I found Eric by reading reviews here on Yelp. I had just purchased a short-sale home, and needed urgently to paint and do some patching before we could move in. I called several contractors and they all required weeks or even months before they could even start. Even making an appointment for an estimate was something like "by the end of NEXT week... hopefully...". Eric said YES. He came the same day I called him, and in the evening I already received an e-mail with complete break-down of his estimate. We agreed to start with adding crown-molding first, and the next day we went together to the molding supplier and selected the material. The house is 2400sf, single-level, with 10ft ceilings, and Eric's crew did everything - crown-molding, patching, priming, and painting. All within 3 days only! The quality of work is just amazing, and I could not be any happier. I highly recommend Eric when time and quality are your top priorities. read more

Wanted to give four and a half stars. We needed our house exterior to be painted. I dropped Eric an e-mail and he came within a few days to take a look. After arranging for the proper time to start painting, he has his people come by in early May of this year. The two of them did a power wash, but unfortunately they had trouble with the outside spigot and broke a valve, leaving it leaking. They didn't let me know about it, so I only found out when I got home at night; it was leaking for hours. Eric advised us to go to the Kelly Moore paint store and try to paint some patches with sample sized cans, so we did that to figure out what shades of the color we wanted. We decided on some colors that were a bit unconventional, and Eric and one of his guys advised us to change it to a less crazy color, but we decided to stick with the color scheme. They shrugged and went with those colors. They did a good job prepping, and there were tough parts with shrubbery close to the house. They covered windows and parts of the house that had the trim color. They had to fill in numerous cracks along the stucco, and laid down primer in areas where the paint was coming off. The painting was very good. The borders between the main color and trim color areas were straight, and they painted in very hard to reach places (gaps under where two roof pieces overlapped, the sliver of stucco facing the street below the floor of the porch and above the lawn). We didn't notice until the last day that they rinsed off their painting equipment with paint right into the area where our fruit trees were. We should have asked them to rinse it off elsewhere. We also wished we also clarified exactly which parts should be main color and which should be trim as well. All in all, a very good experience. Just help out with the water supply, communicate where you would like them to rinse off their equipment, and any other preferences. read more

Eric is awesome...he did a great job for our exterior house last year. This year our tenant messed up our interior house, damaging the walls with more than 200 holes, marks and decals. He retouched nicely even the marker stain on our hard work floor. He did it right to repaint the peeling off door frames from our contractor last year. Eric and his crew did an amazing job removing our popcorn ceilings at a great price. It completely transformed the house. They always showed up on time and finished when they said they would. We were under a time crunch and Eric changed around their schedule to accommodate us. The work is really high quality too. I can't see anywhere in the whole house where there is even a small splotch of paint the wrong color at any of the joints of the wall and ceiling. I especially appreciated that they fixed one of the wall edges that was a little messed up and painted a couple small squares of the wall that had recently been patched without asking. To me, that is the mark of great service and a company that really takes pride in their work. I've read stories about how messy popcorn removal can be, but they did great on that as well.
