Loved the pre-crawling baby class. Our instructor was so warm, personable, and reassuring. I love that she started class by saying that the baby noise is part of class and nothing to worry about. She was aware of the potential strains related to post-partum bodies and instructed us accordingly. After having a great session we did some yoga with our infants, which was adorable. The location is great and the facilities are wonderful. A children's room and child care is especially helpful. Overall a wonderful experience. I'm happy to return since they are clearly so geared toward families. Can't wait for my baby to grow up in this community! read more

Great local yoga studio with super friendly staff. During the pandemic, I've been taking their online classes over zoom. Some classes are available in person too but I haven't gone yet. They even have recordings I can access when a class does not fit my schedule. I feel like the is studio is much more generous than some. For example, their cancellation policies are not as harsh. Membership fees are extremely reasonable. When I joined as a member, I was able to get a free tank top from their gift shop. And they even organized a safe outdoor photoshoot for families, which we really appreciated and would not have had the mind to plan during Covid. I look forward to returning in person and bringing my baby as they even have childcare! read more

Really happy to see this studio open! I took the baby and me yoga class --Emily the teacher was super helpful with holding my baby when he got fussy and she was a lovely and attentive teacher. Dare I say I was able to relax AND get in a good workout with my baby in tow, something I didn't think possible. I also caught a glimpse of the kids' room and it looked great, nice and bright and full of high-quality toys. I look forward to returning and checking out the childcare there --what a fantastic option for parents! The owner Ngan was super friendly, too! So excited Ngan opened this studio! She has been my favorite instructor for a while and has hired an awesome team of yoga teacher that I'm looking forward to taking classes from. What a phenomenal little yoga studio catered towards mothers and families! I wish I had discovered the studio at the beginning of my maternity leave. They offer both mommy and baby pre-crawling and post-crawling classes, toddler yoga classes, as well as childcare during normal Vinyasa classes so mom can really get her sweat on. The little daycare room is right behind the studio so you know your child is close. It is the perfect set up! I would highly recommend the class + child care option to any parent with a little one who would like to treat themselves to a normal (non-baby) yoga class. They have stroller parking in an alley with a closed door next-door. They are also located right next to the 24th BART stop so it is very convenient. read more

A very nurturing neighborhood studio! When my son "graduated" from other mommy and me classes by crawling around and disturbing the other babies and mamas, then hit his inevitable stranger avoidance stage, I didn't know how I'd work out. Then Yoga Phamily was recommended to me, and I'm so glad it was! The crawler/pre-crawler class is perfect for my needs. Inne and Emily are incredibly supportive and thorough instructors. The owner also shows up to class often and has very positive energy. My son is so happy here! The space is very open, clean and cool (so refreshing in the Mission), and very convenient by public transportation (and to coffee shops and eateries), and they provide plenty of distractions for the babies when mamas are trying to work out. The classes are comparably priced and focus on relaxation, with many levels depending on the skill/strength level of the mamas. I can't wait til my son is old enough for toddler class! read more

I took the yoga HIIT class and it was a great combination of working on flexibility, core and strength. The class was really versatile and flowed well, and Ngan was super energetic and welcoming. Went for the second time today with my toddler in their childcare and loved it! Well, my son cried through practically the whole thing but mommy had a good stretch and core work during her class hehe. The place is clean and well managed, lots of toys for kids from newborn to I don't know how old to play with, snacks and Ngan is great with the kids from what I saw. The teacher was great too and I got a good workout. There's a place to park your strollers and the place is well heated, sometimes too warm if you ask me, but I'm always on the I'm-so-hot side. Also the pricing is great, very reasonable so I bought 40 classes from the get-go. read more

I've been to a fair share of yoga classes but I can honestly say OMie Love stands out! The music curation is hip and refreshing. There is still the mental clarity and spiritual side that I appreciate from my yoga practice but the music is not your typical soundtrack for a yoga class. It makes the class fun and light and fresh, in my opinion. Feels like a chic lounge playlist, in all honesty! Also, the instructor is amazing! Very personable, kind, and knowledgeable--not to mention strong. She goes around and makes sure the participants' form is right, provides a good amount of push when it's needed, and models proper form, herself. I left the class feeling stronger, more grounded, and focused for the day. I will definitely be back! read more

This place is amazing; such a welcome addition to the SF yoga landscape. It has a gorgeous, welcoming practice room with a lovely space for childcare (!) in the back, as well as a lovely welcoming owner (Ngan). So far I've only taken the lunchtime classes with Shannon. She's the most engaging, knowledgeable teacher I've ever had--versed in iyengar and vinyasa, anatomy, therapeutic modalities--and gives ecstatic adjustments. I recently checked out the studio with my toddler for a Vinyassa class combined with childcare. I was very impressed by the clean and cozy children's area, the various toys/activities they have for kiddos, and how loving and welcoming Ngan was with my daughter. It was wonderful to know she was safe and well cared-for while I was practicing yoga. I also loved the Vinyassa class I took! The instructor led a thoughtful class, provided variations/support, and invoked a sense of peace throughout the practice. We will definitely be back! read more
