Hung out here after having dinner near the area. It's super clean and I love the openness when walking in. The menu is very overwhelming for an indecisive person like me, but it's expected when walking into a frozen yogurt place. Many froyo options against the wall, middle has toppings. There's also a menu with more snacks such as ramen and bubble tea options. Froyo are weighed on a scale and pay based on weight of the items you picked out. Love the options of board games at the store to play & hang out. We were there close to closing hours but didn't get any sideeye looks like we need to leave. It was a good stay.

    Frozen yogurt dream!!

Love this yogurt. Everything was clean!! The owner was awesome!! The service was amazing!!! This is self served!! The flavors are on point!! The playroom for the kids was very thoughtful!! I felt welcomed. It was family friendly!!!

Came here after a nice hike and really enjoyed the calm atmosphere. The gentleman working there was so kind and brought over a portable heater to myself and my guest without us even asking as it was a chilly day. I Also like how there were gloves for sanitary purpose to use during our froyo assembly. Lastly, the frozen yogurt was really yummy and I enjoyed mine a lot

Cute little spot, even has a play area for children. Topping options are plentiful and there are also a good number of options for the frozen yogurt and sorbet. 3 Tvs playing different things so there are options there. Had to wait a bit for the girl to come out from the back and check us out. Most unique wall clock I've seen. Froyo was good, a little pricey.

I don't understand why this place has low ratings and this is my favorite froyo place around. I've been back twice in the past two days (yes everyday) and will be back over again for my healthy post-dinner snack. My husband and I both agree that the yogurt here just tastes good and refreshing. Our favorite flavors are the strawberry, mango and original tart. They have a variety of toppings including my favorite colorful mochi and strawberry. The entire store is very clean and spacious. Unfortunately because of covid, you can't sit and eat, but if they do open that up there are a lot of games and stuff for your kids to do. I haven't yet tried the smoothies because they limited their menu due to covid, but I can't wait to try it! Again, one of my favorite froyo places around and I'll be back over and over again.

Family friendly! Frozen yogurt and bubble tea. The interior is way nicer th what you would expect by looking from the outside. There are lots of tables and a section of toys for kids.

Love this place! I've only been here a few times but I'd say well worth it. There are your standard flavors and choices in the frozen yogurt section. I believe vegan choices as well. I love the toppings choices! Just more up my alley than a lot of other frozen yogurt places. They have a ton of filled boba flavors, other jelly like flavored things very Asian in style, fruits, nuts, chocolates, candies, even cream filled wafer straws or whatever they are called, whip cream, hot sauces, cold sauces. Just really a better selection than most. I do also like they have two different sized cups. Again something I rarely see at other places. Most have one size or two sizes where one is extra large. This place has a small cup so if you want less food you don't have to waste a big cup. Just saves more on packaging which is always important. I think this place might actually be local but I'm not sure. I haven't seen others around in any case. Either way just a more unique selection of toppings and so it stands out from the crowd at least to me. Wish they had organic yogurts but sadly no competition I've seen has this yet either. So until that is available here or elsewhere I'll still be going back. :)

Super yummy bubble tea. Walked in and the employees were so friendly and helped us with any questions we had! Also they had board games to play. I'll need to come back and get some fro-yo and play games!

After moving up to Palatine from the city, I'm glad that I was able to find a place that has Bingsu without me having to drive to Schaumburg. Aside from being a froyo spot, the bubble shakes (boba) and Bingsu really set this place apart from the other frozen yogurt shops in the area. Huge plus: their boba is made with real fruit. Not pre made flavors or ice cream based, so they always taste fresh.

I think it's funny when the first review of a place gives off a total 'owner/worker' vibe -_- but let's get this rolling along. Went to Panera next door and saw this spot. I visit my fair share of froyo places so I can definitely compare them to each other. First impression, 4-stars for interior and layout. They've got some cool seating as you can see from my pictures. Some typical froyo seats then some not so typical. A big plus for the white loungy type egg seats. I also like how the topping counter is NOT in front of the register, but more like a magical topping island where the Swiss Family Robinson could live forever. The only downside I can see with this is chaos. In the chance this place gets busy, do I follow the clockwise action or rebel and go counter. Shall we play magical chairs and hop right in as soon as someone leaves or just stampede the children and reach my arm in there to grab the goods as I please. Guess we'll get to that if the scenario ever presents itself. Got my cup, went for original and piled on the fruits. Came out to $6 and some change. Now this was about half the size as what I get from a certain 'Color Fruits' Thursday special but moving on. Taste is there, not the best but it'll suffice. I did like the fruit choices, they seem to offer a couple more than the competition which I do like. Debating between three and four stars is always tough. While four makes it seem like a 'good' review, three gives off the 'bad' vibe even if it's a 60%. Had to choose the latter but check it out and judge for yourself. I've never heard of this name and too lazy to research the status (ie. chain, franchise..) Good Luck either way!

Pistachio is yum. Worth the money. The guy at the counter was so chill and I really like the tv in the dining place.

They have a large selection of hot and cold drinks, smoothies, pastries, and a variety of "French-ish" sandwiches. On another visit, I'll order food, but today was all about coffee, and since I lived in the French enclave in the US, New Orleans, for an extended time, without glancing at the menu, I automatically asked for a cafe au lait, but the counter man had no idea what I was talking about. So it was cappuccino time, even tho it was past the taboo hour for ordering in Italy. It was perfect. As was the Turkish coffee. Note tho, my friend ordered non cow milk in her Turkish and there was a 75 cent upcharge for that. I'll return and dive into some of the sandwiches soon, which all sound interesting.
