The installation went smoothly, and the team (David, Nathan and John) took their time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions. During the consultation, as Sriram (2021) observed, Rob "took notes of the locations where I wanted the drops, estimated the length of each run from the networking rack, and how the drops would be wired, carefully noting the number of cuts needed." Indeed, watching Rob in action is impressive--you can see him map, anticipate, and solve problems, as if he can "see" behind the drywall, identifying the cleanest and most efficient pathways.
