It is very…read moreobvious to me that they really do place the animals & rehoming the animals above everything. They were prompt to tell me that Big Red's status was clear immediately after his neutering & that our application process/vetting was done. I filled the paperwork Sunday, that same week Big Red was neutered Wednesday/Thursday, and when they reopened on Friday we picked him up promptly at 10am he was ready & raring to go & be a part of his new little family. Big Red, (now Frohike) - is a fighter. Audrey showed me photos of when they picked him up & I was shocked - his eye was completely swollen shut, he was thin, & sickly. He's got a wonky eye that is completely cosmetic, but even in that imperfection he's perfect. He's a loving, sweet, healthy little guy & he completely acclimated to our Orlando Cat Cafe alumni, Bart (now Reznor). They take the most severe cases & are a no-kill Shelter. That's a lot of responsibility for a shelter to ensure the animals go to the right homes. Yes their pricing is more expensive but who can place a price on good care for the animals & the responsible vetting to make sure they go to a forever home? Our cost was the same as Bart from the Orlando Cat Cafe - it was $150, but I am confident of the care they put into Big Red. It was worth every penny & I know it will go towards that awesome campus & medical care & shelter for the animals. I will always recommend them if you want to see the true nature of your future pet & ensure they are a perfect fit for your family.

He called 4 hours after I dropped my best friend and not only my support dog but nurse and soul. He will look me in the eyes and wheelchair and chronic, Dingo will get justice now that all his past and current vets hated to say it but Dr Stone had no right to pull tooth till absessed tooth was treated long enough to let infection heal just like your human dentist does. I cried so much my daughter handed me a 2 mil Xanax to calm me down. She went to see why I was so upset and convinced I was in no condition as she knew the bond I shared with Dingo. He convinced her to pay for cremation and it starts the healing process so she did. I woke up hours later crying because I would have not agreed to leave him but I trusted him in his water filled entrance my daughter told me what she did by his advice, 1200.00 for a tooth, vet the week before to get his regular visit and 3 year rabies shot, groomer and he ran all around my home and outside with electric wheelchair and he was my service dog and support dog. Hey if he helped your pets it's joyful and I'm so glad but all 3 Vetinary clinics he ever been too , agree he never should have tried to remove tooth and my daughter was not owner, I was his papa! Nevertheless he talked her into it and I would have had my Vet have had him autopsyed though he knew he needed me to make decisions for my baby right? Dingo needs Justice and I need to now because my own disease is killing me. I want Stone to look me in the eyes and say the right thing because he already knows I'll be gone like Dingo soon, I'll go through the ankle high water filled entrance with electric wheelchair I'm driving there, just enough range for chair. God Bless you and your pets, they are our children or support, nurse, soothing, service friend. That's how much he took from me .

Our usual vet (who is great btw) was closed for the week!!! We called a few other highly rated vet offices, and they never called back. Needless to say, I was so thankful this office answered my call and squeezed her in to their next available appointment. My husband and I are taking every precaution right now, given the rising numbers of COVID in Florida, and I was thankful this business was supportive of that. They did the curbside pickup where we parked and dropped her off. Then they called to share the results. The Vet spent almost 15 minutes on the phone with me walking me through what they treated and next steps -- greatly appreciated! They gave her several rounds of antibiotics, and she seems to be back to her normal self. They seem to take a lot of precautions here, so I will be dropping off another sample to them to make sure everything still looks good. (Fingers crossed) I also was really grateful because my cat deals with digestive issues (it's been an issue for years). We've tried everything from different prescription foods to meds to keep it in check. Nothing really worked great. This vet was the first one to recommend a different diet that really seems to do the trick!!!! If I had to take her in, a positive of all this is that we discovered this new food to give her. The office staff has been wonderful. I've been a paranoid pet parent and have called with several questions ... and they always respond with patience and the help I need. I also appreciate how they go above and beyond to make sure we're comfortable. For example, when I drop off samples, they are willing to meet me in the parking lot so I don't have to go in. I'm sure it's an extra burden on them, but we so appreciate it. Thank you, South Lake Animal Hospital team, for making my cat all better!

They clearly saw me but still let me stand out in the rain. Once 8 o'clock came around they unlocked the door 2 feet away from me but I had to open up myself. When I got inside, I wasn't greeted with a hello. Only "who do we have here? ". The whole front office staff was nothing but cold and unwelcoming as if they were all miserable. In addition the front desk girl was asking me questions I already answered before making my appointment: This showed me that there was a lack of communication or care about her properly doing her job. If I hadn't put a deposit down already, I would have immediately turned around and walked out. In addition, I was given a different estimate while in the office (significantly higher) than the one given to me over the phone when I CLEARLY explained what needed to be done after already seeing another vet for an examination. This is not a place I will ever support again or recommend.
