Very disappointed in service. I got a Russian Pedicure with gel for $95. Unfortunately, the nail polish chipped on the big toe after eight days. I went to show them, but they could not fix it right away and asked me to wait one hour just to fix one nail polish on ONE toe. It's not worth it to pay $95 for pedicure that chips. I really think they could've accommodated me faster. At least or the very least they could've done is credit me for next time. read more

I am disappointed that I have to update my review. I've been a regular customer at this salon, which is why this experience was disappointing. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time they've had issues with scheduling. I had an appointment booked for Saturday and I planned my entire day around it so I could be done in time for another commitment. About an hour before, I received a text asking if I could come 35 minutes later. That didn't work for me, so I called right away and they ended up confirming that I could still come at my original time. Then, while I was already driving, I received another call saying they could actually no longer honor my appointment due to earlier delays by two customers who were late. This was extremely frustrating--not only did they go back on what they had just confirmed, but it shows a complete lack of respect for customers' time. Other clients being late should not impact my appointment like that. Like I mentioned, this is not the first time they've reschedule me. It's becoming a pattern, and it makes their scheduling feel unreliable. I've been loyal to this salon, the work they do is great, but repeated scheduling issues, poor communication, and lack of consideration for clients' time makes it difficult. At the end of the day, what's the point of scheduling appointments if they're not going to be respected? read more

Came here a few times and loved how great of a job they did until one day the tech rushed through my appointment and didn't do a good job now if this was any other regular salon I probably wouldn't have cared but your paying 200+ for nail services here and after reaching out to the salon they offered a low ball discount I was pretty upset but still chose to go back and ofcourse that "discount" was never valued and my nails looked like crap again so I never went back. I guess it just depends on who you see or if they are in a rush which shouldn't be the clients fault . read more

I saw this place advertised on instagram so I had to try it out side I have been looking for a Russian Pedicure. I booked online and made my way. I was the last appointment for the day and the staff was cleaning up. Selected my color and then the magic happened. I was long overdue for a pedi so I was embarrassed to see how long my nails had gotten. The tech clipped them down and proceeded to do what needed to be done. It's a dry pedi and was a little uncomfortable when she was pushing my cuticles back but, the finished product is what I wanted. Service was great (they offered me water,juice,wine) and the convo was cool. This is a new place downtown so I would come here again. They've only been open for a month. Yb professional was great! I came in for a Gelx removal with damaged nails. They were able to remove the Gelx gently and took great care to keep my nails from further damage. We decided that for now it was best to repair my nails to a nice fresh, clean look with the Russian manicure. I was also referred to the right nail bed repair medication to use at home in between manicures so that I could get my regular sets again. This is my new regular spot for sure! read more
