She even suggested taking a video of the stretching instructions to refer back to. As a mother, I was so moved by the time she took to tell this new mom that she was doing a good job and to set her mind at ease. Thos clearly isn't "just a job" for her. Meanwhile, the toddler was running around the office and every team member was thrilled to see her. They smiled, talked and made a huge deal out of the toy she showed them. Do yourself a favor and bring your kids to this office. No judgement, lots of smiles and people who truly care about your kids.

""Greetings, I refrained from speaking up at the time, as my comments would have been unprofessional. The doctor' actions were inhumane. If a similar incident occurred in a veterinary clinic, it would be considered animal abuse. The doctor inserted suction and guard instruments into the mouth of a five-year-old child, and I couldn't hear her screams until thirty minutes into the procedure, when drilling and grinding commenced. Her voice was muffled by the noise of the equipment. The child was not adequately anesthetized and was experiencing pain and fear. Despite this, the doctor continued the procedure, which resulted in the child shedding a significant amount of tears, approximately a quarter cup, which accumulated in the headrest. The child was traumatized by the level of pain endured. I am bringing this to your attention, as I believe the doctor should be formally reprimanded to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. If you require further information, please do not hesitate to contact me at 425..........."" And since probably they had incidents before, they make you pay for the whole treatment ahead of time so if you walk out they don't lose money. Never go back again

Stellar Kids Dentistry is conveniently less than 2 miles from our home they were my first choice purely based off of location; upon further research and reading a number of positive reviews I knew this was the dentist for us. Booking the appointment was extremely easy, I greatly appreciate all of the paperwork being sent ahead of time prior to the day. All logistics were completed weeks ahead of the appointment; no additional forms or cards were needed (WIN!!) My husband arrived and our son was seen within the minute of arrival. Axcel and Dr. Harlyn were extremely proficient, and soothing to a yelling 1 year old. Even after the tears our little guy walked out smiling, and showing us his teeth. It was strange since we'd always had afternoon appointments. It seems like there was a miscommunication with the staff, but it seems odd to me that you wouldn't allow for afternoon appointments to any younger children as it would limit your ability to see those children if their parents have limited availability. With the previous issues and this new staff issue with conflicting information, I'd no longer recommend seeing this practice.

I will choose to take my child's dental care elsewhere. There are many choices for good dental care in our area. I hope to find a place that will be more considerate of the time juggle we as parents need to do during these modern times.
