Mini 15 Pancakes with chocolate Dubai and strawberry. yum yum.

Been in their other location a couple of times and I'm a fan! But this is the first time I order this and let me tell you NOW it's my favorite. Fresh strawberry and they were sweet. Service was fast and patience. It was Saturday at 10:30 so of course it was too crowded but not too bad. If you suffer from anxiety you may take out. Or going not on peak hours. Otherwise keep going guys! You are the best.

So many options, If you're looking for something less they have single scoops for cheaper but I would def splurge on the bubble cones, you will not be disappointed. I got the s'mores and was obsessed with every bite. The workers were patient with it being our first time and answered all questions we had with no issue. If you're looking for something sweet this is the spot.

A very cute (and new!) dessert spot on the Maquette Campus! I love that it's open until 2 a.m. There's plenty of space to hang out with friends and share some sweets. They offer many options and flavors, with portions that are perfect for sharing. However, I do find the prices a bit steep, at around $10-13 per item. Personally, I find the desserts a bit too sweet after the first few bites, and they can become sticky and difficult to finish. Despite that, I definitely recommend giving it a try! The workers are very nice, though they can seem tired and unengaging at times.

We love going here for a sweet treat and love that it is open late at night. The service staff is typically very attentive as well.

He went early to get our bake on the list and they were spot on with the wait time. We did sit outside which I think sped things up. We all ordered an assortment of coffee beverages. There are so many great options on the menu and I was torn between three. Luckily one of my friends was torn between two of the same ones I was looking at so she split them. The spam omelette was delicious and paired well with the Johnny cakes. The Johnny cakes are massive and we ended up both taking leftovers home of that. The orange blossom syrup was really good with it. Our server was attentive and stayed on top of water refills which was appreciated as it was a warm day to be eating outside. They also have a second location which I am eager to try.

Our server was fun to chat with and definitely made the experience a bit more interesting. I stopped in for brunch on a Wednesday around 11am and snagged the last open table. Ordered the Steak & Eggs and was impressed by the value; healthy portion, reasonable price. Perfectly cooked medium rare steak with chimichurri, crispy-runny eggs, and excellent potatoes holding it all together. The food is thoughtfully plated without trying too hard, and the prices feel fair for the quality. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't been. Another lil Milwaukee gem!

Their breakfast potatoes are a must have and everyone in my family loves them. They recently went halal upon request following success from halal restaurant week which is great news for many Asian families in the area. The host/hostess and servers are all very friendly and accommodating. The interior is so beautifully decorated as well. Parking: street parking available, as well as a parking garage right next door. That garage is a bit expensive, however, so circle the block a few times to find a spot. Sweet Diner is in the Third Ward so it's a nice place to walk as well!

Because she didn't like that I wanted to make small talk with her? Mind you we were the only ones in line. Food was great, and drinks as well! But, one of the waitresses saw my daughter spill a drink and me jump up so it not to spill on my lap. But she just walked away like nothing happened... Strange. Than we waited for the bus lady to come clean the table. I had a smile on my face as she approached me but she just swung her dish tub around me and I was so confused. I was standing there waiting for her, like IN HER WAY! Smiling and all! lol this was the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The whole vibe here is that of a toxic work environment, starting with the hostesses that have zero and I mean ZERO interest in your experience as a customer of this establishment. Frankly makes me feel sorry for the owners when they have staff like this working for them. I had to walk away from two drinks we ordered on the way out because of the second hostess's attitude with us!!! She was so rude to the lady that prepared our drinks! Than was rude to us? People just don't understand sometimes that they are in the wrong field and we as customers don't have to put up with their attitude wherever it may be coming from. It's a pass for me, sorry Xavier we won't be coming back! (Xavier was our server, he was super nice, he gets the whole customer experience portion which seems to be a foreign concept to the rest of the staff). Go elsewhere and avoid all the evident internal drama from staff directed at their customers from Sweet Diner!

We enjoyed the retro 70's music theme. It made for a good conversation at our table about some of the various artists. We started off with the crispy croquettes. Yum! They were excellent. For my main meal I ordered a fruit bowl and one of their specials for the day, Key Lime yogurt parfait. I asked for no whipped cream on the parfait as I was really just interested in the yogurt. It was good but more like a dessert. I was surprised they didn't offer some kind of a yogurt fruit bowl for the light eaters. My husband ordered the Jerk Chicken Omelet with the hash potatoes. That was a very healthy serving and he thoroughly enjoyed it. My son ordered the Banditos Smash burger with an egg on it. It looked amazing. He also enjoyed his meal. The waitress was super nice.

The setup is very modern, and I loved the décor inside. There's an upstairs and downstairs, plus outdoor seating for when the weather is nice. The music added to the experience, it was a whole vibe without being too loud or overbearing. Customer service was excellent. Everyone we came across was genuinely nice and welcoming, which always makes a difference. I ordered the apple French toast with a side of bacon and scrambled eggs...everything was really good. No complaints there at all. Now let's talk drinks, the Mimosa flight is a must-try. It was $25 and came with about 6-7 different flavors to pick from, all flavorful and surprisingly strong (in a good way). I do wish I had known about their $16 unlimited mimosas on Saturdays, that would've been a nice bonus, but the flight was definitely still worth it. Overall, it's a great brunch spot with good food, great drinks, and an even better atmosphere. If I'm ever back in Milwaukee, this is definitely a place I'd visit again.

We decided to share the fromage grilled cheese with the offered addition of "tofu ham". For dranks I ordered a matcha latte, GF ordered a mimosa that had turmeric and was a very interesting twist from the standard, run on the mill mimosa. The sandwich came out eventually. Very cheesy. The tofu ham is THICCCC. The sandwich is more cozy and comfortable than hearty. GF says "I thought it was good" when asked for more details, she says "not right now, my brain is tired". Very solid lunch spot and I can't get enough of the fact that it is vegetarian.
