This was the first summer we used Del Mar Vacations, and it was great. We were located in Wellfleet…read moreon the pier, directly across Mayo Beach, to be specific. There are several locations to choose from and different layouts in each house. The one we stayed in was pretty small and cramped, with an attached living room and kitchen, a bathroom, a master bedroom, and a bunk bed in another room. The bedding was no issue for us, as it was comfy. The room was clean, and the air conditioning flowed smoothly and was well organized. A lock is on top of the door for the bathroom, which is a hook. Outside is a table and even a walkway to view the complex. There is plenty to do, with the bay directly across and Wellfleet Center not far away. Our only minor complaint is the parking, which is very cramped and close to the road. Widening it would be an improvement. Regarding the price and stay, we are willing to use Del Mar Vacations in the future.

Oceanfront with private beaches. Next, the houses range from modest cottages that sleep 4, to huge homes. Something in everyone's price range. The houses are clean and well-stocked with all the necessities. You can bring your own linens or you can rent anything you can't (or don't want to) bring. And finally, the fun as well as the peace and quiet! Beach Realty enforces the occupancy limit so if you are looking to rent a party house and cram a lot of people into it, this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for a house, large or small, to share with family and friends, it's a perfect area. Lots to do including kayaking, swimming, boating, shopping, or just hanging out on your very private beachfront. Love them!

Our home would be rented almost entirely by January, with high quality, well-vetted renters filling our home weekly for the entire summer. Their fee is relatively high but fair, considering they do all of the work and we never needed to interface in any way with our renters. They also were helpful with recommending local services as needed and made great suggestions to improve the overall desirability of our home for rental. I'd recommend going through Beach Realty for all rental needs. They are true professionals with a real pulse on the East Sandwich/upper Cape housing and rental market.

They use Vrbo, Airbnb, and their own website. I was pleasantly surprised at how many guests rented my house all summer. It was booked almost every single day! Last summer I had used a different company that was nationwide and it was very stressful. There were so many people to contact for every different issue, which lead to constant miscommunication. With Sand Dollar Realty, I have never had to worry about that because they are a local, family owned business. Whenever an issue would come about, they took care of it immediately. During the winter, I had some issues with water damage and Paula came to my house to meet with me, the tenant and the maintenance worker. We came up with an agreement that worked out for all of us. When we didn't know where to park, they responded to my text in minutes giving me follow up information and gave me some great tips on where to eat in the area and what to do for some summer fun. So disappointing, as we brought in dear friends from California and No. Carolina - I'll remember this birthday celebration as a beautiful view and very disappointing stay.
