This is a great spot for froyo! They always have very delicious flavors of yogurt and plenty of toppings. Would definitely recommend!

Always great froyo!! We make the half hour drive out to Oak Creek whenever we crave frozen yogurt, probably been here over a dozen times. I usually always find a flavor I like when I'm there but my absolute favorite is the passion fruit or pineapple if they have it. Favorite toppings are the popping boba pearls & gummy bears for the fruity flavors. They are a typical frozen yogurt place that is self serve and you can sample flavors. You have to wear gloves they provide by the front door to serve yourself and make sure to get a punch card when you check out! The place is always clean as well. Until they open up a frozen yogurt shop closer, I'll always come here! read more

I was checking on my review and realized things could've been worded better. Sometimes voice to text does not work out in certain scenarios. Also, I was feeling angsty about the situation. They did not honor my completed card full of stamps. That took me a long time to get full. I have a couple of them so I made sure that I gave them the right one. The employee said that my card was empty. Which is impossible. How would I have an empty one? They don't give away empty ones only ones with stamps on them. I tried to state my case and then decided to just pay for my yogurt and never to return. I'm not entirely sure why this happened. I usually go there every Sunday. My opinion of this place has changed after visiting tonight the place was messing and busy , very different experience compared to afternoons, loud teenagers filling yogurt cups and than dumping them in the waste and kids putting their hands in the toppings I saw a customer drop a serving spoon and pick it up and put it back in for others to use!!! It also smelled very disgusting in there like BO and a tolite the air felt sticky and hot , it was our first time visiting in the night and it was so not a vibe the whole store was hot and sweaty and crowded , only two employees seemed to be there and they were clearly exhausted Topping were messy and empty but the employees were trying to fill just it was so crowded so i understood and even though i wanted fresh strawberries i didn't say anything. The frozen yogurt was very good and they had many different options of toppings! But when I was there someone came in and had a dog. The owner or who I think was the owner of the cafe said there were no dogs allowed. The owner of the dog explained it was her service dog. The cafe owner said no dogs that the lady had to leave. Very disappointed that they would turn someone away when they have a service dog. read more

Let's just say I filled up my punch card within two weeks. I love their sorbet selection and fresh fruit! I'm more of a tart dessert lover than that of super sweet but they have the selection for everyone. The staff is very friendly, and keep everything nice and clean. read more

We've been here many times over the past 8 or so years. Nice place, usually pretty clean, good selection of froyo. Only thing that always seems to be empty is the crushed waffle cone base. The staff aren't super friendly, but they just let us get our froyo and leave, never had an issue with them. read more

This place may make me change my mind on Frozen Yogurt! I had a Cake Batter, Dark Chocolate with a base of Sugar Cone and Crushed Butterfinger on top! Yumm!!! Best Frozen Yogurt I've ever had. Probably because it tasted more like Ice Cream than most Yogurt. They are wheelchair accessible and the staff was friendly and more than willing to help me make my Sundae! I've been here several times & always had a great experience-everything tasted fresh, except last night.. I paid nearly $15 for 2 sundaes, once I got home my husband & I thought it tasted sour, not fresh-nearly spoiled. I called & spoke with the manager this morning. The manager, a male was beyond rude! He carried on about how it's supposed to be sour. I've had this flavor many times & it never tasted so spoiled & sour. I went back in today to get another sundae-I normally LOVE their yogurt. I asked the man working if he was the one I just spoke to-the guy started yelling at me with kids & other customers! He said "if you have a problem call my mom-THE OWNER-at 6:00, her name is Ann!" This explains a lot. There's no way an employee would talk to customers this way & still be employed. He carried on stating "it's 2014 & customers are not always right!" This guy was so obnoxious, I've never experienced such rudeness & aggressive behavior. I was actually tempted to call Oak Creek police. As I'm leaving he starts shouting at me"take your business elsewhere, good bye!" Is this guy cutting the fruit and toppings for our sundaes? This guy is the owners son and if he has anything to do with preparing the ingredients, that's terrifying. Never will I ever go there again, it's too bad because other than this time, the yogurt was good. Oh fro-yo, you've captured my heart. Four words for you: Salted Caramel Popcorn Fro-Yo. Yeah, it's that good. This place is awesome, it's clean, the people that work here are friendly, and they have a wide variety of fro yo and toppings that changes consistently. My only complaint? They only provide one size bowl, which means I'm sure to eat way too much. Smaller bowls, and I'll upgrade you to five stars fo-sho. read more

