that day. I replied back IMMEDIATELY but no response. Regardless if the situation was true or not, the least she could do was PROMPTLY tell me when that would be or if she could even keep the appointment. A couple hours go by and I call and leave a message for an update on a new time. NO CALL BACK/REPLY even after the initial texts at 9:30am and after texting her back that I'm cancelling my appointment and to have my $100 deposit refunded later that afternoon and into the next day. This doesn't even factor in the extra work (inconvenience) I had to do days leading up to the appointment to prepare my lips!! Also beware of this business because you do not get a live person on the number you call. You get an automated answering service and Victoria will respond when it suits her. So easy for someone to hide behind this to avoid any heat. And do not send her any payment via zelle/paypal/venmo as a deposit as you will have a hard time getting money refunded. Luckily I used my credit card and will pursue other ways to get my $100 refunded if I do not receive it from the business.
