Heard about this small business located on Main street in Ferndale a while back and we finally got to try them out/purchased the Chef's Choice Charcuterie Board to bring with us to thanksgiving (we were guests at someone else's house this year). It was ready for quick and easy pick up on time! Got a parking spot right in front. Board was a big hit and we are planning on purchasing MORE boards for Christmas (which we will be hosting). Can't wait to branch out and try more items off the menu. Everything was super fresh and was so artistically arranged it was hard to break into it but we of course got over that haha! The cheeses, meats, fruits, nuts...everything more delicious with each bite! So beautiful and even garnished with fresh flowers! This review is from my experience at a special event at Yeah Baby Boards, an evening class about how to create a charcuterie cup. Yeah Baby Boards is a surprise in downtown Ferndale, a fun place to learn about charcuterie as well as a place to buy premade boards and sandwiches. We had a great time learning to make a charcuterie cup, owner Crystal was kind, patient, and made assembling the piece fun. These boards are amazing, they're packed with healthy and mostly local ingredients. Crystal has a style that ensures everyone who receives a board is impressed with the aesthetics as well as the assortment of veggies, fruits, and Italian meats. I will definitely return o Yeah Baby Boards, I think their charcuterie boards will make great gifts that will amaze the recipients. And Yeah Baby is a great place to get together for an activity doing something fun. read more

What a lovely business with great food and people who.is also supporting other local businesses. There is an excellent selection of delicious Italian meats, plump sweet berries, fresh veggies, amazing cheese and the list goes on. I love that there is thought put into selection of the products used for the boards, getting the best of local paired with the best of other places. It may be hard to find parking close by but it is well worth it. read more

This is a super cute store in Ferndale. It's tiny but packs a huge punch. The owner is awesome and the food and SALAd!! OMG so dang good!! I got the berry salad and the kids sandwiches and the hubby a board. I would totally eat here daily. I loved her salad I have no idea why it was so good but it was AMAZING Again! What a gem! We were enjoying a lovely seaside stay in nearby Blaine/Birch Bay when I stumbled across this shop on Yelp and immediately conjured the perfect afternoon sitting out on the deck, sipping a local wine and enjoying charcuterie. I called and they were happy to prepare a picnic charcuterie with a day's notice, ready for pick up around lunchtime the following day. It was everything we wanted and more! Yeah Baby's storefront was super easy to find in Ferndale (which is lovely and you should totally visit, especially Edaleen Dairy & Creamery), with easy street parking for a quick pick-up. Our order was ready and waiting at the appointed time, and off we went for our beach house picnic. The box is deceptive - it's so small, but once we started unpacking it never seemed to stop. Adorned with fresh flowers, nuts, fresh & juicy fruits, the presentation was almost too gorgeous to eat... almost. The cheeses were a great cross-section of everyone's faves: an aged, ever-so-slightly crumbly cheddar, a semi-soft gouda that was very mild and approachable, and an herby, savory flavored havarti. The charcuterie was equally as delicious - a slightly spicy salami, an olive loaf and a prosciutto, that all accompanied the dijon mustard especially well, and don't even get us started on the pepper jelly! We fought over the last tiny bit. Add some beautiful kiwis, plump blueberries, crisp crackers and a side of the tiniest macarons you've ever seen, and this is a beautifully presented picnic charcuterie. Cheers! read more

I stopped in for lunch today with some clients. Had a great experience! I had the best grilled-cheese sandwich ever... perfectly cooked and an interesting pepper included. My client had a personalized charcuterie board, with just the cheeses, meats, and nuts that he liked. His bride had the brie+apple panini and loved it. Friendly staff. Clean restrooms. My husband I were on a bike ride loop from Bellingham to Ferndale and back and we found this adorable cheese restaurant and it had the perfect to go lunch with fresh fruit berries blueberries blackberries strawberries dried apricots cheeses meats crackers nuts pecans almonds it was so good!!!! We enjoyed it at fragrance Gardens in Hovander park it's a definitely a must stop if you're on a bike ride in Ferndale! read more

I was so excited to have this option in town. The grand opening was fun to attend and see the huge charcuterie board. I have purchased numerous times and have finally decided on three stars. While the idea is nice, the quality isn't the best. I can tell the meats and cheeses used are on the lower quality side. The packs of crackers included are consistently stale. It could be because they are refrigerated with the charcuterie boxes. Crackers don't keep well refrigerated. The space is also super small and awkward. read more
