    Sampler!
    David W.

This was a great find in the Nashville Airport, and one I hope to continue to frequent as my travels take me there. They have a very simple concept: 8-10 beers on tap, all Yazoo (local Nashville). They have evergreen styles plus a seasonal or two. Including lighter options, which today seems to be limited as brewers angle for heavier and hoppier brews. I went for the sampler, which was an amazing deal. It included six 5 oz. samples (do the math on how much actual beer that is) for $13.50 (as of August 2018). It's basically easier to tell the server which beers you DON'T want in the sample. As it happened, the server accidentally poured the wrong one (he noted this, I didn't point it out) and went ahead and just gave me the seventh. So for $13.50, I pretty much had all the beer I wanted for my layover. They also sell $8 and $10 larger pours sizes. The location is very convenient to the gates at the end of the C terminal (and you can take your beer throughout the airport). Note that this moved from near the food court to a new location (some of the photos show the old location). You can't miss it against a back wall, big sign. It's just a "U" bar with taps, nothing fancy. My favorite beer was the Sue, a smokey malt beverage, very thick. Best served near room temperature and last as a dessert. I would have trouble finishing more than about 8 oz. of that one. Next was probably the Pale Ale, then the Gerst Amber. My least favorite was the summer seasonal Gose (which was the one I didn't order that he accidentally poured). Everyone has their own palates, hence the sampler is the way to go. If you're in Nashville airport with time to kill, I recommend making the walk to the end of the "C" terminal, it's worth it!

Hell, yes. There is a beer cart that serves local microbrewery beers in the airport. And local law means that you can have your beer to go and enjoy elsewhere in the terminal while you wait for your flight. It's located in the center of the C concourse with the AA and Southwest flights. A little spendy at $10 for a pint. But it's good beer that is way better than the usual macro brews. No, you can't bring it on the plane.

A flight before our flight. $17 well spent.

What a great addition to the Southwest Terminal at the Nashville airport! This place makes me want to get to the airport super early EVERY time from now on! We got the sampler flight before our flight home. Great beer. Super nice bartender. Decent prices.

Get the Hop Project IPA! Sure, it's gonna cost ya an arm and a leg but it's totally worth it. I was pleasantly surprised to find this cart of local craft beer on the way to my gate. If you ask me I believe it was kismet...love at first sight some may say.

Sushi from Hissho and beer from Yazoo. And a good book. I'm good here.

Like local beers? Like drinking local beers in an airport? Like walking around an airport with a beer? Then the Yazoo Beer Cart is for you. (BNA also has a wine bar where you can get wine to go.) Yazoo isn't my favorite of the local breweries, but it is nice to enjoy a beer at the airport if you arrive early for your flight!

Hillory is amazing at selling beer. As a Portland beer snob, I'm shocked to have a great beer experience out of my bubble. Enter Hillory. She's awesome and makes great beer better. Not only can she tell you everything you might ever want to know, she's also great to hang out with while you're passing thru. Cheers!

    Yazoo's Dos Perros Draft Beer
    Michael G.

Yazoo's has a nice craft beer collection - the Dos Perros is very good as well as their lager. If you are down near gate C22 for a while like I was, it's a good resting spot and the bartender is friendly.

Basically a Yazoo beer cart in the middle of the food court, gate C, at the Nashville airport. I ordered the Hop Project snd paid $9.82 before gratuity for a 16 oz draft in a plastic cup. Yazoo beer is not particularly good; every type I ever had, had a carbonated taste. But I did get a good table in the food court to work on my laptop during the flight delay!

Apparently they close between 6:30 and 6:40 on Saturdays. Refused to serve or even talk to me other than "no". Don't bother.

This British pub gives you a nice break from the traditional Nashville chicken that permeates most of the menus in the city. Our larger party was seated in a private room, and our waitress was very attentive and friendly. We started with the Belhaven Beer Cheese and Fried Pickles. Being from Wisconsin, I'm used to beer cheese dip being served in the middle of a giant salted pretzel. Here, there were soft pretzel pieces and fresh veggies. Amazing. Healthy and indulgent! The pickles were hot and crunchy on the outside, and perfectly tender on the inside. The creamy dill sauce was the perfect accompaniment, and a nice change from the usual ranch. As a main meal, my husband had the Sausage Roll and I had the Nashville Hot Chicken Sliders (my first hot chicken experience in Nashville). The Sausage Roll was a nice take on the classic roll (which we've had in the UK), made of ground sausage instead of a full sausage link. It also came with two dipping sauces, since that's a classic American thing. The sliders were perfectly sized, and I liked that the honey was served on the side, so I could decide how much I wanted on each bite. Seating is available inside and out, so you can decide which way to enjoy your meal on a warm Tennessee day.

My hubby and friends have come to have a quick drink and bite and it's just always good vibes. Sometimes it's INSANE and LOUD and BUMPIN because of a game or match, and other times it's more chill and you can watch whatever is on the screen/tv and just chill. Either way, it's a lot of fun. The food is solid pub food -- we've enjoyed everything we've tried here and really don't have any complaints. I don't find a Scotch Egg many places, so I usually order when I see on the menu. Love it. Service is good, but also really depends on what is going on -- we haven't had to wait long nor have we had any issues with putting in orders or refills, but just manage expectations depending on why and when you are here.

My husband said it was just ok, so he ordered an old fashioned as well and he loved it. The drinks are nice and strong and tasty. We didn't get an appetizer because i wanted to have dessert instead, so for our entrees we got the fish and chips with regular steak fries, and the classic Reuben with sweet potato fries. We split both and they were both delicious! We really enjoyed our food. For dessert we got the Baileys Irish Cream cheesecake and that was incredibly tasty. We went at lunchtime on a Saturday, so there was no band playing Irish music but it really had a nice Irish ambiance in the restaurant. We will definitely be back to try more items.

I'm looking for something different, something more contemporary, live jazz and a speakeasy feel. Skull's Rainbow Room delivered. Walking up to Printer's Alley, it's already giving off speakeasy vibes. I did my classic move, Get to the restaurant early and tell the waitress I'm so hungry and promise I won't be here all night.
