What a great find! I was preparing my car for sale and sought out a local female and/or minority owned business to support. To my surprise and delight Candace put together a quote and had a detailer from her network sent out to my house within hours of my inquiry (on a holiday weekend no less). I don't know how long their scheduling typically takes, but Candace clearly called around to accommodate my request ASAP which was not necessary but very much appreciated! Timeline: 9:28 I contacted Candace to see if she had availability that weekend 10:17 I had a quote for service in my email 11:12 Detailer was confirmed 11:38 Detailer was en route 12:03 Detailer arrived 2:45 Detailer was done Everything was communicated clearly through text and email; I was able to confirm scheduling and provide payment online. Candace even kept me updated before, during, and after the appointment - letting me know when the detailer had arrived, was done, etc. and she relayed all of the information he needed to access my gated neighborhood on my behalf. The price was more than fair for services rendered. I handed off a pretty filthy car to Jerome ("Rome") that had been sitting unwashed and undriven for months during the pandemic. While it is a relatively new and very lightly used car, it was in need of some serious TLC after pollen season to be photo-ready for listing. Jerome looked the car over, asked me about my specific preferences (e.g. did I want the leather seat covers cleaned or taken off, how did I want my floor mats to be washed, etc.) and gave me a time estimate for the work. He was very friendly and polite - a pleasure to work with. Jerome brought everything he needed to do the job (including a water tank for those of you without hose hookups!). Jerome put extra elbow grease into my vehicle and really did an outstanding job for me. It was no surprise (as we got to chatting) that he has regular customers that schedule him routinely to care for their vehicles. I have had some really horrendous experiences with washes and details in the area. I do not have an exterior water hookup to wash regularly myself and don't trust the "touchless" drive-through washes with my luxury cars. I have tried a few of the local hand wash services and "express details" and they have all been subpar at best. I also do not have heavy staining, buildup, etc. that warrants a very costly or lengthy detail job. Jerome did more than expected at a fraction of the cost I was quoted elsewhere - it honestly felt like I got the value I was expecting of the signature package for the price and time of the superior package. Quick Tips: - There's three basic levels of service to choose from for an interior/exterior detail. You can also pick just interior/exterior. - They have a motorcycle package - You can add extra services to your detail a-la-carte - You can request a specific detailer - You can set up recurring services in intervals from weekly to every six months (10% off) - They offer gift cards - You're not charged until the job is done - Tips appreciated in cash (or you can add to online payment) - There's a two hour arrival window for your appointment Tidbit: This is a new business and their website is templated for a home cleaning service - so when you check out you will see that in some places it mentions bedrooms, bathrooms, or house cleaning services. I didn't even notice the first time I booked and it did not impact my service or experience. Just something to note if you're thrown! They did a great job on the truck detailing of my Nissan Armada SUV with inside and outside cleaning. It looked and smelled great. However, when the detailer arrived he recommended a deep cleaning. It created all kinds of confusion because I had already paid for their highest cleaning and now I'm being told that what is recommended is double what we're paying. I just wanted the best detail job as this was the first time I had ever gotten a vehicle detailed. When I declined the detail, I learned that this company (Yes Detail) is just the middle man and I could've gotten a deep clean for the same price without a middle man. That was irritating. The person who did the detailing did an excellent job, but I could do without the personal small talk. But he seemed like a good guy though, but I just want my truck washed. They were able to come out same day to my residence to clean and de-funk my interior. It looks and smells great and I love that they will come back out if the smell returns. My car was quite the job for the detailer who came to clean it. I have been admittedly less than kind to my interior. The technician did a great job vacuuming my seats and carpets. He even gave me nee floor mats. The car is older and I know the seats will never look like new but they are 10x better than where we started after he shampooed them. The exterior hadnt been washed in quite a while but he was able to get it shining. I am pleased with his work. The best part was they came to my home and did the work while i remained in the comfort of my home. Will use this service again. read more

I unfortunately do not recommend. Scheduling was difficult with times changed a couple of times leading up to my service. Upon arrival, my provider exhibited a strong odor that resembled a very recognizable smell. The service provider immediately told me that my price quoted was going to increase because the booking service and he have different rates and that he would need to provide that additional commission to Yes Detail. The First increase quoted was because the car was white, and the second because pet hair was observed in the vehicle. Not excessive hair, just presence inside a single area. The increased price was pretty substantial at about 20% but ultimately we agreed on reduced work for same cost. In the end the work that was done was very good and met or even exceeded my expectations in some elements. I was pleased with the Yes Detail customer service through the ordeal, and The service provider worked hard and did a very good job. However, I would probably look elsewhere next time due to the scheduling challenges, last minute haggling, and the odor present that gave me cause for concern. read more

I have to say I wasn't really impressed with this mobile cleaning service. The gentleman that cleaned both our vehicles did an okay job. More specifically, we had requested deep cleaning for double the cost. At that rate, we expected more out of it, but to be honest it seems like it was quite basic cleaning. In fact, he missed vacuuming/cleaning underneath the back seats. In addition there were still some small loose bits and pieces that were still on the back seats and all the compartments. The exterior seemed cleaner than interior. We did follow up with the service and were offered a discount to be used within 6 months which we probably won't use because of the dissatisfaction of the service. Although very communicative, I would look elsewhere to get your vehicle cleaned especially for the price paid. read more
