She is super friendly and personable and really listens to her clients and quite frankly that is really hard to find now a days because all these other estheticians want is your money rather than loyalty. I literally leave this place glowing and feeling like a brand new person. She does wonders to my skin! Plenty of street parking and public transportation drops you off a couple stores down. I brought my boyfriend here recently and he wants to make it a commitment to come back once a month together. That was his first time getting a facial and he is hooked. I hate to give bad reviews but I have had quite a few not so great experiences at this location…read more The front desk staff are hit and miss but multiple times I have witnessed pretty unprofessional behavior (bad mouthing their team in the hallways while we can hear them in the wax room, gossiping at the front desk). In addition, this last visit was the worst. I got a huge burn on my face. I thought it would die down after the first night but it looks pretty bad now and I've had to go into work for big presentations trying to cover this up. I've had burns before but this is by far the worst.
