I love Yoga Deck! I took Korrie's class and I can without a doubt say this is my favorite place to take Yoga in San Diego. Just an immediate wave of zen flows over you when you walk in. The class was great and I can't wait to go back!

I first found out about Yoga Deck via classpass. After taking Nam's class, I was hooked. I liked how different and unique each of his classes are. Some days we use sticks and other days we use blocks. No two days are the same and that's what I love about it! If you're on the fence, they do offer a free class as well as a 30 day trial for $30. I like going to Nam's and Jaime's class for different reasons. I like Jaime's class for her calm and peaceful energy and Nam's class for his one-of-a-kind class. Nam is stern but I also like that he is very energetic and attuned with the complexity of the human muscle/body! If you're on the fence, just do it! I absolutely love Yoga Deck. Parking: Meter parking everyday until 6 pm Recommendation: Get to class 15 minutes early to wipe down your mat and enjoy the beautiful yoga deck!

Absolutely love this place. A beautiful setting with some fantastic teachers and friendly students. Love the variety of their classes and how mindful they all are. You really breathe and have the time to get into the positions (no rushing or automated movements, like I experienced in other franchised studios). A sanctuary for the mind and body!

What an amazing space. Our class was magical with Vicktoria. I can't wait to get a membership and make this a daily practice.

Are there yoga mats to borrow and/or rent?

Yes, I believe they charge $4 for May rental. They also have blocks to us free of charge.

The instruction is wonderful (I learn something new and powerful in every class) and at the same time the teachers leave space for the students to practice at their own pace and adjusting poses to fit their particular needs. A business shows their values through their priorities. When I called and tried to book a class today I could only get an AI chat bot. It didn't understand that I was trying to book 1 of 2 available classes today. Then it couldn't find my account in the system. When someone called back later, he acted like I should've known that I could've just come in. Well maybe if someone answered or the website said that, I wouldn't have booked a class with a studio that answered my call. When the guy on the phone tried to offer assistance, another person who I didn't know was on the line started asking for my personal information. At this point I didn't even feel comfortable disclosing my name, and I don't feel welcomed or comfortable coming back to this studio. Sad because I had some really important emotional breakthroughs here. But I guess they don't even know I exist or have my account in their records so I don't know... I'm disappointed in South Park Yoga. And I do not want to support business that use AI like this. It's lazy, anti-human, anti-spirit, goes against everything I agree with and honestly, yoga is supposed to be about Purpose, Process, Soul, Intention, Grounding, REAL LIFE. What does it say about a yoga studio that uses AI? The soul is gone. Or it's AI generated now. Brad and Marilyn: I didn't know you were both on the line until you started talking over each other. It was uncomfortable. And yes it is a replacement for human connection when this is the result. And how was I supposed to know I could text a phone number? Yes, it has been years, but I was trying to come back... now I feel foolish trying to book. I am so utterly disappointed, especially in this response. I won't try and visit you all again don't worry.

I had worked out a few days before and was still feeling sore going in, but by the time I left, the soreness was completely gone. The instructor Claire was amazing. She was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire class. She explained the poses well and offered adjustments so everyone could get the most out of the session. The only downside was how many people were in the class. It was super crowded, but they did a good job spacing everyone out so that you still had your own little area without bumping into anyone. The studio itself was very clean and had a calming, relaxing vibe that made it easy to unwind. Overall, it was a refreshing experience. If I was not moving to Chicago, I would definitely sign up for the membership.

Absolutely loved this place…read more I have been having a lot of excess stress and anxiety lately, I was very worried there wouldn't be an easy way to relieve all this tension. Because let me tell you this, when they say the mental and physical are tied together they mean it. Body aches, stiff joints and just feeling so so tired all the time. That was until my mother in law suggested Yoga! I was skeptical of course and starting out felt like I stuck out like a sore thumb, but the yoga instructor there named Faith really made my first session a breeze. She is very friendly and welcoming, she takes you slow and meets you at your level so you don't feel like you're being left behind. I've been back a few times since then and my body aches have been almost completely gone, my mood has improved a lot and my joints dont feel so still, I genuinely think this place is a godsend. They hold classes by the pool on a daily basis, 7.30- 8:30 am for hotel guests. I feel fortunate to have participated both mornings that I was there, the first day with Svetlana, and the second day with Elizabeth who owns the studio. Both were awesome. I loved the gentleness and patience of the instructors and the mindfulness and gratitude they practiced and encouraged. Also, I appreciated the slow pace with an emphasis on the breath, and looking inwards - which is how I believe yoga should be practiced. For my colleague Regina, it was her very first yoga session ever, and she enjoyed it immensely. Hope she is inspired to follow up once she's back home on the other side of the country.
