She was attentive, kind, professional, patient taking in every word. Very poor service when it came to completing what was asked and service requested. The best part is they sent a tech to the location to make sure they got a "visual" of the other signs on the building they would be matching. Attempt # 2 was much better when it came to the color matching however no frame again. I was then told it wasn't included after discussing it from day 1 and then after the first sign was messed up. I wouldn't recommend them and plan to discourage anyone from doing so as well.

He was very rude to my questions, when all I wanted was to understand the process, and make minor suggestions to give him a better idea of what I wanted. But no, he said he "knows what [he's] doing" Even though he clearly didn't. My design ended up poorly done, it was not finished, and got all up on my face and raised his voice when I asked him to finish it after telling me that was all he could do.
