I've been going to Alex for 2 years now for my car wrap. The first time I went was when I got rear ended. I checked around at different places but none of them could take me in because I had a custom wrap on my car and they only worked on exclusive brands. I reached out to Alex and he was more than happy to help me out. He was very transparent about the pricing even though he had to ship the wrap overseas. He ordered the exact wrap that my car had and had Aldo work on it. I love their attention to detail because the wrap job came out better than my previous one. I reached out to Alex a year later for another accident that I had. This time I had to replace my front bumper, but again Alex was able to help me out with my wrap. I also had a dent on my hood that no one was able to fix. Every other car shop I went to told me that the only way to fix it was to replace the hood, but Alex was able to fix it and replace the wrap on it as well! The team offers lifetime warranty on the tint, and is willing to fix any imperfections that can happen after the install. They even threw in a stage 1 correction of the car due to water spots I didn't realize I had. I took my 370z that survived the Eaton fire with lingering smoke damage to Alex after a recommendation and I was blown away by how detail oriented and effective he was remediating the smoke. Instead of just doing a detailing he had the goal of removing the smoke smell, which led him to remove the blower in the HVAC system bringing it to a basically new clean state, and flushing the AC evaporator four times. Additionally, he let the car bake in the sun to verify that it was indeed smoke free. He also did an amazing job steaming and detailing the entire inside of the car, making it look new! Alex also was incredibly communicative and sent regular updates with pictures of how the whole process was going and when he felt like he needed repeat cleanings. I explained that this work would eventually be covered by the insurance and he was very understanding of the process and created a narrative within the invoice to be very explicit about what steps he took and why they were required for full smoke removal. When I picked up the car we both forgot that I had a small toolbag in the trunk, which he discovered after I had already driven back to Altadena. That night, Alex went out of his way to drive it to me from Pomona which I greatly appreciate. All in all, Alex did exactly what I had hoped for in a detailing and remediation. He was very communicative and clearly took pride in the detailed level of work does, all for a very reasonable price. I have been a long-time customer of a car wash in Pasadena, and recently I couldn't make it there to get my car washed before an important meeting. Searching locally, I found YG Auto Detailing, and its reviews are impressive. I decided to book a wash + floor mat cleaning. The garage is in an industrial part of Pomona - just off the Mission exit on 71. Once arrived, Alex explained the process clearly, and I stayed in the comfortable waiting room to do some work (there is coffee, TV, etc, but I was just sitting on the big sofa working). While YG's price is slightly higher than Pasadena, Alex's superb services offers far more value. At the Pasadena garage, I would go in, and the wash would be done in 20 minutes. Here, Alex went into great detail and thoroughly cleaned the interior and exterior. Instead of just running a shop vac through the car, he used various tools to pick up debris from the fabric (going beyond a "wash" and into "detailing"), and various nooks and hard-to-get-to places were also cleaned (I found out after arriving home). Therefore, for nearly the same price, Alex's service went above and beyond the industry standards and blurred the line between car wash and detailing. I never thought there is room to shake up the "car wash" industry, but I think Alex is on to something - I am now sold on the quality and value of YG, and I would return for a clay bar service before my future work meetings. Note: it is better to call one to two weeks ahead to arrange a booking - this is not a "walk in and drive off in 20 minutes" place. read more

I originally got my M3s roof PPfed by Alex and I got my hands on an original CS carbon fiber recently. I contacted YG to see if they were able to restore the carbon fiber since it was a bit faded, had some scratches and a bit yellowed.
