While I was at training a groundhog chewed through my wiring harness. A dog got out and tried to get the ground hog and chewed up the bumper and damaged paint on other panels. I was never contacted about the damage and the exhaust was never fixed until I was back and they gave me the car back with damages never being fixed. Sent the car back to get the grill fixed and so the bumper would stay on properly and headlights would mount. Called frequently and got ignored or told "we don't have time". After months of poor service and quality I got tired of playing games. Car still has damaged paint to hood, bumper and fairings. Lack of integrity and responsibility.

She refused to complete the whole purchase and called the cops instead. We got trespassed and can't go back. I wouldn't even if I had a choice. The cashier must be a relative because she had the owner on speed dial. We just wanted to finish the purchase and leave. The cashier needs trained on customer service and if a place has an issue with a dog it should be addressed when you walk in the store, not halfway through check out. Disgusting place all around.

Went to the bathroom and it was out of soap after checking the dispenser I saw there was no bag in side and obviously hadn't been in a long time, time for the trusty antibacterial stuff I always carry. I wanted to get coffee but after seeing the rest of the place was not too clean I walked the short distance to Burger King washed my hands with soap and water and got a cup of coffee. I thought you had to provide soap and water to employees before they return to work. Gross convenience store Wish we would have driven to the next gas station.
