Offer to ship, then switch to a high estimate. Unethical. I cannot purchase from the auction house that recommends these people, an auction house that will not accept responsibility for insuring a rolled up painting. Bradford's is losing my business. I know that means little to them, but in my experience, those who ignore such problems are ignoring others who have these issues. Very frustrating.
