This was not my first Hydrafacial, so i know what i am talking about. It was really the best one i have ever had. I have very sensitive and problematic skin with frequent breakouts. I decided to give Hydrafcial another try after a consultation with a provider at this spa. I had my first procedure in January and two more since. My skin feels fresh, it is glowing. I was a little pink initially , but slowly subsided. I like the customer service at the Yellow BLue spa. When i texted them with my concerns, aesthetician called right away. Since then i also did botox and lip filler. Doctor who did my injections was very personable and attentive. I called couple days later to ask questions and called me back right away. I love my lips, very good job on shaping and volume just right. I just have to say this: i was so impressed with the quality considering that prices are very very affordable. Honestly, I haven't been to a medspa that has a homey, familiar environment as YellowBlu. Their products don't feel scammy, especially after asking around for more information I felt more reassured that what I was putting on my skin would actually be effective and not just something that smells nice. I am writing this review to highlight a great service provided by Yellow Blu Medspa. This is not my first time to have laser services done (photo facial), but I have to say , this is the first time I was treated with such care. I spent an hour in this place and didn't wan to leave. Nurse Practitioner spent half an hour in consultation and went over all possible alternatives, then I was taken to the laser room and explained what to expect after. They have great line up of the skin care products and I was able to buy few things at the great price ,as they give an additional discount when you buy thing together. Great place. Nataliya and her staff are professional and educated on all services they offer. I've been going there for a year and have never been disappointed. I especially give them the highest respect for caring so much for their clients during Covid 19. They followed governor's orders even when he extended the stay at home. Nataliya and her staff made sure their clients were kept up to date on the progress. I myself had my appointments changed twice just to keep me safe and her staff. The staff made my new appointments at my convenience as much as possible. Thank you for caring for your clients. Nataliya is more concern for her client's safety than the money. I have 3 services done at YellowBlue so far. I had my Hydrafacial: made my skin look amazing: fresh, tightened pores, just amazing clean feeling. Signature facial has RF added to it and it is so worth the money. I think im doing it now monthly, just want my skin to sty this way. It is amazing: tightens , lifts, refreshes. I am in love. I also started Laser Hair removal on Splendor machine: OMG , i felt nothing . Full legs took literally 10 min and absolutely no pain. I can see results even after first procedure. I love it.
