I was trying ti use an old bill to get tokens and she came helped me without even being asked: she then offered to get me cups to split the tokens for the kids. Later the kids had trouble with one of the games and she helped fix it for them, and lastly , she was so pleasant and patient when they went to trade the tickets for prizes. I couldn't thank her enough. Noting there were a lot of other employees but Lisa was everywhere and offering to help out.

Plus there is not enough places to sit while your kids enjoy themselves. The tables that are empty have reserved signs all over them when I'm not sure what they are reserved for as I didn't see anyone actually sit at one. Also the tables are filthy! I finally got tired of walking around looking for a seat and just sat down and about 5 minutes later I was asked if I was a part of a party and that if not I would need to move. I asked where I was supposed to sit and she told me it was first come first serve...ok then we're NOT off to a great first impression at all! So it's $22 for an all day jump. Meaning you get wristbands and can jump all day but you cannot leave and come back. Plus there is a $4 fee for socks that you HAVE to have to participate. There does seem to be lots of activities for the kids to get into. Also the wristbands are supposed to prevent anyone from being able to just walk out with your kids but I didn't scan anything and just walked right on out the door. Went into the women's restroom and was pleasantly surprised to see how clean it was but then I noticed there was no toilet paper or paper towels. There were however seat covers, but when I went to wash my hands the full soap dispenser would not dispense any soap. There doesn't seem to be a kitchen there but it says one is coming soon. You can order pizza, chicken or wedges that are delivered from a Round Table Pizza close by and it was actually pretty good. Overall this place is cool. There are a lot of kids just ripping and roaring all over so it's kind of a day care for tired parents, IF you can find a place to sit.

My children range from 2 to 13 years old, and every one of them had an amazing time. A special thank you to Joshua, who was walking around throughout the facility checking in with families and making sure everyone was doing okay. That level of customer service was really appreciated. He was professional, well-spoken, caring, and attentive. Employees like him truly make a difference in the experience. Thank you, Joshua, for helping make our visit such a positive one!

The facilities were very clean from top to bottom. The bathrooms were so clean. You didn't have to put back on your shoes to go use them. They literally kept those restroom spotless to go along with the rest of the facility. It was very well kept for a children's play area. From the time you walked in, you knew you were gonna have fun. They had an area just for kids under the age of three and then they had the bigger areas for kids. A little bit older very great place a lot of different activities to do multiple levels of fun things from slides to soccer fields to giant Legos go karts and much much more to just climb on and walk across. I even got to have a little fun. Highly recommend this place very nice place

We received mixed information about the room's difficulty the one who signed us up said it was one of the easiest, while another said it was one of the hardest when we were leaving. Since we were with younger children we wanted the easier room which did not happen. The room, lobby and overall appearance itself felt outdated compared to other escape rooms I've visited. The visuals could use a refresh, and some of the tools and mechanisms seemed like they need repair or replacement, which affected the experience. I really wanted to give a higher rating because the staff was kind, and I think this place has potential. With some updates, better maintenance, and more consistent guidance, I think it could be a much better experience.

It is one of my 3 year olds favorite places in town. We went Saturday morning and spring mid morning is the perfect weather for calm. We pack lunch for the trip or long drive home. And Take our time walking around doing all the areas and then concluding with the train. Calm's got small town charm with a little extra and is a regular joy for our little family. The entrance led through a gift shop that doubled as the admission counter. Most of the merchandise wasn't themed, with just a few flimsy labeled magnets available. The zoo itself was dusty and had lots of feathers, bird droppings, and spider webs throughout. Staff were few and far between, but the ones we encountered were friendly. Unfortunately, several animals had been removed from their enclosures due to illness or ongoing construction. Still, the animals that were there were surprisingly lively. The reptile exhibit was on the smaller side, but the creatures were active. The turtle area was my favorite as they were some of the most energetic turtles I've ever seen. Coming right at opening gave me a chance to watch them eat. The birds were also impressive, some of the largest I've seen in California. It was entertaining to watch them squawk and fly around their large cages. Near the exit, there was an air-conditioned aquatic exhibit that was easy to miss. The staff member at the touch tank was very knowledgeable and eager to share fun facts and the history of the animals. Sadly, their seahorses had passed away, and they're currently waiting on donations to replace them. I spent about 45 minutes walking through the zoo twice. There wasn't a café or kid-friendly attractions, so I'd recommend eating beforehand or bringing your own snacks. The zoo would definitely benefit from a deep cleaning. For $12, it was a fair experience, though it doesn't really compare to larger zoos like the one in Fresno.

It was only a moderately hot day by Bakersfield standards, 85 according to weatherbug, but still a little hot to be eating outdoors in the sun. Luckily for me, this park has abundance of picnic tables with large shady trees close at hand. I was not the only one enjoying a picnic in the park that day, but the picnic tables (there had to be at least 20 of them) were arranged far enough apart that we all had at least a modicum of privacy. There were also a number of charcoal grilling stations sprinkled throughout the picnic areas - at least 10 of them, and I could smell hamburgers and hot dogs roasting on them. There was a large grassy area where a couple was exercising their large dogs. Yes, they were off the leash but they were having a great time bounding about and didn't bother any of the picnickers. There was a large area with playground equipment for both small and large children which I believe had sand beneath it to guard against injuries from falls. There were also basketball courts and a public restroom. There were a number of families with children out enjoying the relatively moderate weather. There was a covered area with picnic tables and people had set up a number of tent/gazebo like structures to give them shade. It was a surprisingly impromptu and lovely outing in the park. I can't believe I've never stopped here before, but I'm sure I'll be back!
