Very cozy and right on Buttermilk Bay. Not a snazzy resort but not one of those crappy motels you see up and down 28 on the Cape either. More of a B&B atmosphere. If you are seeing the canal, Onset or the Maritime Academy this is a nice spot to stay. Rent kayaks to tour the bay and Onset and as an added bonus, the Beachmoor is 1/2 a mile away and Capt. Als Tiki Bar is next door!

Our bus was supposed to get to Bourne at 12:15 and my bus was supposed to leave at 1:00. We didn't get there until 12:50 and for some reason the bus from Bourne to Hyannis was at a station 15 minutes away. So anticipating this problem I called the customer service line and they said I should be able to exchange it. I get there and the guy says we have to pay 15 dollars total for the ticket + but completely new tickets even though I already payed for 2 tickets to hyannisburg. Also no refunds. Sooo it took me having a mini melt down to get them down to an extra 39 on top of the 24 I already payed. Also the guy in the Bourne station was incredibly rude from start to finish. Peter Pan needs more flexible exchange/refund policies and shouldn't charge extra if the ticket you pay for is in the same town as what you claim is a "different line". Give. Me. A. Break.

It was a comfortable king mattress, however, get a running start so you can jump up to get in. I am 5'7.5" and truly mattress height goes up to my hip. Sheets come off because the pocket isn't deep enough to tuck all the way in. Main bath shower doesn't work. The lower floor shower works, unless you are taller than 5'8". And the door won't close all the way. The game room was fun, again the view fantastic. The game room chairs are raggedy though and the sofa was ripped at seat back. Again, doesn't have to be fancy, CLEAN though would be a good thing.

The house was very nice and clean. The only real problem there, was no internet or cable. So if you want to stream, you better make sure you have either a roku or google chrome cast with you. Since none of the TV are smart tv's! Also the internet is a little buffering problem. If you wpn't have cable then at least for the amount you pay, have a smart tv. Or just have cable based on what they want to rent the place!

There's a lot of interesting and good information, and I liked the people. But.... The first half of the tour is in an old mini bus. The bus has tiny windows, like 4" square, and no air circulation. No fans. No air conditioning. Today was nearly 90 out by 10 am, when our tour started, and temperatures inside the bus got so hot that stepping out felt cool! You don't travel far, and then they stop for 10 minutes to talk about what's out the window. It's brutal. Ironically, the travel distances are so slim most people could walk it. But, just sitting on the bus in the heat? Yuck. The second half is in an old shed where you learn about harvesting. Again, it could be interesting, but it's a good 10° hotter, even with the fans going, and it makes it hard to focus. Or even listen. Better weather would have helped. But, we had an old lady in our tour group nearly pass out, and the guide indicated that that was not uncommon. Heck, complimentary water would be nice. Waters are a dollar. The tour is fifteen. It's all cash only.

I called Boston Executive Limo Services and they were able to accommodate my less than 48 hour request. Everything worked as it was supposed to: I got follow up email confirmation, had a text from my driver when I landed and he was right there with the car when I arrived, even with my flight being 20mins early. She was incredibly knowledgeable, full of energy, and genuinely passionate about whales and nature. You could tell this is more than just a job for her. She even had a whale tattoo on her leg, which made her love for these incredible animals even more authentic. We learned so much from her, and it was refreshing to have a guide so excited to share her knowledge. She kept pointing out the whales as they surfaced, and her timing was perfect, just when you thought the action had moved on, she would spot another humpback breaching or lifting its tail before diving back down. If you can, try to get on one of Sophie's tours. I've been on whale watching tours before, but I have never seen anything like this. Our four kids were beyond excited as we saw what felt like 40 to 60 humpback whales. The boat ride itself was fantastic, with the salty spray in the air and everyone crowding the rails every time a whale came up close. It was one of the most incredible wildlife experiences we have ever had. At first, I thought the tour was a little pricey, but as my son said, "Dad, this was worth every dollar. You should have paid more." He was right. We happily tipped Sophie and the crew on our way out because they absolutely earned it. If you are visiting Provincetown, do not miss this experience. It was one of the highlights of our trip, and I would recommend it to anyone.
