This is the third time ordering from them. The employees answer the phone they can't get the orders right and they are extremely unknowledgeable of the products and prices. Furthermore, one of the cheesesteaks I had ordered with no cheese because my girlfriend is allergic to cheese which was the cheese steaks sub with no cheese. They added the cheese anyway (my g.f. had to take Benadryl for the allergic reaction) and on top of it charged us for lettuce and tomato. I asked that the three orders be separated and the man who broke all three orders down told me it was $10.85 for each cheese steak and never mentioned any additional charges. I was overcharged for three cheesesteaks and three milkshakes. When my girlfriend arrived there to pick up our food order the man behind the counter told his employee who took the orders to add something for delivery. ??? And why were we charged delivery when my girlfriend picked it up. For those ordering from this establishment just be very careful when ordering and if you are allergic or cannot have something make sure you stress it and check your order before you leave the store if it's a pickup and for delivery check your receipt. These cheesesteaks are A-OK. I was in Mt. Laurel for business, and didn't have the heart to drive into Philly for a "legitimate" cheesesteak, so I stopped here instead and got a cheesesteak to go. Sorry but I think the Submarine is sinking. This was our 2nd stop of the day with Donkey's being the 1st stop, so that might have been a mistake. So this place is really more of a take out place, but they could at least have the heat on in the place. Came in here Saturday night as we were hungry driving back to D.C from New York. We looked up places that had good reviews and this was one of them. Sadly it was NOT what we expected. First off the girl who was working was extremely rude. I don't even know why she has a customer service job. My boyfriend asked for a restroom she said "we don't have one" so I said that's weird. She then looked at me and rolled her eyes. SOO professional. Only reason I didn't walk out then was because we were all hungry. My friend who was with us asked her for a cup of water. She said "we don't have cups" they didn't even have any water to sell. So we bought a 2 liter soda. THATS when we were given cups. Thought they didn't have any? Our food came out, I ordered a chicken buffalo cheese sandwich. Came out dry, no buffalo sauce so my boyfriend went and told her, she just looked at the sandwich and gave it to the kitchen and asked "can you put buffalo sauce on this" also, they ONLY have a 4 top table and a 2 top. Both were dirty so we had to ask for napkins to clean it ourselves. I regret stoping by this location as it was the only time I'd probably come back and try a "famous Philly sandwich" the food itself was OK. But the service was what made it not worth it. read more

Although the cheesesteak was very good, the fries were barely cooked, the buffalo fries were supposed to come with blue cheese and didn't, they also leaked all over the bag. I don't know if these guys just had an off day or if they only make good juicy cheesesteaks for TV! So I've known this shop for awhile and I'm usually extremely happy. Food is great, hot, sometimes there's a wait, but it's popular, especially on the weekends. However; tonight this guy pissed me off, so I placed a order on Grubhub, a service they chose to offer, and I called because my niece said some times you can call and tell the restaurants how you want your sandwich/meal because they know the app isn't offering the option to make those selections. This jerk starts yelling at me that he can't help me and I have to contact Grubhub. He starts screaming about how much they hate Grubhub! Then don't offer it! I don't want to pay $25.00 for a chicken cheesesteak or hoagie, that isn't made the way I want it, and I damn sure don't need some guy screaming in my ear about how much they hate a service they're providing! Door Dash allows you to make specific selections, switch apps. I even told that to Grubhub when I not only cancelled my order, but told them about the ongoing issue. Their excuse is that, that is how the app was made, so the platform is basic, so instead of them trying to fix the problem and improve their app, their customer service is just making excuses. My first experience -I was looking forward to my hoagie from here. A friend went on Saturday to pick me up a hoagie because they swore they had the best chicken salad. So I figured we could spit one -well I was shocked. A friend of mine turned me on to this place. I wish we could give 1/2 stars. The cheesesteak was pretty good, not great. Their motto is that they fill the bun, but that was not the case. The please is pretty tore up. Definitely not one of those places where you would want to kick back and eat. It is a to go place if you're smart. No a/c and took a while to get my food. All I can say about this one is that you need to give it a try and see what you think, but I think I'll stick with Bradley's in Stone Harbor,NJ which I think tops all the rest. Decided that I wanted cheese steaks and looked for the nearest place around and this popped up. It seemed busy around the time I went which was right after noon. The place is well kept maybe a few more parking spots would be better but they do look like they have a drive through. I ordered the large Chicken Buffalo Cheese Steak plus a grilled chicken sandwich and guess what I ate all of it but I'm a pig so it was nothing. The cheese steak was really good; recommended by the young lady working register she was pretty, helpful and polite ‍. The grilled chicken was meh but I was hungry so it went down anyways. It could've used more ingredients. Drive here, fly here, ride your bike, skateboard, scooter or whatever else you can find, but get here and try these cheese steaks. These cheese steaks are ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! The roll is soft but more than firm enough to keep it all together. The steak itself is lean, chopped and cooked perfectly. You can get either whiz or provolone, we chose provolone on ours tonight. We got a large (advertised as 16" but that's a bit shorter than what we got, ours was closer to 20") to share and had more than enough to satisfy our hunger. One word to describe the combined concoction ---- DELICIOUS !! Our family got 2 large cheese steaks and an order of cheese curly fries, the total came to just over $27.00, no more expensive than a fast food burger shop. I remember ordering from yellow sub YEARS ago - and they really were the best cheesesteaks around. Toasted rolls, PACKED with meat! Ordered a mini steak hoagie and a small cheese steak tonight. 1. The small and the mini were maybe an inch difference - and $3 more expensive. 2. The rolls were soggy (we literally had a 6 minute drive home) 3. So much less meat than I remember. 4. Kind of dirty, they have a fly problem, and there are always 3-4 pre-teens running around, talking loudly and causing a ruckus. I moved to Maple Shade in 2005, and this was the first local place I tried. I love the buffalo chicken cheese steak. I used to love the wings but I find their hot sauce to be... sweet. If you want a big, I mean BIG steak sandwich for the money, go to Yellow Sub. Is it good? Eh, well, it is big, and the meat falls out of the roll. I must basically agree with George S. in his description. Their sandwiches are okay (but they're not "horrible"). However, I really like their pizza. The crust is very thin, a little soft, and deliciously chewy on the edge; very tasty crust, not sweet at all, but nicely "bready". The sauce and cheese are just right for such a thin crust pizza. I call it a "diet pizza" because it is so light in weight for a full-size pie. These slices will not sit in your stomach like a silver dollar piece. And the price is very good for a very good pizza. But don't criticize the help. They're local young people just trying to make a buck at a local pizza/steak shop. They're fine and I've had no problems with service. read more
