The food here is like nothing I've ever had. The presentation, a 10. The taste, an 11. I can't pick a favorite as I've loved every item I've had off the menu. I always order the donut holes to start because how could you not. They are always warm and fresh, finished with creme anglaise and whipped cream on top. I've loved every variety I've tried! During this last visit I ordered the Fig and vanilla donut holes (amazing!), the Maple Sriracha candied bacon (always so delicious!) and the Sultan. The Sultan has a base of sweet and red bliss potatoes with poached eggs on top, some candied bacon (if you choose), crispy leeks, and braised short rib. This dish...I can't even explain how good it is. The short rib melts in your mouth and the flavor explosion of the eggs, bacon, short rib, Hollandaise...wow! An extremely friendly waitstaff that seemed genuinely happy to be there, great decor, very clean and absolutely delicious food. It is a great place for vegetarians and they happily accomodated a special that made the most delicious fig/pesto sourdough grilledcheese. Came in on a Sunday and called ahead to see how long the wait was. They said about 30min and we have been waiting more than an hour. This is unacceptable. I do not care how good the food is, they have absolutely no consideration for their costumers and did not even offer us tea or coffee while we waited. My partner and I are from NYC. We stayed in the local area of Weymouth and thought we couldn't probably find a spot that would hit close to home. However we were absolutely wrong! Yaz's table had amazing dishes to offer for breakfast. I had the Steak Egg Benedict, it was cooked and seasoned right. We also had a drink (can't remember the name) but it was recommended by the waiter, who was super sweet. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star review is because of the long wait. What an amazing experience. First I would like to point out they are very busy because it's amazing. But you could end up having to wait over an hour for a table because they are a first come first server establishment. So I would suggest going early. The host was very friendly and set our reservation, we waiting outside till a table because available. On average I would say 40min wait if you do not go early. They fill up Fast stay busy and people do not want to leave. Now for the details. First it's a one room environment that has a unique style of Egyptian, and there is an open view to the kitchen with tables along side of it. I was sitting right next the the kitchen and got a full view of the room. Our server G was incredibly kind and friendly. I love that right away she got us water and let us settle in. Then went over the menu plus the new beverages hot and cold. Also there are cool cocktails, but I went for her recommendation on the pistachio latte non-spiked. It was amazing, loved it so much took one to go! Also she had us look at the special board and we had the french toast special another recommendation on point. Me and my mom both got something savory and split it all. Everyone had a friendly attitude and we had multiple people check on us making sure we had a good time. The baristas are amazingly talented, the chefs food is flavorful and delicious, and I love that the owner was in the building working with her staff and managing the establishment as a true professional. Got a late brunch today with my mum. We were quoted an hour wait but only had to wait 30 minutes. Our cocktails were delicious as were our meals. I had the lobster omelette special and they were able to make accommodations for my food intolerances. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. There is one restroom which I was pleased to see had a changing table. For a smaller restaurant, they did a good job of accommodating larger parties. The South Shore needs more farm to table restaurants like this. read more

YES YES YES to Yaz's Table. My taste buds were extremely happy. The sriracha bacon is thick and over an inch wide and soooo good. Amazing attention to detail. I just left Yaz's table and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From start to finish, it was a true pleasure. The server introduced a couple specials that I immediately had to try. Wow. Just wow. I have been here three times now. The first two were so impressive that we decided to drive here from our home in Boston for my sister's birthday brunch. It did not disappoint. It actually exceeded our expectations. Our server was enthusiastic and although I typically don't like hearing specials she told us about an amazing sounding cinnamon roll pancake which we had to order (my rationale was her it was my sister's birthday cake). She got the avocado Benedict with a side of hash and I got one of the breakfast bowls. The veggies are amazingly fresh. The potatoes are a perfect mix of sweet potatoes and other (white/red it seemed) potatoes with great flavoring. The eggs were cooked nicely. But that pancake. Oh mylanta. It was perfectly sweet but not too much so. It had these little ridges in it that made it be a perfect little dessert. The cinnamon whipped butter with it was a nice addition too. It took a bit to get our check (we were in the corner and they seemed to have forgotten about us), but we got our food so we were happy! 10/10 would recommend and go again. read more

Not my first visit but, Yaz's table has quickly become my, and my picky husband's favorite brunch spot- and we don't even mind coming all the way from North of Boston to get breakfast/brunch here! Now to the food: perfect taste (best falafel ever (done with the Egyptian recipe), best egg benedicts (we started with a duo and trio then ordered an additional duo -- that's how good it was), and they also adjust your order based on any dietary restrictions just to ensure you have the best experience. Best red velvet donut holes (sweetness is not overpowering- just perfect). Very caring and courteous staff and a cozy space. My first time at Yaz's & it was even better than I imagined. We waited about an hour for a table because it was so busy, but it's worth the wait! The hostess, the servers, the staff were all very hospitable & friendly. From the second we sat down we were taken care of. The iced caramel macchiato my friend got was awesome. She even ordered a second one. I had the Irish coffee with whiskey (St. Paddy's weekend lol) and it went down smooth. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. We even brought home leftovers because we ordered enough for five people haha. We wanted a little bit of everything. The peanut butter chocolate donut holes, 3 mini pancake "tacos" with Nutella, fruit, & cinnamon whipped cream. Banana foster French Toast with Nutella & caramel drizzle syrup. Food is excellent. Drinks are excellent. And so well displayed. Our waitress was an angel and the chef made my friend and I a rose inspired latte! Heaven! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the noise level. It was a Tuesday brunch and even though there were quite a few ladies there, I had to shout at my friend to hear her. Favorite brunch spot in the area. To be honest I rank it as #2 behind Crepe Berry in Newton. The wait time I feel is over exaggerated. I was afraid of going after some of the reviews of waiting for hours. We've been 4 times now and are always told 3050 minutes. This is at peak time on Saturday and Sunday morning. We have never waiting more than 25 minutes to get our text. In fact, I felt bad for an older pair of women storming out yelling back to the waiting line that " Don't bother waiting, 40 minutes for a seat!" We were next to put our names in and we waited 15 minutes tops. The Golden Milk with Expresso- I get it every single time. It's amazing. I'm not incredibly adventurous with my food and drink so I thought turmeric was going to be strange and it's become my #1 item there. The Seasonal Toast with poached pears, Gorgonzola, sumac almonds is a perfect combination of flavors. The cheese makes it sound strange but the saltiness of it pears well with the sweetness. The donut holes are a pass item for me after a go of them, as is the sriracha bacon. They are novelty and can be fun the 1st go around but they aren't mainstays in my dining here. I have gotten the lobster Benedict and one of the menu Benedict's with Egyptian meats. Can't remember the name. Both have been great. Tasty and incredibly filling! I wish I could say the food was great but we couldn't get a table to save our lives. :( For two people we waited about 40 minutes and gave up, while there were plenty of party of 2s after us, a family of 5 that came about 20 minutes after us were served before us and all the other parties of 2 and 3. Well, we left, not knowing how much longer it would take for the 1 party ahead of us, let alone the wait to get food.
