If you've partied late and want a savory snack (or heavy meal ) this taco truck is the place - one word = fresh made tortillas!! Ok that 3 words , but you get it !!

Had the Carne Asada and Al Pastor Street Tacos today. Both were awesome!! The Al Pastor is cut fresh.

The Al Pastor and Carne Asada street tacos are my go to tacos here every time! The Al Pastor is cut fresh off the trompo. Absolutely love the juicy char taste. Please note that they DO NOT Accept Credit Cards. Cash Only please. I made the mistake my first time here. I know at the moment that they only have less than 10 reviews. I'm going to call it now. This place will have a cult following with the late night crowd in the next year. The Al Pastor is so good!!!

Second time writing about Yetzi Tacos because, honestly, once wasn't enough--and neither is one visit. This place is still everything I love about great street tacos: bold flavor, no frills, just pure taco joy. I stopped by again last Friday night and couldn't resist filming the scene: the sizzle of meat hitting the flat-top, the rhythmic slice of the trompo, the hum of orders being called out, and a small crowd gathered under the glow of string lights. Everyone was definitely hungry, but no one looked mad about the wait. That's usually a good sign. The chorizo taco is still the undisputed champ. Crispy, juicy, and seasoned so well it makes every other version I've had feel like an afterthought. I also tried the carne asada again and it was tender and rich, with just enough char to give it bite. Pro tip: grab a grilled jalapeño if they have them--they don't mess around with the heat, but it's worth it. Also go for the red salsa if you like a bit of extra heat. Aside from the meat, the topping bar is still one of the best parts. I loaded up with onions, cilantro, and a hit of that red salsa that had me reaching for my horchata drink more than once. Something about choosing your own taco adventure just makes the whole experience feel more personal. It's hard not to root for a place like this: local, consistent, and clearly made with care. If you're lucky enough to catch them on a quieter night, chat with the staff--they're just as warm as the food. Yetzi isn't just a taco stand; it's the kind of spot you brag about discovering first.

Pop-up taco truck? Open when vampires want to eat (vs. my great-grandmother)? Tasty food? Count me in. Place has tons of authentic meat options, something you don't usually see in Sac. I had 3 different meats my first visit: asada, buche, and tripas/tripitas. The tripas tacos are the best in the greater Sac area. Why: loaded with meat + cooked perfectly (vs. overcooked for genetic weaklings). Flavor will have you reminiscing about your last visit to Mexico. What really sets these guys apart is their salsa. Just 2 buckets. One, a FIERY pure habanero and the other - a mild habanero blend with no heat. Both are DELICIOUS. Ambiance is what it is: it's a taco truck, but they've got 4 bigass picnic tables and good lighting which beat using the back of your car. Tacos came out FAST.

Best tacos in the area hands down!!! As a fellow born and raised Mexican, it's hard to find good authentic food. Yetzi is now my absolute favorite place in the Sacramento area - I've come 3 times since discovering it 2 weeks ago. The service is good, they're quick, their set up is quite good considering it's a truck in a parking lot. Their salsas are fresh and well kept and the food is absolutely delicious. The plates are also really well served and portions are generous. Have not had a bad item here and will be recommending to everyone I know!

Open late, good food, big portions. The location on Google maps is incorrect, they have a taco truck close by.

Pretty solid taco spot. Everything was fresh and delicious. I'd recommend the carne asada potatoes and the al pastor burrito.

The tacos were delicious just the right amount of juice, spices and cheese. The burrito had a special type of bean, not your typical pinto or black bean. I think it may have been the peruvian beans? Service was quick, we ate in the space and it had a cute ambiance. There are also small mexican pastry items. They had a churro that had a little bit of extra spice.

I apologize I tore it up with a quickness before I thought of photographing it...come in and try it. It's juicy so eat it first so it will still be crispy. Then I ordered the combo plate with carnitas...oh my, my tummy really enjoyed the whole plate. The carnitas were a little try...I needed some ajus...but once I made my burritos with the homemade flour tortilla, beans, rice, guacamole, jalapeños and salsa...I didn't even notice the dryness. The plate was a (huge plate) of food!!! Very enjoyable!!!! It's ALL a must try!!!! You will not be disappointed!!! I chased all my food with a Pepsi... The taqueria is adorable. And the staff made me feel right at home missing my Mama and Daddy, wonderful Mexican music in the back ground and the smell of food being prepared for us customers. Come on in and give Valencias some business your tummy will be so happy you did!!! So you here!!! As I walk out I may try their Pan Dulce. Complimentary corn tortilla chips, salsa, and refried bean dip with cheese. I loved the REFRIED BEAN DIP! I ordered the Steak a la Chicana. I didn't read or listen carefully enough that the skirt steak with sauteed onions and bell peppers are covered in Spanish sauce. The sauce is actually quite tasty with a little kick. I used it and the salsa to flavor the black beans. However, I really just wanted grilled steak. I should have ordered steak fajitas, a grilled steak burrito or quesadilla, or a carne asada plate. The Steak a la Chicana was a generous portion, which is definitely 2 meals for me. Cilantro rice wasn't anything special. The SWEET CORN TAMALITO is yummy comfort. Choice of beans: refried beans, black beans, or pinto beans. I suspect refried beans is the tastiest option. El Tapatio would be a great gathering place for friends and family. It's located on Sunrise Blvd in Citrus Heights near See's Candies and other restaurants.