Had to take a star away tonight.... At 10:01pm guy comes over tonight and says "Ok we gota lock up." I get you close at 10pm, but we just spent $42 on yogurt which probably paid the wage of the young girl for the whole night... you could at least give us a few minutes to walk out on our own. Any other "eatery' that has posted hours at least lets guest walk out on their own accord. But they started removing the the nozzles from the yogurt machines at 9:47pm, so I dont know what they would have done if a customer walked in BEFORE they closed at 9:50 - refused service? We always have loved to fresh . The staff has always been so nice and the establishment is very clean, the owner has even came out and offered samples of different kinds of yogurt. We especially love the fact that they carry dairy free yogurt since our son has dairy allergies. The only down fall I seen was that coming in closer to close I notice the staff member using the same towel to wipe off all the machines including the dairy free machines :( even though my son has not had an allergic reaction I can not take that risk . Great place for a nice treat. They have many toppings to choose from, tons of fresh fruit, nuts, candies, sauces like hot fudge, caramel, peanut butter and so much more. Most seats were full, even patio seating - a good sign immediately as I had never been here but got an immediate vibe that people enjoyed it. Very low stress self-serve. Grab the one size dish they offer and you're off. Tried three flavors of yogurt, (all flavors nicely labeled with calories per serving) and topped it off (gummy bears here are a must - super flavorful and tasty). Weighed it on the scale and paid, and off I went to take it to go. No lines, quick friendly service, and lots of fresh toppings for your icy delight. This is a great little place for stopping with the family or meeting up with a friend after an evening out. We generally will stop after one of the kids social events. The staff and owners are always welcoming and helpful. The combinations of flavors really shine and allow the kids to experiment with their little pallets. It's like someone said, "Hey, let's take the two things kids like most and smash them together, ice cream and subway". Well, not the flavors but the concept. You get the point. The concept is easy to execute but it's the staffs focus on being friendly, the cleanliness and organization, and the value you get. Great fro-yo place! Like others have said, very clean, and I've always had great interactions with the staff. They always have one sugar-free option--that was important to us, as we always go with one friend who is diabetic. Our first time there, we asked a question and the manager stopped what he was doing and talked with my friend in length about the ingredients and their sugar-free options. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would but I will never patronize this establishment ever again. Today we visited the store and my daughter accidentally dropped her cup with yogurt as she was walking to put on scale. I told her to throw it away and to make herself a new one. The older man working saw what my daughter did (throw away the cup) and he then went into the garbage and told my daughter that she needed to pay for that. I stepped in and said that it fell in the floor he said that I still needed to pay he then pointed at a sign saying ask for samples. I let him know that we had already gotten our samples from the younger gentleman working and that her cup fell on the floor an honest mistake. He just kept pointing at the sign I then asked him if that happened to your daughter or child would you have them eat off the floor like an animal? He responded no. So I responded then why would you expect my to do it. I told him I'll pay for it and for the rest of what I had already gotten for myself and my mother but I would never come back and that I will post of this experience on every platform. I will never frequent this establishment again. The management is extremely unprofessional, and rude. In a business you have to account for waste my child accidentally over poured his cup, so I scooped some off. Now I would have gladly paid the extra dollar for the excess ice cream, but before I could even get to the register a man who I believe to be the manager stormed out. He started a confrontation with me over the wasted ice cream in front of my small child. I took the ice cream from my son and put the spoon in the cup and pushed the ice cream at the man, telling my son we were leaving. He made several belligerent comments as we left. One of my favorite stops after a dinner out or a play date. Always clean and friendly, polite service. I have filled two loyalty cards with stamps and never had an off experience. Several unique toppings and lots of flavor options. I am always hoping they will bring back the plain, unflavored yogurt - I am sure a lot of people haven't had plain yogurt without sweeteners and the tart, sour taste sets of the sweets of the toppings so nicely! read more

Love this place!!! So clean, great seating, wide range assortment and the nicest family owned place in town. The owners have talked and listened to the customers since day one. Two YoFresh stores have opened closer to me in the past few months but don't even come close to the one in Oak Creek. My kids, husband and I always drive further to the Oak Creek one because that is our preference without question. The YoFresh Oak Creek makes you feel like family and they show their appreciation for their customers. I truly hope they are around for a very long time!!! read more
